This was my first visit to the clinic and I was able to make an appointment online very easily. I registered online so the check in process is very fast. I had very little wait time and the staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Rosen was thorough with my examination and explained clearly on my eyes’ health. All and all a very positive experience.

The staff members are very good at each stage of eye exam. Dr. Ho was very quick and seemed to be in a hurry. He did answer all the questions I had. Beginning of the visit was 20 min. later than the scheduled time. The total time taken for the visit was over an hour. I had to wait 15 min. just for the printout of my new eyeglass prescription.

The wait time was minimal and well worth it. Each person that assisted me was friendly and caring about my comfort. I liked the Dr very much and he understood financial limitations. Really looking forward to having my vision fixed. Thank you!
