Lesley and Chandler today was one of the worst painful days ,I had change my clothes then when Icame out Chandler had me set up already he is patient and makes you smile. When it come to Lesley she listens to what you have to say she massage you , you don't have to keep showing where it hurts it like she already knows where to go how much pressure and relieve my pain I'm glad I have them as my therapy team thank you guys.

The rude incompetence of the front staff was enough to cancel all sessions. I showed up was told my appointment was canceled and I had been informed of this by voicemail. I said I would not have driven 20 minutes if I had been informed. To which the front desk person said “Let me see your voicemail” and “It says right here on my screen that you were called.” Rude blaming and no sense of customer service at all.

I was very apprehensive when arriving; intimidated by the open room but the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had already made up my mind to try, but didn’t believe it would help much. Not only did it help improve the mobility in my knee, my back also improved to where I wasn’t waking up in pain every morning. It was a great experience.
