I do not recommend this dental office. My experience has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent from the beginning.

At my first consultation, I was quoted one amount for my services. When I went back, I was given a higher amount. Then, the third time, I was told a different amount that was actually lower than the first two. The pricing has been inconsistent, and I never felt like I was getting a clear answer about what I was supposed to pay.

I specifically booked with a hygienist for a deep cleaning because I liked her work. She completed the deep cleaning on one side of my mouth, and I also had a root canal done. I waited about a MONTH for my next appointment because I specifically wanted the same hygienist to clean the other side. When I finally came back, they had scheduled me with a completely different hygienist. I purposely waited an entire month for the hygienist I requested, and no one informed me that I would be seeing someone else.

Because of this, I have been walking around with one side of my teeth noticeably cleaner and whiter than the other side, even though I have already PAID for the services.

Then there is the $100 fee. I spoke directly with Marlene and asked if I could wait and see the hygienist I originally scheduled with. She told me YES. I specifically asked her if I would be charged a fee for doing that, and she told me NO. Then, on the day of my appointment, I received a text saying I would have to pay a $100 fee in order to be seen for my deep cleaning.

That is extremely frustrating because I asked about the fee beforehand and was specifically told there would not be one.

On top of everything else, getting someone on the phone is extremely difficult. I have asked countless times to speak with the supervisor, Adrianna, and I still have not received a call from her.

Between the constantly changing prices, appointment issues, $100 fee after I was told there would not be one, lack of communication, and difficulty reaching management, I feel like my concerns as a patient have not been taken seriously.

I would not recommend this office based on my experience. 0/10.

Smile Today Dental ha sido, sin duda, el mejor lugar que pude haber elegido para mi tratamiento de brackets. Estuve aproximadamente dos años en tratamiento y mi caso era bastante severo. Y cuando digo severo… ¡era REALMENTE severo! 😅 Aun así, lograron un resultado que superó completamente mis expectativas.
¡Apenas ayer me quitaron los brackets y no puedo estar más feliz! 🥹🦷✨ Me dejaron una sonrisa hermosa y radiante. Ahora comenzaré mi tratamiento de blanqueamiento y más adelante compartiré fotografías del proceso y del resultado final.
Yo no recomiendo este lugar al 100%… ¡lo recomiendo al 1000%! Desde las chicas de recepción, la limpieza y las instalaciones, hasta cada una de las personas que te atienden. Todo el equipo es profesional, amable y siempre se preocupa por hacerte sentir cómoda y bien atendida.
Pero quiero hacer una mención MUY especial a Miguel, el encargado de la oficina. Si pudiera darle 100,000 puntos, se los daría. Miguel siempre está pendiente de todo lo que necesitan los pacientes y de que todo funcione correctamente. Es excepcionalmente profesional, sabe perfectamente lo que hace y, además, siempre me ha tratado con muchísima amabilidad.
Si alguien me preguntara: “¿Con quién debería ir cuando haga mi cita?”, mi respuesta sería: ¡Miguel, 100%! Sé que siempre está súper ocupado, pero créanme, vale totalmente la pena. Para mí, es de lo mejor que tiene este lugar.

Smile Today Dental is, without a doubt, the best place I could have chosen for my braces treatment. I was in treatment for approximately two years, and my case was extremely severe. And when I say severe… I mean REALLY severe! 😅 Yet somehow, they achieved results that completely exceeded my expectations.
I just got my braces removed yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier! 🥹🦷✨ They gave me a beautiful, radiant smile. I’m now starting my whitening treatment, and I’ll share pictures of the process and final results later.
I don’t recommend this place 100% — I recommend it 1,000%! From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the cleanliness of the office, the facilities, and everyone who takes care of you, the entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about making sure you feel comfortable and well cared for.

Brought my mother in for a new bottom plate id dentures and repairs to her top. Great service. They were courteous and worked around her wheelchair. That is huge for me, not all places are so accommodating. We came in for a consultation and ended up taking her in for impressions straight away. They also have an in house lab so her repairs were done in about an hour. Miguel is fantastic and so sweet with her. So glad she chose this dental office.

Had Covid and was on oxygen 24 hrs for a month and a half ,stuck in bed. It took a toll on my teeth.was going to try and go to another dental place that.gave me a hard time. Front desk is inconsiderate. I'm a return client. I need a yearly cleaning and she said no without me seeing the doctor. Told me a deep cleaning was necessary and needed me to pay up front that's not covered by MetLife. My first deep cleaning was in 2023 and I had an implant done. Terrible work. The post fell out at work. Bled all over my shirt. These people are like a 7-11 if dentists.
