I've been seeing Dr Sangouk Lee for many years and he is always very respectful and kind. He is extremely thoughtful and concerned about my health. He is also extremely intelligent and explains everything I need to do (doesnt sugar coat it) in detail. You need a doctor that will tell it like it is. If you have an opinion because you looked on google and its wrong then you should listen to the doctor. Stop whining about your hurt feelings because the doctor didnt listen to why you want to take a different drug that the doctor doesnt agree with. Highly recommend if you're not a Karen and can take sound advice from an intelligent doctor 😃 😊 👌

He always explains—with kindness and patience—exactly what needs to be done, and how to do it, in order to care for my aunt, who is suffering from dementia. I would go so far as to say that, if it were possible, I would even want to switch my own primary care physician to him.

We recently moved to Nevada and i want to establish a new doctor. My friend of mine recommend dignity health. When i called them to set an appointment the agent recommended Dr. Sangouk lee. He suggested to changed my diabetes medication saying i’m not a fan of medication you taken and telling all negative effect of medication i’m taken. In short he wants me to take new medicine which is i’m not comfortable. He is a pushy type doctor that doesn’t listen on my opinion. He is a mean person and disrespectful.

I made an appointment 2 months ago but 3 days before the appointment date, I got a call from the office and they said that Dr. Lee had canceled all patient's appointment for that day. Office staff said that I could reschedule 2 months later. This is the second time. I will never make an appointment with Dr. Lee again.

I am extremely disappointed with how poorly I was treated by Dr. Lee’s office. I found Dr. Lee on my insurance website and gave the office a call to schedule my first appointment. The receptionist scheduled me 6 weeks out and got all of my insurance info over the phone. 4 weeks after that, and just two weeks before my appointment, I received a call from Dr. Lee’s office letting me know they would be cancelling my appointment. I asked why and if I could reschedule, and they told me they didn’t accept my insurance. I told them that I had found them on my insurance website and that they were in network. They told me they did not accept my insurance and would not expand further. I asked why they didn’t tell me this 4 weeks ago when I called to schedule the appointment and they couldn’t answer. I desperately needed the appointment as my health concern was urgent, so I asked if I could keep the appointment and just pay out of pocket and they said they don’t take out of pocket patients at all. They had no sympathy and lacked professionalism.

Update: I received a call from Dr. LEEs office, as a follow-up on my blood pressure, I was so impressed by the call. My 2nd visit,Great experience with my 2nd appt. Dr Lee answered all my questions, his feedback was detailed, he explained and addressed my concerns. He showed compassion. Thank You Dr. Lee

Dr. SANGOUK LEE, He is best primary care physician, I’ve ever had. He has the best bedside manners, excellent care of me, give me the best advice when I’m afraid and not proactive…he explains what is good for me, also help me understand what’s best when dealing with multiple health issues. I never write reviews but I feel dr. Lee deserves it!! An incredible doctor that actually takes the time to diagnose and explain. I did not feel like a was just another patient. It is very difficult to find a doctor in this town that is extremely knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. I am lucky to have found him and happy that I can call him my doctor!

As a patient at that Doctor's office, my experience getting in to see Dr.Lee was abysmal. Dr. Lee acted in a very unprofessional manner by calling my wife on her cell phone, berating her & informing her that that he'd refuse to see me if I came into the office.

Another medical professional from the office called us back and let us know that it was not their office policy to refuse to see their patients, but there were no other doctors available that day to see me.

I'm not sure why Dr. Lee gets to make up his own rules at the office. I would not say Dr.Lee is compassionate or caring at all. Steer clear of Dr.Lee if possible and see one of the other more professional doctors at that office.
