I traveled from Portland Oregon to Las Vegas to see Dr. Shah for my breast augmentation exchange! I had the absolute best experience with him and his entire staff. Everyone was so welcoming and I felt so comfortable! I definitely could tell right away that I made the best choice! I am so so happy with my results already and I’m still healing! I am 11 days post op today. This is my 3rd breast augmentation(I had 2 done here in Oregon), and I am so glad that I found such an amazing place to take care of me and help me reach my goals! I was in no pain and did not need any of my pain medication the entire healing process! An amazing recovery! Dr Shah was so great and so informative. The staff and Dr. Shah also made my mom feel so comfortable and welcomed while she waited for me to get out of surgery. Dr. Shah and his staff are absolutely amazing, professional and caring- genuinely. My daughter and I got laser hair removal and I made the long time decision to get my breasts done.

! I have to share my experience with Dr. Shah and his team. I got a breast reduction surgery and it’s literally changed my life 🥹. I initially was introduced to Dr. Shah by my twin sister who had the same procedure done and was extremely impressed with her results. I was approved by my insurance to have the surgery done and was in awe at how well my results have changed everything for me. His staff are amazing and caring from Becky at the front desk to Sarah prepping you for your surgery instructions. EVERYONE was professional and kind. The only downside I experienced was at the hospital with where I shad my surgery but that was with the nursing staff at the hospital and Dr. Shah had nothing to do with it. He is diligent, considerate and respectful he gave me realistic expectations and ensured that if I cut out some bad habits like my diet and smoking, I would optimize my results. I am so impressed and grateful that I could have this done the before and after is INSANE like I look amazing and would recommend him to anyone who needs this surgery. Dr Shah and his staff have been so great! Dr. Shah has a wonderful bedside manner. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable. I have had other surgeons for various health reasons and and he is top-notch. I have never had a surgeon call me the night before my surgery and ask if I was ready and how I was doing. Also, I’ve never had a surgeon call me the night of surgery just to make sure I was doing alright or had questions. Stay away from this place. I had a BBL in July 2024. I have lumps and asymmetry on my lower abdomen as a result of my lipo performed by Dr. Shah. When I addressed these concerns at my post operation appointment he said it was loose skin and I should workout. This didn’t sit well with me as I live an active lifestyle and workout 5 times a week. Dr. Shah took no accountability to correct the issue besides offering a small discount for kybella injections which is supposed to dissolve fat. I refused to pay more to correct the mistakes he made during my procedure. After consulting another plastic surgeon they said the lumps were caused by an unskilled surgeon who most likely rushed the procedure. I feel like I look worse than before and I’m embarrassed to wear a bathing suit or any tight clothing as you can see the very noticeable lumps on my stomach.

I had purchased a Groupon for a Microdermabrasion had to wait several months to use.. Had an appointment but had fallen and broke a bone and needed also a hip revision at the same time.. Called cancel that appointment and told them what happened.. Of course it had an expiration date and they told me it would be ok I could use when I recovered..I finally was able to start to get around to use the Groupon.. Made the appointment(person I spoke to said all was ok because of my fall etc.)Unfortunately I did not get her name.. Came for my appointment and Groupon had expired (which remember was told do not worry).. They refused to see me unless I PAY $50.00.. I’ve had previous surgery, but this entire experience with Dr Shah and his staff has been far superior. Everyone I’ve encountered in both the office and the surgery center could not have been friendlier, and Dr Shah’s manner just instills confidence in you. The surgery itself went wonderfully, and I never felt any post-surgical nausea or severe pain. The recovery has been a breeze, and I am exceedingly happy with the results after just four weeks. On Mar, 2 I went for MOHS surgery. After a few skin scrapes were taken from my lower, right jaw area, I was sent back to the waiting room, without a meaningful explanation, to watch and watch a steady flow of patients come and go. After two hours of hearing irritating noise from a TV and getting nothing definitive from staff, my chronic fatigue and anxiety levels were approaching panic mode. I knew that I had to get home immediately. I told the front desk person that I had to leave and did so, without the surgery being completed. My subsequent requests to obtain the presumed biopsy results from Jan. 30 and Mar. 2 have been ignored. However, my medical insurance has received a bill for $6,663.50. That is my reason for the lowest rating from a "so-called" professional clinic.

Very nice facility and the staff are so nice and helpful. My daughter had a reduction last April and the surgeon said he can only take out so much my daughter was really happy just to get it done,I just didn't understand if she wanted to be a c cup why the surgeon couldn't do just that. My daughter back pains went away and now the are back,her scaring is awful she's working on getting that fixed. My cousin said we should have went with someone else because she was bigger than my daughter and was talking down to the size of her choosing. I feel like since medicaid paid for it she got the what the surgeon decided/bear minimum. Now she have to pay to get another before she finishes college also a another surgery to cover her scars.

Ruined my neck for money. I first had a neck and chin lipo due to genetically prominent neck fat. Dr. Shah mentioned renuvion for skin tightening but said it wasn't necessary because of my age I shouldn't have loose skin. About a year later that turned out to not be true. We came back to do the renuvion with another liposuction, claiming renuvion has to come with another liposuction. Basically having the procedure I could've had the first time all over again doubling the overall cost. Seemed to work fine for the first few months and Dr. Shah was even hyping me up, claiming my neck will look so good for 5 years. After a few months the skin got loose again with virtually no change. We came in to talk about how it didn't work and ask what we could do. Immediately Dr. Shah goes on the defensive blaming my weight gain. He then proceeded to speak about my weight in the most insensitive and disrespectful way, saying I looked so good post op and that I don't anymore. I was never against the idea that weight gain would affect my results, if anything I'd prefer some fat come back so the skin fills up a little, but from my understanding when people gain weight they don't gain significantly loose skin with minimal fat. When asking how that works he was very vague about how bodies work in mysterious ways, used himself as an example for some reason, then when my partner used himself as an example and how he doesn't get loose skin from weight gain, he argued that he shouldn't use himself as an example because everybody's different. The more we tried to ask questions for clarity the more defensive he got, interrupting, and repeatedly referring to my pictures and asking me "what happened" regarding my weight. He then recommended ANOTHER liposuction with a different tightening treatment, and I know that too much fat removal causes MORE loose skin and aging. He purposely recommends procedures that seem affordable, but bring new problems so you go back again and again. My feelings aren't hurt, I just hope this doesn't keep happening to people. Ladies you deserve a better surgeon that has compassion for their patients and their craft and doesn't purposely target female patients and use their position to lie, shame, and manipulate.
EDIT/response: cool story but I felt my skin flabby 3 months post op, still flabby 6 months, and still flabby after my recent weight gain from meds. Regardless, that appointment was abysmal and that is not how you talk to people. Can't perform a simple mini necklift due to worries of "scarring"? Please. I'm sorry but you're not a very good liar, perhaps try a different business model.

I cannot begin to tell you what an outstanding experience I have had with choosing Dr Shaw for my BBL and face fat transfer procedures. Dr Shaw came highly recommended by another top plastic surgeon and for obvious reasons. Dr Shaw assured me all the way through this process from gaining weight correctly and how to prepare and understand the guidelines of how to get my best ending result. My BBL has been physically transforming and absolutely worth any discomfort! The staff here is also over the top!!!!! I’m doing lymphatic drainage massages now with Audrey and these have been awesome for recovery after liposuction. Dr Shaw loves what he does and has technology in his OR to keep his patient safe that other doctors don’t have. He’s extremely skilled and I’ll have to say, the nicest man! I am very upset with the professional ethics of that doctor, I paid 250 Dll for a consultation that did not even last 3 minutes, apart from the fact that all his work on breasts was horrible, I went for answers and he asked me for them when the doctor is he. I was a patient just a year ago and had a procedure done to remove an abscessed cyst. There were complications but they did a fantastic job of meeting those challenges head on.
Fast forward to Aug 2023. I called to make an appointment for another cyst and was told they no longer accept my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. They said they changed providers who won’t accept BCBS?!?! Really? Meanwhile, I have an abscess that needs to be treated and I was basically refused service.
The kicker? My husband was just there within the last 2 months for different procedures and they accepted his insurance. Fun fact: he’s on MY insurance!
Something shady here. Seems like I was lied to or the person who took my call didn’t know what she was doing.
Horrible that I was denied medical treatment and lied to.
Needless to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience with Dr Shah & basically his entire staff was horrible. This seems like an operation that lacks compassion & instead operates with greedy & uncaring intentions.
I honestly blame myself because I’ve had many dealings with surgeons & I should have heeded the red flags. I thought a “double board certified surgeon” could easily handle the simple procedures i was wanting done. Instead I completely flushed 10k down the toilet. Dr Shah was completely vague about the possibility of subpar results. His staff was dishonest about financing terms. The attendants in the surgery room were as uncaring as the Dr himself. Laying on a cold table with not even so much as a blanket to cover you up & keep you warm & being snickered at by uncaring people was pretty traumatizing especially to get horrible results.
I don’t know where these reviews come from about how anyone called to check up on their well-being after the procedures. It seems completely fabricated to me. In my experience, they could absolutely care less. They just want your money. I’m not saying Dr. Shah is not most likely educated to do the procedures that he does, but what I am saying from my experience is that he has no artistic interest or compassion or pride in his work nor his results. I think that shows in his social media presence and his lack of being able to produce before and after photos which I recommend everyone to insist upon before ever choosing a surgeon to do life-changing procedures on you. Lesson learned.
Crazy because even after I received horrible results from my surgery, Dr. Shah proceeded to add insult to injury by refusing to acknowledge the fact that he had undercorrected and basically told me that it was my glands that were showing in my neck after chin & neck liposuction with renuvion & not completely obvious pockets of absolutely removable fat and to live with it. After not accepting that and making an issue about it, he agreed to do a revision which honestly came out much better than the first time but I still feel absolutely slighted and very hurt and concerned for other people that would choose this surgeon. I would suggest if you go into a surgeons office and you see overweight & unattractive employees that need surgery themselves and have not been improved upon by their own employer who is a plastic surgeon that that will raise blazing red flags. Not to mention the total lack of social media following and the embarrassing posts of before, and afters that are supposed to represent anyone’s best work.

(Update on review two years later)
Unfortunately I never got feeling back in my left nipple. It is completely numb and has affected breastfeeding my baby. I have tried to contact Dr Shah who has never got back to me about my worries or concerns over this.

Dr. Shah and his whole team at Signature Plastic Surgery were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel welcomed, relaxed and reassured especially after telling them I suffer anxiety. They allowed me to take up A LOT of their time with questions and told me I was welcome back as many times until I was ready. Dr. shah helped me select my size by making sure I was fully informed of everything first. When I was finally ready to book, I made a last minute change which Dr. Shah was ok with and they helped me speedily through the process. It’s only been 4 days but I’m thoroughly happy with how they look! They were more painful then I could have ever imagined, and there was a mess up with my pain meds so I didn’t get any for the first day (absolute hell)

First off, the office is super nice which just adds to the experience. They are reasonably priced and offer a variety of services. I also like the location as it wasn’t hard to find and there were plenty of parking spaces (which is a problem sometimes at medical offices). I got a facial from medical esthetician, Carly. Carly was AMAZING. She is super knowledgeable and very helpful. She will help you decide on variety of treatments for whatever your problem/needs are. She answered all of my questions and helped me decide my treatment based on issues I was experiencing. I will be going back and would highly recommend this office for all your aesthetic and dermatology needs.

Signature plastic surgery on horizon ridge, was a deception. I have been a client of this office for about 2 years. I got contaminated with bad Covid after having a facial on September 2nd 2021, I was very sick in bed. The lady who did my facial cleanse was not wearing a mask, despite it still being a requirement in Las Vegas.

Recently, I purchased B12 shots and last week I called one hour in advance to make sure I could have it done, I was told yes. When I get there, there were 2 people waiting and after me, another 2 clients came through the door. Both of these people and the other 2 who were there, were called before me and the ones who came AFTER me, came out in less than 5 minutes. After being tired of waiting I told the lady at the front desk that my husband was waiting for me outside and I had to go, so what was going on?
She said that the nurse was inside the office with the Doctor and a patient, and that I better come back Friday.
I believe this is highly disrespectful and I don't understand why they let the 2 people who came after me, in first. It was obvious to me that they were there for a shot also because they came out on less than 5 minutes.

I paid in advance for a few B12 shots but i will not be coming back due to their poor customer service.
I also had an appointment about 1 month ago with a doctor for a major procedure, however, I'm no longer considering signature plastic surgery. I cannt tolerate such bad service and bad coordination of schedules.

First they were kind, but they weren’t all too truthful. Before any service I’d ask how much it’d cost and they’d tell me it was covered by my insurance. It wasn’t. They sent out tests for me on my skin, and then I get two separate large bills from both the this dermatologist and the lab that ran the test, which I got the one from this office for the first time months after my visit. And then I call this location to just see if this is right, they said they don’t know and told me to call billing. I called their billing department and it’s closed, which she put me on hold to look for their number so she most likely knew they were closed when doing so, but didn’t tell me. How am I supposed to know if my bill is correct if no one billing me can help me?

After going to a few consults around Vegas and reading reviews, I decided to go with Dr.Shah at Signature Plastic surgery for my lipo suction. I got upper and lower stomach as well as anterior and posterior flanks done. I am super happy with my results and my experience. Very welcoming staff, my procedure went smoothly, I chose to be awake during the procedure (under local anesthesia), I have quite a few tattoos and I’d say some of my tattoo’s were more painful that this procedure. Be prepared to sign your life away

When you first arrive you are given an I-pad to fill out your info, you are told they are just "skin" questions. Well none of it had anything to do with skin and alll about giving the Dr. and Staff a full pass if they do anything wrong.

Not only are photos they take listed as their property but they even state that if you are upset with any work they do that if they consider it "frivolous" you cannot sue them. Sounds to me like they have messed up in the past and now want a get out of jail free card. Why else do you need so many pages of signatures before even being seen by the Dr?

Most doctor's offices have privacy policies nowadays - they will basically let you know what they do with your info and so on. I expect that, however the way this office does it is very sketchy imo. In the same form that you acknowledge that you have received their privacy policy is the same form that you agree that again if they mess up your face or body that you can't sue them if they think it is "frivolous"

Here is what their form states:
Further, I understand that I am entering into a contractual relationship with the physician for professional care. I further understand that meritless and frivolous claims for malpractice have an adverse affect upon the cost and availability of medical care, and may result in irreparable harm to a medical provider. As additional consideration for professional care provided to me by Physician, I the patient/guardian and or/my representative agree not to advance, directly or indirectly any false, meritless, and/or frivolous claims(s) of medical malpractice against the physician.

Furthermore, should a meritorious medical malpractice case or cause of action be initiated or pursued, I (the patient) and/or my representative agree to use American Board of Medical Specialties ("AMBS") board certified expert medical witness(es) in the same specialty as the physician. Furthermore, I agree that these expert witnesses will be members in good standing of and adhere to the guidelines and/or code of conduct defined for expert witnesses by The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Board of Plastic Surgery, The American Academy of Dermatology, The American Board of Dermatology.

It seems that even if they agree at all that there was damage caused by them they are now also stipulating exactly the rules you must follow in order to pursue any actions against them.

I ended up not signing these forms and looking for care elsewhere. I simply needed a mole removed. This is excessive and controlling and does not give me any faith that these physicians are capable if they need this much documentation to protect themselves first.

I was also told a office manager would reach out to me about my concerns since they were at another office that day but that never happened either. If I were you I would just look elsewhere.

I got a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) done by Dr. Shah and I have to say it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had. Everyone is so nice and welcoming I never felt intimidated or out of place. Dr Shah made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. The day of the surgery went well and he even called me Later that night to check up on me. I traveled from Los Angeles to have my breast augmentation done by Dr. Shah. The entire staff, including the surgeon, are efficient and courteous. I was never left on hold for long, nor did I have to wait long to be seen. I am just over two weeks post-op and everything is just starting to settle into place. I am really liking the way my procedure has transformed my body. I am considering Cool Sculpting and will definitely take the trip back to Vegas to have it done at Signature. I feel like the MD takes his time to listen to your concerns and is very competent. I get Botox and I like that it’s less wrinkles but my face isn’t weirdly frozen or anything. Prices are not groupon cheap however you get an actual physician who opens the new vials in front of you so I feel it’s well worth the costs. The support staff are also very friendly and professional.
I’ve changed my review-this MD unfortunately feels that covid is no big deal “only a crisis” and “everyone will get it”. He knows I work at a nearby hospital and I cannot support anyone who is a weird covid denier nonetheless a physician. I’d tell my coworkers and family who are fighting this right now that it’s no big deal but some of them are on vents. Will no longer go here.

I paid $630 (including 20% tip) for 3 treatments of microneedling. I consulted with one of the two esthetician’s there and she told me 3 sessions would be enough to get rid of my light acne scaring, pore size, discoloration and fine lines. I had the first session with the other esthetician there and the second two with the initial person. They were both super nice and professional but I’m so upset with the lack of results and contradicting information given by the two of them. My first session was so light and the last session was the only one I felt was thorough enough to make changes. I felt that if all 3 sessions had been just like the last I would actually see some changes. I called to complain about spending so much money to see absolutely no results what’s so ever and the esthetician told me that I should of done 6 weeks in between sessions and that I needed more sessions to get results. Which is totally opposite of what the girl who did my consultation told me. I wanted to have better skin for my wedding and now I feel like I just wasted money. I could if bought face creams for less money and actually seen results. Don’t waste your time going here. I’m so upset.

Dr. Shah is great at what he does, he is very professional and very thorough. He took the time to answer all the questions I had before and after my procedure. I'm not sure if this office only wants to deal with plastic surgery exclusively? What I know is I went in for an infected cyst. I wanted it removed. They flat out told me my insurance will deny it and I had to pay out of pocket. They didn't even try to assist me with my insurance or try to submit a claim. They wouldn't even remove the infected part. I went to another place for a second opinion and they immediately sent it to my insurance who approved the procedure immediately. This office treated me like I wasn't worth the time. I will NEVER recommend this clinic or go back. Ever.

The “normal girl” is on maternity leave.

Horrible!!!!! Dr shah is all about money. People search around as u may find other doctors who may satisfy you in a more simple procedure than butcher you to get results!!! He throws others under the bus that no other procedures besides his will give you a great outcome!

Dr. Shah and his staff are totally amazing Caroline his office manager is the best person you will ever deal with.
The doctor is a true professional in every way, I had a breast lift and arm reduction and radiesse and his work is impeccable, he calls and checks on you and is always there for you with a smile on his face.
I am going back for a body lift and eventually have the excess skin on my legs removed, his work is impeccable I visited six doctors before I chose him and I chose the best no one can come close to him in this town I have no doubt when you go to Dr. Shah you will be happy the rest of your life...NO REGRETS

I've had Dr Shah do Juvaderm injections on my lips and nasolabial folds. I naturally have a thin upper lip. I didn't want lips that were so exaggerated that people could tell I've had fillers done and I didn't want something that didn't look natural. Dr Shah does exactly what I asked for; a natural, beautiful look. After I get my fillers people can tell that something is different but it's so natural that they always say my skin looks so nice or ask if I've done something different with my make-up. Dr Shah does a great job.

Dr Shah is very helpful, listens well, shows compassion and great care with his patients and their family. He answered all our questions and provided wonderful follow up care. He called the night before surgery to check if I had any questions and to see if I was doing ok. He called again the day after surgery to ask about the pain and how the drains were doing, along with checking on my nausea/vomiting and consumption of water/food. Caroline is the office manager and she is incredibly helpful, patient, and communicates well with booking the surgery, payment, and any questions you have. His office is open late and when you're a patient with any type of question you can call him and speak to him personally about any concerns. I'm very happy with the results of my mastoplexy (breast lift without implants) at this point and I still have a long healing process ahead of me. Thank you Dr Shah. :):)

I had to have a major incision closed that left a large defect in my upper lip. The defect is completely covered and the scar is in line with the lines on my face and easily covered with makeup. I am very impressed with the work done and extremely grateful for the outcome.

The office is beautiful, clean, up-to-date, and it gave me a sense of relaxation when I first walked in the door. My wait time was minimal. Once called back I found Dr. Shah to be very attentive, he answered all my questions directly and didn't line his answers with a lot of fluff. I like that! I love the results of the XEOMIN treatment I had. It's been 2 full days and I can see a substantial difference (a softer look now). I love the Signature Institute. I will definitely be going back.
