I was prepared to be in excruciating pain after having a root canal. I felt very little discomfort during the procedure. After the procedure was completed there was a small amount of pain. What a great healer!!!
Now, upon getting home, the paperwork needed for Human Resources at work had the wrong dates in several areas! Also, only one of two scripts were sent, so I'll have to make another trip! These are only clerical errors, the Doctor and the facility is Top Shelf!!
Treatment and care is above all else! They can figure out the administration stuff, but they still need to know good and bad, in order to fix it...

I must clarify i was in there for an evaluation. I did not have a procedure done. This experience is with staff. Red flag one. I sat down to talk with 20 year old assistant. He was getting my history. I asked him what kind of sedation they give he didn't know what sedation meant. He also told me that he assist with Dr procedures, which made me uncomfortable cause hes 20 with some 6 month technology degree.(he told me) Im sorry but if im under I want someone assisting with a little more experience. Second I told them I can be difficult cause my teeth are sensitive and I am fearful with my past. They send in another assistant. A bald dude with glasses, AA. Shoved one of those teeth xrays passed my back tooth. Felt like my throat. I was upset I told him what he was doing instead of apologizing he was trying to tell me something. Almost felt like altercation. That was another red flag. This whole time before the dentist came in, they scanned the wrong side of my teeth and the information on the computer screen was someone totally different. The dentist came in and said this is not you then actually told me you didn't tell them what side!? I was like I thought you guys knew what you were doing. Side note im glad that aa dude bald with glasses did the wrong side cause the pressure on the side of my broken tooth would of hurt alot more if he put that xray thing on the broken tooth. I told the reception, assistant, and dentist I can be difficult with all my question. I can tell very clearly he was upset. I was not comfortable. I stayed the entire duration while some would leave off first red flag. I give benefit of the doubt. No animosity. I had my experience I will not be going back.

As a person who has extreme anxiety about any dentist, Significance Dental is the best dental office, the BEST I have been to. From start to finish!! The front office staff is the sweetest and professional group I have ever seen. Dr. Huang took the time to make sure I understood EVERY aspect of the implant process and expectations. He even checked on me the evening of my procedure. Lauren is MY GIRL!!! She was with me every step of the way and her professionalism, caring nature, and welcoming energy was EXACTLY what I needed to get through this process. Even during the procedure, she was so attentive and made me feel comfortable and comforted me when I needed it. As crazy as it sounds, I'm glad the last office I saw was not so great. 100% recommend! I experienced severe dental implant pain over the weekend and my dentist recommended I see Dr. Allen Huang. I called to make an appointment and was given one within 2 days, which is unheard of. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and was seen promptly. Unfortunately, my situation required surgery. I expressed concern to Dr. Huang because my husband and I have vacation plans to Europe in 4 weeks and I did not feel comfortable traveling overseas without the issue being addressed. Dr. Huang and his team made the impossible happen and got me a same day appointment to complete the procedure. In addition, the team worked with my insurance to ensure my out of pocket cost would very reasonable.
The procedure started on time and lasted only one hour. Dr. Huang and the assistant thoroughly explained everything to me making it a very pleasant and stress free experience. Dr. Huang even reached out to me after hours to ensure I was doing well. I am forever grateful to the team at Significance Dental for their care and compassion.

Extremely Disappointed with the Front Desk and Communication

I’ve been trying to get a treatment estimate for the last three days. Every time I call, I’m told “we’ll call you back by the end of the day”—but that call never comes. They also haven’t responded to my message after more than 12 hours. This kind of delay and disregard is unacceptable, especially when people are dealing with pain and need clear answers fast.

If you can’t follow through on something as basic as a call back, how can patients trust you with their care? It’s frustrating and honestly feels like patients are just being strung along. Please take your job seriously—or let someone else do it who will.

I've been coming here for more than 10 years! My first visit was because of an implant that I had gotten somewhere else years before and now needed to be replaced. That was not an easy task, but Dr Jeffrey Wang was just absolutely amazing. He was kind and his expertise is excellent. Since then I have been coming for regular checkups with Dr. Wang and cleanings with the hygienist Andy who has kept my periodontal disease at day. Thanks to her my gums are maintaining their health. This place is a joke, had appointment at 9.30a, after one hr and half they called me in, they left me there for another 20 minutes and I ask the assistant how much longer and tells that the Dr has 1 more patient ahead of me and tells me my appointment is at 10.30a, and I'm like so why you made come in 1 hr earlier and supposedly for paper work and I'm like, I wish your front desk people had told me that before and not to waste my time, all information they have is the same, no updates.

Dr. Wang and staff were great. They were very understanding when 2 hospitalization caused me to reschedule and were unfazed by xrays from my referring dentist were incomplete. Kind, knowledgeable and ultimately Dr. Wang explained his findings and offered 2 treatment options to make sure I could make a decision that I was comfortable about. My choice was to continue treat with him to resolve the problem for which my dentist referred me to him. Got referred to this office and was accepted on the same day. Love it! Dr Vinne Chen and her assistants talked to me like friends. She gave me a thorough examination. At the beginning of the root canal process, a numbing paste is applied so I don't feel the usual pain when injections took place. This is new to me, I like it. I've been on holiday in LV when one of my tooth started to hurt me a lot. I was referred to Dr. Vinne Chen who detected big damage on the thooth and in the roots. At first an extraction seemed be be the best choice. She was so nice to discuss with my dentist in Germany and e-mailed him the x-rays, so finally an extraction of the tooth could be avoided and her treatment of my x-large root canals was very successful and without any pain for me. Every time I paid for the work, I was hit with another bill. The last 2 times I made sure and told them to check with my insurance and was assured the amount I was to pay would be it. Again the last 2 times I was sent bills with an outstanding balancing after I was assured I would not owe.
This is the 4th time I paid what they told me to pay only to receive a bill.
Now I am waiting for pre approval for an other procedure. I am now working on 2 months with no word and no one can tell me what is going on. Only 1 person can talk to me and she is only in on Tuesdays.
This is a poorly run office in my opinion. Every phone call had zero results on ALL matters.

Yea I've been having a very bad toothache and they charged me for every little thing. If you have insurance that's fine but for people that don't it adds up. They're nice until you tell them you can't afford treatment and then kick you out. They then tell you you need antibiotics because you have an infection but they don't give it to you because you can't afford to continue going to them. No wonder people go to Mexico for treatments

I HATED DENTISTS! I'm thrilled to say I don't anymore, my opinion has been swayed by the warm welcome and personal attention that Dr. Vinne Chen and Dr. Jeff Wang paid to my case, as well as their kind and benevolent assisting staff.
I was experiencing extreme pain from a tooth under my bridge. The rapid isolation and diagnosis, by Dr. Wang and Dr. Chen lead to the quickest most pain free root canal I have ever experienced! (... and I've had 6) I was particularly impressed with how well Dr. Chen and her assistant worked together in flawless motions that wasted no time in getting me out of "the chair". Also, while signing in, I had an issue with my primary dental insurance provider that was quickly handled by their insurance expert in the front office.
I want to thank everyone at Significance for rekindling my hope in the dental community. If anyone needs or is looking for endo or ortho work, please look no further than Significance. I will be back for implants after coordinating a treatment plan with my dentist.

Dr. Vinnie Chen is a rare Dentist in Las Vegas. She will not perform unnecessary work. I went in with a referral and she found no reason to treat the issue. I have been to many Dentists that would have racked up significant dental work that was unnecessary. I have lost faith in most dental and medical Docs. Vinnie is one you can trust.

I was referred to Dr. Wang by another dentist because I am challenging-- in the chair and out of the chair. I will spare you the details, but as a "Type A New Yorker" who seeks answers not BS mumbo I expect people to know their job and to do it correctly. I fired three previous dentists the past 7 months because they just babbled about my day, the weather and assorted nonsense without listening to me. The first thing Doctor Wang said to me was " So tell me....what is going on and what do you think"?Long story short, at the end of his evaluation he said to me " I AGREE WITH YOU"! Wasn't that refreshing.......a straight shooter who listened and concluded what I have been telling his predecessors all along! This guy needs to be cloned! His team is pleasant, fair, direct; why can't everyone be that way?? You are nuts if you don't try him---don't waste your time elsewhere like I did for 7 months! Go see Dr. Wang and his team!! btw----THIS IS NOT A JOKE; I AM, AND IT IS....... REAL/TRUE!!! CFM

Cuando mme llamaron yo estaba trabajando y enseguida llame à la oficina de esquechol del trabajo para q me dieron el dis Bueno llego el miércoles y me le ante temprano para ir por la vendita hola à la oficina del dentista la recoji e iba con nervio de ver como se iban a portar las chicas de la oficina y también nervios por la endodoncia q me iban a aser. Por q no les voi a negar la primeravez q vi a las chicas q atienden al llegar à la oficina se me isieron fuertes de caracyer. Especialmente la q hoy se Porto con migo muy amanle. (Ella Sabra quien es ). Bueno pero ya q paso todo eso q me pasan para el cuarto donde me iban a aser la endodoncia y la chica q me atendio muy amable. Y cuando llega la doctora me dio mucha confianza y seguridad Y q cren q llega la chica q no fue tan amanle al principio y ea la mas amable de todas. Estoi muy contenta de q me ayan atendido en este lugar los tecomiendo 100 por ciento. Y no se dejen llevar por la primera impression. La doctora y todo el personal son maravillosos
