I am a new patient here at the Fort Apache location. Carmen and the entire staff has been amazing and easy going! I was a little nervous coming here for my new teeth and Invisalign journey. Working with them has made this process so easy! I am happy to be at this location and orthodontics place.

My aligner treatment has gone very smoothly here. The orthodontist monitors progress closely and answers questions without using confusing terminology. I like that they focus on what is best for the patient rather than trying to upsell services. Every visit leaves me feeling reassured about the treatment plan.

I originally came here because my dentist noticed bite problems that were starting to wear down certain teeth unevenly. I assumed orthodontics was mostly cosmetic before this experience, but the orthodontist explained clearly how alignment affects jaw pressure and chewing long term. The consultation was detailed without feeling overwhelming or overly technical. One thing I appreciate is that they never seem rushed even during crowded appointment times. There was one afternoon where I waited close to half an hour due to an emergency repair ahead of me, but the receptionist apologized immediately and kept everyone updated. Since starting braces, I’ve noticed less jaw soreness in the mornings and chewing feels more comfortable overall. The cosmetic improvements have been great too, but honestly the physical relief surprised me most.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before starting treatment with Significance Orthodontics.

I started Invisalign with this office over five years ago and was told I had a lifetime plan, including unlimited refinements and lifetime retainers. Five years later, my teeth still are not where they should be. Every time I went in with concerns, the solution was always the same. Rescan, new aligners, and no real progress or clear plan to actually get me to the end result.

I still have my original treatment documentation, which references lifetime retention with no mention of any five-year expiration. Being told now that my treatment has “expired” feels completely inconsistent with what was originally presented.

Last year, I had serious health issues and was hospitalized for an extended period of time, so I wasn’t able to keep up with appointments. Once my health improved, I reached out to continue treatment and was told over the phone I would be scheduled for a rescan. However, when I arrived, I was told my treatment had “expired” because it had been five years.

This was the first time I had ever heard of any kind of expiration.

At no point during my treatment did anyone communicate that my “lifetime” plan had a time limit. I never received any reminders, follow-ups, or even a heads-up that my treatment window was coming to an end, especially considering I was nearing my last trays. Even large companies send notifications when a service is about to expire. It makes no sense that something as significant as ongoing orthodontic treatment wouldn’t come with any kind of reminder or communication.

What made the situation worse was how dismissive Dr. Victoria Chen was when I tried to explain my concerns. The focus kept being on the fact that I hadn’t been in for a year, with no real acknowledgment of what I had gone through or the lack of communication on their end. Being told that they have too many patients to keep track of did not sit right with me. If that is the case, then there should be better systems in place to support patients through a long-term treatment like this.

After five years of treatment, my teeth are still not where they should be, and now I am being told I can’t continue based on information that was never clearly explained. That is extremely frustrating and honestly feels misleading.

If you are considering Invisalign here, I would strongly suggest getting everything in writing and asking very direct questions about timelines and limitations. “Lifetime” clearly did not mean what I thought it did.

I just want to say ... this is a female ran, POWERHOUSE of a team!! i think i would pick this group of ladies over a SWAT team to defend me if need be. LOL

beautiful office, clean, smells wonderful. which sets the mood for your visit. everyone has a smile, speaks to you, makes you feel welcome and is willing to listen if you have questions or comments. you can tell these ladies work together very well and run a tight shift.

i would 10/10 recommend! if you're thinking of braces but worried about the cost, they have an amazing payment plan lady who works magic! dont hesitate to get the smile you're dreaming of!! come see dr. chen! shes so so sweet and thoughtful! helps you pick the best treatment for you but also makes you comfortable and confident with her and your choice!!
