I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Lulu Tang and her entire staff! 🩷 From start to finish, everyone was so sweet, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They made the whole experience so comfortable and easy!

Dr. Lulu is absolutely amazing at what she does! She truly cares about her patients and makes sure you feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. I signed up for the basic package, and the entire process was so smooth and stress-free. My teeth feel amazing, and I couldn’t be happier!

You can really tell that Dr. Lulu and her team love what they do. The positive energy, kindness, and attention to detail make such a difference. It’s not often you find a doctor and staff who make you feel so welcomed and cared for.

Dr. Kamal Patel was knowledgeable, kind, genuine & his clinic is innovative. I was quite impressed. Roberto the hygienist was also very knowledgeable explained why I needed the deep cleaning and what I was looking at in their 2D imaging. Right from the start we were greeted by a warm welcome from Sue, she takes care of everyone in the lobby. Check in was so easy, prefilled paperwork online, at the end Sue went over insurance benefits and what it would cover, broke it up into bite size plans to make our plan digestible. Oasis dental uses innovation, technology for overall dental health. Process was so smooth! Clinic is beautiful and so clean. So glad my husband and I found our place! We have to drive from the other side of town, well worth the drive! ~Janelle

Disclaimer: I am not a patient… but my mom is.

My mom doesn’t want to leave a review because she is still a patient at this office, but I’m not, so I feel comfortable sharing our experience.

First, I want to acknowledge the positives. The office itself is beautiful, the front-office staff has always been pleasant, and the manager is genuinely kind, so warm, and bubbly. Unfortunately, great customer service and a beautiful office are not enough when the actual treatment experience continues to fall short.

My 63yr old mom has been waiting for the completion of her dental treatment for over eight months, and the process has been extremely frustrating. She has made multiple trips for impressions, fittings, scans and adjustments, only to repeatedly be told that it doesn’t fit properly. At this point, the amount of time, travel, and inconvenience she has experienced is unacceptable.

My mom lives about 34 minutes from the office, has paid for her treatment in full, and has been incredibly patient throughout this entire process. During one of her visits, she asked the assistant if she could speak directly with the dentist. She was told that the dentist was in surgery, so she left without ever getting the opportunity to speak with him about the ongoing issues with her treatment.

What is most disappointing is that the office does a great job making patients feel welcomed and cared for, but that experience needs to extend to the actual delivery of treatment. Patients shouldn’t have to keep coming back for months on end because the laboratory or delivery process isn’t producing a quality result.

At some point, kindness and reassurance have to be backed up by results, communication, quality, and consistency. I would much rather see the office focus less on reassuring patients and more on making sure the work being delivered actually meets the expectations that were promised.

I truly hope this situation gets resolved and my mom can finally receive her teeth that she is comfortable with and satisfied with. If that happens, I will absolutely consider updating my review.

Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office to someone who is looking for a smooth, consistent, and reliable dental experience.

Dr. Kamal was also wonderful—very nice, personable, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated how well they communicated and explained everything to me while going over my imaging. I am a 100% female USMC combat vet with severe PTSD. I have in the past avoided the dentist for up to 9 years! I was referred here by the VA. What an AMAZING experience I have had! I have needed extensive work and I must say Dr. Alvin and Dr. Patel have done an amazing job on the work I needed done! ALL of the staff has been so kind and friendly. Now when I walk in I am no longer shaking and feel at home. They treat me like family! I had my first appointment at Smile Oasis yesterday! I am someone who regularly goes to the dentist however, for some reason I felt like this initial visit was more comprehensive than I am used to. It was nice to be educated on my health & treated with so much care. Tina the hygienist was very thorough and gentle. She also let me watch Netflix while she did my cleaning. All of this to say, the real reason why I came to Smile Oasis is Dr. Tang!!! She is a once in a lifetime doctor. I have had scary experiences before where a dentist has told me I had a cavity when I didn’t, and I know this would never happen with Dr. Tang. For this reason & so many others, she will always be my dentist. Her attention to detail & quality of work is unmatched. :)

My gift for moving to Vegas was my wisdom tooth erupting! Yay me!

Thankfully Dr Alvin and staff were so welcoming and personable from start to finish. There are TVs even in the ceiling equips with headphones — perfect distraction if you’re anxious at the dentist.

They walked me through my X-rays and showed me exactly where my tooth was erupting and impacting the neighboring tooth and set up a treatment plan that worked best for me financially.

Update:
I was told I wouldn't need IV Sedation for the removal of my erupted/partially impacted single wisdom tooth. I used an insurance broker they recommended to find a company in network. When I called to schedule the billing lady tacked on an extra $900 for IV sedation. I told her I wanted to opt-out (I have worked in dentistry, assisted in oral surgery, & have had a 6.5 hour dental procedure with no sedation) of IV sedation -- all of the sudden its no longer an option. They wanted $1500 minimum for one tooth removal, plus whatever else for a crown for the adjacent tooth. Extremely disappointed considering the dentist seemed to be understanding of my situation as a medical student.

I went to a different high-review oral surgeon in the area and gave me the option to remove to tooth with IV sedation for $750, or with only local for $350. Literally half of what Smile Oasis quote that abruptly changed at time of scheduling. Nearly $1K for sedation is wild.

From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was going to be a different kind of dental experience!

The front entrance is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, and honestly, I expected this to be a quick “in-and-out” visit. Instead, I got so much more than I expected!

From the very beginning, Marita and Sue greeted me like I was already a member of the family. Check-in was incredibly easy, with no paperwork required. They even offered water and sparkling water, and the office smelled amazing!

There was absolutely no wait time, which I really appreciated. Then Alberto gave me a tour of the office, and he was so welcoming, friendly, and pleasant. He made me feel comfortable right away.

My procedure went great with Alberto and his assistant, Ari. They were both extremely personable, professional, and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable.

Dr. Tang was wonderful. She took the time to explain my dental concerns thoroughly and provided me with an amazing treatment plan. I also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating she was. She made me feel heard and never rushed me through anything.

I also loved all the small touches that made the visit feel extra special. After my procedure, I was even given a warm towel, which was such a nice surprise! 🥰 It’s those little details that really make a difference.

The office is beautiful, clean, modern, and equipped with updated technology, and they offer such great services. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their overall experience.

I came in expecting a simple visit, but I left feeling like I found a dental office I can truly trust.

I can easily justify giving these guys a 10 out of 5 stars! The moment I walked into their beautiful and clean facility, Lorena welcomed me with the kindest smile and offered me a refreshment. I was then handed off to the dental assistant, Jackie, who knowledgeably told me about their teams history, achievements and extensive services, and gave me a tour of the rest of the facility. I got settled into the treatment room and was offered a warm blanket, headphones and a lip balm before Dr. Babu then so kindly greeted me, listened to my concerns, and proposed a treatment plan. During my treatment, Jackie, Arianna and José were very attentive to my needs and assisted throughout the time I spent there. Shortly after, I was greeted by Tina (adore and love her)! She gave me a tour of the place and I was impressed with how modern, clean and aesthetic everything was. Tina is amazing and is so so kind. She makes sure you’re comfortable at all times. Once I got into the room, I was welcomed with a cozy blanket and chapstick. Small details like that goes a long way and means a lot. They really care about making their clients comfortable, which I appreciate very much as my previous dental offices were not so kind, thoughtful and welcoming. They offered water, sparkling water and or coffee as well! This was my first time coming here and truthfully 10/10! I was able to meet 1 out of the 2 doctors and he was very kind and easy to talk to! Came in at 12:30 on a Saturday. Couldn’t find anywhere else that was open.

The entire staff was very professional and friendly.

Had an appointment for noon but I called and let Sue know I was coming from Pahrump, she was very understanding and set my appointment for 30 minutes later. Sat and waited for a maybe 10-15 minutes, Sue mentioned they had complimentary beverages while I waited which was very nice.

Grace, the dental assistant, was very kind and personable. Came in and got the X-rays done very quickly. Ran me through my options, I decided to have my tooth extracted as it was giving me problems for months. She asked if I would like it extracted today, and of course I said yes! Asked me questions about myself and just generally took my mind off of the whole thing.

Dr. Patel was very professional. He didn’t push me to spend more money than I had to. Told me only what was completely necessary to get me taken care of. He numbed me up with some local anesthetics and proceeded to start working on my tooth. When I tell you I didn’t feel even a slight tingle of pain, I mean that! When the tooth came out I was amazed because I hadn’t felt anything!

Overall, the fine people at Smile Oasis were fantastic in every way possible. Will definitely be going back for future dental needs. Went in a little nervous and left feeling immense relief. Highly recommend them to anyone!

My 64 yr old mom went here for her toothache about 4 months ago, and because she does not know how to do reviews, I am doing it for her.

It’s been 4 months since my mom has been pain free. She was suffering from a horrible toothache for almost a year! She’s terrified but I called and made an appt for her and explained that she was only visiting me here in Vegas and going home in a few days. From the initial appointment call to schedule my mom, Marita made it easy. She immediately got my mom in the same day once I told her she’s only visiting. Then we checked in and Sue immediately said hello and told me she checked us in. And as soon as you open the doors the esthetic and smell is amazing! It smells like the “RITZ CARLTON” ☺️ As a small business owner, I understand firsthand that great friendly service is what keeps people coming back. It’s not just about providing a service, but making patients feel valued, heard, respected, and cared for. They gave her water, blanket, had headphones and even allowed me to be in the room the whole time. Dr Patel was so nice! He explained the process, made sure she was ready and then started. She went home and was not able to schedule a post op, but they sent me a text message a week later to follow up to check how she was feeling. My mom has not felt this way in almost a year and when she comes back, we will be going for our first visit!

I had such a great experience at Smile Oasis\. I was a walk\-in, and Sue greeted me with a warm smile and helped me get an appointment\. She was incredibly accommodating and even started filling out the forms for me\. Thankfully, I was able to be seen the same day\.

I can't say enough good things about our first visit to Oasis Dental. We came in as a stressed-out family needing an emergency appointment, and from the very first phone call they turned the whole experience around.

Sue was the first person we spoke with, and she went out of her way to fit us in quickly for an emergency visit - kind, calm, and reassuring exactly when we needed it.

Hannah took care of my son during his x-rays, which was no small task given how much dental work he was facing. She was patient and gentle, and she genuinely eased his anxiety - something that made a huge difference for a nervous kid (and his nervous parent).

Dr. Babu was wonderful. He took his time to walk us through exactly what he was seeing and how he planned to fix it, and he spoke directly to my son to explain everything and teach him tips for taking better care of his teeth going forward. Most importantly, he reassured my son that he wouldn't feel any pain - and that made him feel safe and in good hands.

We left feeling cared for, informed, and confident in our son's dental care. Highly recommend this team to any family, especially one with an anxious child. Thank you, Sue, Hannah, and Dr. Babu!

Dr.kamal and his team are amazing. I had a dental emergency where I not only needed help but fast! They were able to fit me in same day and give me all the treatment I needed! Got a root canal and implant under sedation a few weekend ago and went back today for my permanent crown. They were just as kind and accommodating the second time around and I will continue to come back here for the top notch care. If you are like me and don’t do well with dental work you need to come here. 11/10 would recommend. Plus they all have a great sense of humor which always helps.

From the first call I made to actually coming to the office- Sue was incredible from day one. Sue remembered me even though I only spoke to her once over a month ago. First off, I just want to say they could not have chosen a better team than the one they had in the office today.

I was immediately greeted by Lorena and Sue, who made my check-in process so easy. We even laughed and joked about my ID picture for a bit—they were both incredibly welcoming and kind.

I was then assisted by JP, and I can’t say enough about how gentle and caring she was throughout my appointment. I came in to have my braces removed, and honestly, I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect and was already experiencing some pain. JP made the entire process so much easier with her patience, compassion, and reassurance.

And then there’s Dr. Alvin. I honestly don’t think I’d let another dentist work on me after this experience. He was so gentle, patient, and understanding. He even gave me little breaks when I got emotional and cried a bit—not because of anything he was doing, but because of the pain I was already experiencing. His bedside manner was exceptional.

Overall, this team made an incredible impression on me. From their outstanding customer service to their positive, bubbly personalities, every interaction was wonderful. If you’re looking for a new dental office to call home, I highly recommend this one.

I was in training all day from 6 AM until 5:30 PM and when I am ready to relax for the evening, I take a bite of my taco because it is Cinco de Mayo today. What happens next?…… My front porcelain crown came out. Not sure if I swallowed it. I have a very important training the rest of the week. This was my first visit to Smile Oasis Dentistry and hands down it was a very pleasant visit I honestly so impressed. I will definitely be staying here and bringing everyone I know. The front desk team was incredible. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Costs, insurance, procedures, benefits… everything was broken down so clearly, and I never felt rushed or confused. The hygienist was amazing. So gentle, so knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He explained everything he was doing and gave me so much helpful information about my dental health that no one has ever taken the time to share before.

Coming from someone who had some pretty terrible experiences at the dentist growing up (Smile Care… RIP), I was definitely hesitant to switch after my previous dentist dipped. But honestly, it’s been nothing but positive experiences here so far.

To start, Sue was amazing, super patient and helpful while I was trying to figure things out with my insurance (it was trippin), and I had to reschedule a few times because of my own schedule, not theirs.

When I finally came in for my appointment, Sue was there at check-in and just as friendly in person :) After that, Arianna gave me a tour of the space, made me feel really comfortable during X-rays, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect.

Beth was supposed to do my cleaning, but I had to reschedule since I came on my lunch break (that was on me, haha). The next available appointment was a few weeks out, but Marita came through and let me know about a last-minute cancellation just a few days later as I was heading out.

I was worried I wouldn’t find that same level of comfort and safety I had with my previous dentist, but this place is definitely it.

Dr. Kamal has such a warm personality, it’s easy to trust him with your dental care.

12/5 went back to get the other 1/2 deep cleaning. With everything done. I have never experienced a dental office that can get things done so fast without getting approval from a health insurance. The front desk ladies are very helpful with all of the insurance info. So the Dentist and his stuff can do what I needed to get done. I as a patient didn't need to deal with the insurance company at all. My teeth, actually my whole mouth feels amazing. Oh, the toothbrush that Smile Oasis gives you, is fantastic. I never in my life have experience my toothbrush actually getting the food out between my teeth. And their mouthwash which they sell a burst of fresh mouth. Thank you, see you in 3 months. So, 4/9/2026 I had to change Dentist, due to Insurance. So I was able to go back to my previous dentist, did a cleaning today received the best review of my cleaning, due to what I had done at Smile Oasis, deep cleaning and 3 crowns was totally worth it The hygienist today she had never seen the back of my bottom front teeth so clean I have a cross in the lower back hard to get tarter out . I called crying with a terrible toothache and Betty made sure to let me know i called the right place, she took my info over the phone and was ready when i arrived. She was such a kind and loving person she made sure i was taken care of. When i went to the back Hanna took my X-rays and helped with my procedure. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and the clinic is very modern and equipped with overhead TVs and headphones to watch your favorite shows on Netflix while your getting worked on. Sue at the front desk was exceptional in making sure to thoroughly explain everything and I did not feel pressured at all which nowadays is rare in a sales driven world, so overall it was an exceptional experience and I'm very thankful for the entire staff. 😊

I had a great experience on my first visit to Smile Oasis. Sue was incredibly helpful at explaining my dental options and being assistive and Dr. Patel reviewed my X-rays and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my teeth. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist by far!

Sue, Ariana, and Dr.Alvin were amazing and made my anxiety go away instantly. Everything was explained step by step and I was able to understand and follow along about what’s going on in my mouth and what needed to be done. Every single person at this place is Fantastic!!! I was so scared , I had a badly fracture molar close to to root and it was in emergent need for repair! Every single person at this office was amazing 💙this Dr gets 5 stars always from me!!!! His crew were so fun, knowledgeable and kind!!! I ended up getting procedural sedation for the root canal and left the office with my finished crown in place!!!! Efficient and quality care given here.
