Ms. Giordano always seems to be the one who helps me with my Teledoc calls. She's always so warm, friendly, and courteous as well as thorough and makes sure she addresses all my concerns. Whenever I call, I always hope it's Ms. Giordano who'll answer. She's an asset to Optum as well as the to the medical profession.

She's great. She's really helpful and was knowledgeable. I've had my toddler seen by her through an online clinic a few times. After the first visit I've looked for her every time my little girl gets sick.

I will tell you that, Sheryl Giordano, was the most professional, understanding, knowledgeable medical prodessional I have ever seen. I have had anxiety about medical visits in the past which has caused me to have fear of getting help. But, she listened with patience to all my conerns for my health. She was able to give me insightful feedback and provided with all the directions of each medication. I am really appreciative of this information because many professional neglect to give information about the medications provided. Sheryl M Giordano was an amazing health care provider through the whole telehealth appointment. I would recommend her to anyone.
