This is my first time in Smile Elegance Dental and I had such a very wonderful experience. The entire team were truly kind and caring. Much more, very professional. Ella, the Treatment Coordinator who's in the front desk is very much accomodating and so friendly with a good smile everytime. You wouldn't hesitate to ask for help. Dr. Pritz handled the procedure very amazingly. No pain and explains every detail of the step. The xray technician also did a very good job. I would highly recommend Smile Elegance Dental. You're in good hands.

Had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, Ella welcome us with a smile and helped me in everything. She made me feel so ease. Feels like you've already known her for years. Dra. Pritz who did the cleaning and filling, explained first the status of my teeth, then clearly explained also every step of the procedure and constantly checked on my comfort. My filling was completely painless. The clinic is spotless and uses state-of-the art technology. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Exceptional Dentist and staff. Keep it up!!!

This office is the best on Spring Valley! Starting from the care and treatment, this is what I call a premium office. Dr. Pritz will take care of all your dental needs, treating you with respect, tenderness, and kindness. Ella at the front desk will take care of you and answer all your questions regarding insurance and treatment plans. Don’t hesitate to call and schedule your appointment. They also have great membership plans for patients without insurance, and walk-ins are always welcome!

Just got major dental work done with root canal and two crowns. Dr. Pritz and her staff was extremely friendly and professional. Love this new dental practice. The $399 inclusive membership plan is ideal for people who have no dental insurance. Did not get to use spa features yet. Hope to try it next time

Smile elegance is trustworthy and not overpriced! They did two of my crowns recently and I can tell they use quality materials. Dr. Norma took the time to show me exactly what is going on and did not try to upsell me. I have been going to her for 10 years and followed her everywhere because her knowledge and care is unmatched. This office is clean and beautiful! They also offer discounts for people that don’t have insurance. Highly recommend!!

If every dentist was like Dr. Pritz, people wouldn't be afraid of going to the dentist. I went to her for the first time today and was beyond impressed!

I was warmly greeted by Gigi when I arrived and she got me checked in and took me back to the exam room. She handed me a comfort menu which actually confused me at first. They actually have a menu of things they provide to make you comfortable. It had things like, a blanket, a pillow, and eye mask, and a few other items. She asked if I'd like anything and I said "no thank you" but thought it was really cool

Next Ella came to take me to the x-ray room. They have the machine that takes the x-rays by a halo going around your head. After those x-rays she took me back to the exam room and took additional x-rays with a device I had never seen before. She said it doesn't put off radiation.

After the x-rays were done, Dr. Pritz came in and introduced herself. She asked me if I had any issues and we discussed the problems I was having and did a full exam. She also took pictures with a wand and when done she went over them with me. She was very thorough and discussed a treatment plan.

I was relieved to find out my teeth weren't as bad as I thought. She said she would be able to help get my mouth healthy and I would be happy with the results. They even did a full cleaning which Dr. Pritz did.

I'm beyond impressed with Dr. Pritz and her amazing staff. If you're looking for a wonderful, mental, and caring dentist, try her!!! I promise, you will love her!!!
