I've been comming here for almost 10 years. My doctor, Jenny Chia MD is awesome! Always takes as much time with me as I need. The facility is super clean and in a great location. Also, the staff is always very nice and professional. They have all of the latest technology and practices available.

Love Dr. Gong. Went in for a prescription refill and he was very thorough and took his time to explain my options and concerns. The staff was all very kind and professional as well. Highly recommend Dr Gong and this clinic.

Their website doesn’t even work, has domain registration errors. Apparently Dr. Chu has moved to California despite still being listed in their automated office voicemail/answering system, and listed on UHC portal as accepting new patients. Individual on the phone was rude as if it’s my fault their office and practice management is incompetent. Prime example of what people talk about when discussing how much of a joke healthcare in Las Vegas is.

My grandparents usually come here for visits, from my experience from the appointment route vs the walk in route, they process appointments must faster than the walk ins, I was literally taking them to get their blood drawn, 3 people were ahead of me, and it took about 2 hours to be processed, the staff seemed exceptionally unprofessional giving no update on the wait times, my review is backed by a bachelors degree in public health and this is my experience with this facility.

The facility looks clean and neat with a spacious sitting area. Be informed you need to bring and wear your own mask. They do not provide one and this can be an issue because there is not a place close by to purchase one. I see this as a disadvantage considering that many medical facilities provide a mask for their patients (a box of masks is no a big investment these days)

Kaira (maybe Karen) at front desk and Briny(Brittny) at check out are helpful but no too friendly. Even wearing a mask we can determine how approachable people are. In fact customer service is everything and has a huge impact on any experience.

Erin (medical assistant, assigned to check vitals) was very friendly and diligent with her job.

The best of my visit to this office was to meet doctor Jenny Ha. Awesome professional, friendly, approachable and very proactive. I know her patients are in good hands. I would recommend this doctor to anybody looking for a primary doctor. I am very particular when it comes to medical advise and I was extremely satisfied with her level of knowledge and service.

Both my husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ha's for about 13 years now. She and her staff are warm, caring, friendly and will go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

This is the kind of practice that I've been wanting for decades! Our physician, Nancy C. Chu, M.D., is a skillful, patient, and thorough diagnostician. Her referral network is the best in Clark County. But that's not why my wife and I will be with her as long as she continues to practice. It’s that, with Dr. Chu, there's no hand-on-the-door question! She won't leave the room until she's asked us, "Anything that we need to talk about? Are you having any difficulty taking your meds and/or supplements? Has your pharmacy changed? Any little aches and pains that I can help you with? Good to see you, Richard and Dody and be sure to call me..." We're not checkmarks on a clipboard; we're people.

The guy that attended to me before was the master of the seven-minute annual physical. He never stopped talking, and his hand was on the door before I could gather my thoughts and communicate my concerns. At closing time, he could have bumped into me in the parking lot and not recognized me, let alone have known my name. Ergo, I'm delighted to have found Dr. Chu and I recommend her and the practice with no reservations; no equivocations.

Horrible!! Don't go there. Level of incompetency is unreal. They scheduled me as a new patient after I was told they don't accept new patients. Once I told em what type of insurance I have ...suddenly, of course we have a appt available tomorrow! When arrived I was told they do not accept PPO only HMO....after confirming my coverage previously. Well receptionist said" ops yeah some of our staff really don't know the difference" so tough pretty much. Second lady at the desk was super rude and did not care for causing me great deal of inconvenience, instead of apology I got here is the door gesture. So unprofessional!

Doctor will deny prescription refills if you miss any check up or new appointment that gets them paid. Pitiful excuse medical practice, if money is the only thing that will let you keep refilling necessary meds. Would never suggest.

It is wonderful exprience for my first Dr appointment. Dr Nancy is one great MD I ever meet.the center also have exam depatment so most of blood , EGR, ultrasonic test can be done in same office. Excellent!!
