Part of me wants to gatekeep this place, but David and Kezia truly deserve all the praise.

I've lived in both California and Washington and never had trouble finding quality healthcare. Moving to Las Vegas last year was a rude awakening. Finding quality providers here with my insurance was incredibly difficult, and the ones I did find had appointment availability months out. I eventually settled for a provider with more immediate availability, but the experience was mediocre at best — crammed waiting rooms, long waits even with an appointment, only to be seen for five minutes by someone clearly reviewing my medical history for the first time right in front of me. Labs were sent out to Quest, which just meant another round of scheduling, waiting, and fasting.

When I was eventually diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, my provider's response was essentially "try doing X and come back in a year." That was it. I spent nearly a year feeling dread and frustration, knowing I needed better care but not knowing where to find it.

When I finally started researching alternatives, the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model kept coming up — and at first, it genuinely seemed too good to be true. I put together a shortlist of DPC providers and ultimately chose Long Life Med. Their website was easy to navigate, the registration process was straightforward, and something about their approach just felt right — even though they're on the other side of town from me in Summerlin.

From my very first appointment, David treated me like a whole person. He was never rushed, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and made sure I actually understood what my results meant and what my options were. The difference in care was so striking that my husband — who had zero interest in DPC initially — was so impressed hearing about my experience that he signed up to become a member that same night.

I am extremely happy that I joined Long Life Med as my primary clinic.
I currently don’t have health insurance, so finding a place where I feel supported and cared for is very important to me. From the very beginning, Kezia and David have been incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. They patiently answered all of my questions, stayed in touch with me, and made sure to check on how I was feeling. That level of care truly means a lot!

They also worked hard to find an appointment for me as soon as possible and at a time that was convenient for me. They are always available and responsive, which is something very rare to find these days.

The pricing is very fair, and from what I understand, medications will be available with significant discounts, as well as some lab tests. That is extremely helpful and reassuring, especially without insurance.

It’s very important to have doctors you can rely on for any situation, and even more important when they are this caring and supportive.

I can confidently recommend this clinic, and I have already recommended them to several of my friends!

I cannot recommend this place enough. My experience here has been consistently great. Unlike many clinics that rush you out the door, they take the real time to understand the root issues of your health rather than just treating symptoms. They truly get to know you as a person, which makes their recommendations feel personalized and thoughtful.

The monthly plan has been amazing. Booking appointments is always quick and smooth, and they are very responsive through text. We also had to use the urgent care side recently for my partner; they saw him so fast, the treatment was excellent, and it was actually affordable. I fell into a cactus and got a lot of splinters. Another urgent care didn’t want to do it and told me to go to the ER. I don’t have insurance and I didn’t want to pay thousands of dollars. I’m so happy I found this clinic. For $300/quarter, I get unlimited primary and urgent care, and got an appointment right away with no waiting in a busy and crowded waiting room. NP David took a full hour digging in to extract the many cactus splinters, he also took care of the wounds. It also wasn’t painful and there was no extra charges, even though it took 2 visits and he used Dermabond which are usually extra at and urgent care aside from the visit fee. I even got a full physical and annual labs from the visit. I’m very happy and I’ll be telling all my family, friends & coworkers

I met David and his wife recently and decided to have David as my health care provider. He will never rush you. As a matter of fact appointments are on time and last for at least a hour. You will never feel rushed. I am a kidney patient and my nephrologist called in a prescription that would’ve cost me $197.00 for 7 days with insurance. David went to his cabinet and pulled out samples. That saved me a lot of money, The facility has a number of different treatments such as Red Light Therapy. Educate yourself and go try it out. His care makes you feel like you’re family. We need more people like David in the health care industry.

Very personable healthcare, based on traditional western medicine approach, yet complemented with alternative therapies, particularly NIR red light therapy. Their prices are more than reasonable and you get a FULL evaluation of your health, as opposed to the typical maximum 15 min with a regular Primary Care Provider (PCP). David (NP with background in other aspects of healthcare) takes all the time in the world to explain the disease process and then how his recommended treatments will work and the different alternatives (if there is more than one) and the pros and cons of each one. Kezia, is a force of nature and makes everything so simple as far as paperwork, labs, exams and everything related to paperwork, in an era where more and more specialists offices in So. NV have the insulting ad or warning stamped all over their offices: “we do not fill out FMLA forms”, “we do not process Prior Authorizations, if your medication is not covered call your plan and ask what is covered and the provider will change the medication”, when in reality they have the moral and ethical obligation to process said Prior Auths, and FMLA and any paperwork, because their specialist is the one treating the condition in the first place and is mor aware of every detail of it !! How can they expect one’s PCP to fill out those forms if usually one got to their practice referred by the PCP in the first place !!
Worry no more: Long Life Med will take care of you and all your medical needs. And no dealing with hyper overpriced health insurance plans.
