Pésima experiencia. Me hicieron perder tiempo con puras vueltas para al final decir lo mismo: que el seguro no lo cubre.
Da la impresión de que aquí están más enfocados en sacarle dinero al seguro y al paciente que en realmente ayudar. Falta de transparencia y cero consideración por el tiempo de la gente.
Si buscan un dentista honesto y que de verdad se preocupe por sus pacientes, mejor busquen en otro lugar.

This place only cares about taking money from you and your insurance. They kept giving me the runaround just to end up saying the same thing: “your insurance doesn’t cover it.” Total waste of time.
It feels like the dentists here are more interested in billing your insurance and charging you as much as possible than actually helping patients. Instead of being upfront, they drag you through multiple appointments and explanations that go nowhere.
If you value your time and want a dentist who actually cares about your well-being, not just how much they can get from your insurance, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I had a couple extractions done here several years ago and never went back. Last time I went I was lectured and told if I had only listened sooner I wouldn't be in that situation. I was too ashamed to return, especially since my condition got way worse. If he thought my teeth were bad then, he should see them now. No way I was gonna show my face there again.

Worst Experience ever!! Please think about it before making an appointment with this dentist!! No joke. I was traumatized after trying to get a root canal done. Who has to visit the dentist multiple times just to get one done?? Do you not know what you are doing? I had suffered from a low grade fever for almost a week from getting my teeth prepared for the root canal. There’s so much more to say about my experience from the dentist but I am not going to waste anymore time. Just be careful and think about it. All the bad reviews are true.

The dentist don’t know how to speak to people .there was a kid getting work down.the dentist kept yelling at him to stop and got a little aggressive with the kid.then was taught if the kid saying “I’m not even near you why are you crying” he kept saying that to the kid.
I’m my opinion if you can’t handle kids under 10 don’t accept them.
The nurse took care of me and did all my cleaning.
The dentist comes talks to me for 2 minutes.within that 2 minutes I never felt more offended.he made me feel bad about my gums.he gave me a mirror to look at them and say “how horrible they are and I need a second cleaning” since I have state insurance they only cover one cleaning.i would have to pay for the next cleaning and that he knows I can afford it and it’s no big deal.
He is very unprofessional never have I experience anything like this before.
He didn’t even tell me if I had any cavities but from the pictures I knew I had 2 but he didn’t care about that just whatever was gonna bring him in more money he cared about

Es la primera vez que hago un review a algún lugar, pero a este vale la pena dedicarle el tiempo. Ya entiendo el porqué de el 3.7 estrellas. Ayer fui a esta clínica para iniciar un tratamiento que se que es caro pero que de alguna manera se puede asumir. Hoy iniciaba el tratamiento a las 11 am. Al llegar por razones de la clínica que no tiene transacciones a través del banco que iba a utilizar el pago fue declinado y por tanto no pude realizar el tratamiento. Sin embargo había otras cosas que mi seguro dental si cubre porque llamé ayer y me lo corroboraron. La asistente que me atendió ayer me dijo que se había puesto la solicitud para un parcial y hoy descubrí que no se había realizado. La historia es que a pesar de que mi cita era a las 11 am me hicieron esperar hasta las 1140 hora en la que le pregunté a la persona en la recepción la razón por la que estaba esperando y me dijo que había otras personas delante de mi y le dije, por supuesto, que mi turno era a las 11 y que la razón de la espera era porque ya no iba a hacer el tratamiento inicial. En resumen, me fui porque el tiempo es algo que se puede perder en un lugar lleno de informalidad y bajo profesionalismo. Esta clínica no cuenta con privacidad de ningún tipo. La mala división de los espacios le permite a todo el mundo escuchar la conversación de todos incluyendo los aspectos referentes a los tratamientos, precios, pagos y demás. No creo que aquí se cumpla con las normas de privacidad requerida. En este lugar un root canal y una corona tienen el mismo precio y tal vez estoy errado pero en otros lugares no es así 1200 dólares cada uno de los tratamientos. Estas personas mienten sobre haber enviado la solicitud al seguro médico para realizar tratamientos como dentaduras parciales y a pesar de yo haber verificado con mi seguro dental, la muchacha de la recepción me dijo que la representante del seguro me había mentido porque ellos no lo cubren. En resumen, lo único agradable que me pasó fue la asistente que me atendió y me realizó la limpieza, súper agradable y comunicativa y por lo que pude notar con mucho conocimiento. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie, son informales, poco profesionales y no hacen la gestión que les corresponde, creo que prefieren mentir para que tengas que realizar el pago. Si usas tarjeta de crédito auméntale 5 dólares al pago que vas a realizar. Indiscutiblemente el peor lugar en el que he estado en este país.

I tried calling this office twice to set up a new patient appointment in the General department and I didn’t get any luck. The lady that answered the phone the first time did not answer the phone with a professional greeting. She answered the phone as if it was her personal line, which was a low enthusiastic “hello.” She indicated the office was closed on New Year’s Day, however Google shows their place of business is open. Then, I called today and the same lady answered and she said they’re closed until next week Monday. Whoever was in her background was taking a personal call and it sounded like the number listed on their place of business is a personal one. This individual is very unprofessional, lacked tonality and has no sense of customer service. The lady hardly spoke English and it was hard for her to understand my request so she just said yes and that wasn’t even what I asked. I definitely transferred out of here!

My Name is LaTera my dental experience was Awesome! After I was lied to on too many occasions about my medical request for my dentures. I called Medicaid they never received a request. I called spoke back to the receptionist she lied again and when I asked her my name she didn’t even know. So how could she tell me she just sent another request right before I called if she couldn’t tell me who I was. I waited months for the call back I called For the 5th time the same lie waited months again. It’s been almost a year no call back nor dentures.

Horrible experience here, he dug into my gums so deep he hit a nerve and i had bad nerve damage for almost 8 months, i had to see many surgical doctors after that. I was treated with strong steroids for along time after this. I even came back to tell him the pain is getting worse, he said there isn’t anything he can do. I was in agony. In tears and misery and he had no compassion for me. I could of sued him but i was in so much pain, i even went into ambulance for it because it was that much pain, i went in for a root canal and left with a damage nerve in my jaw that i found out later on!! It was the most worse experience of my life! I’ll never go back to him! The one star is for the nice assistants that work there.

This place is so shady. Its one room with about 5 sections and the doc works on everyone at the same time. He'll ask u a question, go numb someone gums, pull somebody else teeth and then come back to you and say " now where were we"? Don't put your health in their hands. My daughter had an abscess, dentist prescribed her antibiotics but after 2 weeks the infection was still there. Instead of the dentist prescribing her a stronger dosage during the appointment I was instructed to come back into the office after 5 days for another look. The office manager Frank is very ride when I called explaining that she needed more medicine. Frank insisted that I come in talking over me and interupting me repeatedly. He is very unprofessional and after today's visit I m going to find a more professional office who respects their clients.

I hate the dentist as it is. I have extreme anxiety. They are one of those dentists that love to just get any one in the door and they don't care too much. They were rude. When it came to the dentist when he went to numb up my mouth he rubbed the gel and then just shoved the needle right in! I've never been to a dentist in all of my 26 years that has ever done that ever! And when I explained to him about how I couldn't take pills he started to tell me how my insurance isn't gonna cover it and he doesn't have anything he can give me. I set him straight on that. This was an emergency so I came here and it was right by my house. Never again will I ever come back after this.
