Sunset office has a amazing staff, they work as team, friendly to their patients including me. Explained things answered my questions and made feel comfortable. Krystal was the MA that was with me through my visit. Dr. Alexander is and amazing doctor. He explains everything every option and what each does. He explains what he is doing and why. I felt like I was listened to. Thank you. If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would.

Dr Asadullah is always responsive to my needs. I receive a summary of the visit with a copy of my blood work. Should I need any information, it's at my fingertips.

This office is ALWAYS pleasant and very clean. The front desk staff are the kindest and most pleasant also. They leave the TV on HGT, and I enjoy the distraction while I wait to see the doctor. Dr. Asafullah's Medical Asst. is awesome. She entertains my turning around on the scale and not hearing my weight, always offering an arm or hand foe assistance, if needed. She takes time and care, asking medical questions and listening to responses. She truly understands the population she is working with. Dr. Asadullah is, of course, very professional. Always pleasant and listens when I talk. She explains what she is about to do and gives feed back (..."good, lungs are clear, no earwax, etc).
I highly recommend this WHOLE OFFICE EXPERIENCE!! I ALWAYS LEAVE feeling like I was treated at a 5STAR RESORT / Spa.

Dr.are not communicated to much, just listen the problems and send you to the Farmacy for more medicine.
I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A DR.. WITH PASSION FOR HER/HIS PROFESSION, TO HAVE INTEREST TO FIND THE SOURCE OF MY EDEMA AT MY LEGS AND THE WATER FROM MY ABDOMEN.
ALL THE MEDICINE SHE GAVE ME HAD A BAD SIDE EFFECT, MAKE ME UNSTABLE ON MY FULL PAIN OF MY LEGS AND DIZZY WITH EYES IN FOGGY. I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE HOSPITAL.

When I visit my doctor, she act like she’s scared all over the time she acts nervous never knows why I’m there have not been able to solve simple problems. No, at this point I am not happy and believe that they can use much more improvement. Much much more improvement 67 months between doctors visits no not good unable to renew prescriptions. No, not good. People acting like they’re confused when you talk to him no, not good even though you have tried to explain it to him at least 50 times I call get no results I come in still get no results Well, let me stop complaining because I might say something that I might regret but I am very unhappy right now because I am in pain and nobody is doing nothing to fix it. Quite literally have to wait three months to see a rheumatologist that I haven’t seen in eight months what kind of company is this?

I have been able to unable to keep good communication between me and my Doctor's office.It is impossible to talk to this New AI feature who sent me down several rabbit holes and add it to my stress and my bad health. I refuse to call this office ever again. They're going to have to call me as I cannot penetrate their corporate umbrella of being inaccessible.
