Love it here! There’s finally a derm place by my area after needing to have to drive 30+ minutes before . Aaron was great and listened to all my concerns. and so were Stephanie and Passion. They were all so nice and had a great attitude. highly recommend for your skin needs ❤️

I used to come here when they were on Rancho. It was a zoo! Now I see Dr. Herman on Charleston and it’s still a Zoo x3! Wait time is ridiculous when see my provider! I found out this morning that they double book every 10 mins beginning at 6:45. Dr. Doesn’t see patients until 7:30am and my appointment was at 8 am… so as soon as I walk through the door, I have a 45 minute wait. Not cool at all! Asked to see the office manager and of course Lisa Rue wasn’t available. There is no office manager on Fridays! I really like Se. Herman but if things aren’t better by my next appointment., I will find another provider.

Had my first visit today he heard me out and sent prescriptions to the pharmacy. The call center is really frustrating. They keep insisting this location doesn’t exist. Trying to contact the office is not possible.

Does not return calls or messages from the patient portal. Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. As I couldnt get a call back had no idea where it was sent ...some.pharmacy I dont use called me telling me ...we have a script for you. Serious lack of attention to detail.

THIS IS FOR THE SKY CANYON OFFICE : I've been to a few doctors that anre overworked and it shows. I don't know if Dr. Parsons is overworked, but it does not show any signs of it, is always upbeat and he is very engaging as are his aides.
The people of the front office staff are very competent, and that's not something that I'm used to at a doctor's office in Las Vegas, so KUDOS to the people up front!
