Annie Chia is an exceptional OT it’s very evident that she truly cares about her patients. I see it in the care she provides me and the other patients she Works with while I’m at the clinic I’m truly blessed to have my treatment with her. Very smart lady that always goes the extra mile to make sure I get the most out of each session with her. Annie has set the bar so high I’m not sure I will ever be lucky enough to get treatment as good as she provides me from any other Occupational Therapist.

Convenient location off Rampart Pkwy. Neat clean ample parking with handicap access. Automatic handicap front door access. Office located on second floor. Elevator accessible. Front office receptionist was very cheerful, friendly snd helpful. Check in was easy with no waiting. There are chairs available while waiting for your your appointment. Interior is neat, clean, organized and spacious with huge windows facing north and east with beautiful views of the mountains. It's a relaxed atmosphere. There are wonderful pictures of the different Las Vegas sports team displayed. Annie the physical therapist assistance was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly, great tableside manner, patient and attentive. She ensured the exercises were done correctly and timely.

My rescheduled appointment was cancelled yet again! I called yesterday to confirm and today, the night before my appointment…it was cancelled via an automated text. This is beyond frustrating. I’m disappointed by this. I will not be going here any longer.

My appointment today was cancelled without notifying me. I was told that the therapist left early today. What prompted me to call and confirm was that I never received any confirmation from the office. Been looking forward to coming in as I made this appt 3-4 weeks ago and I have very limited availability. I hardly leave any reviews but this was upsetting and hopefully doesn’t happen to others as well.

Thankfully My appt was rescheduled for 2 weeks from now by a kind female appointment setter. She was awesome at helping me! I’ll be happy to create an updated review after my first appointment.

I got hit by a truck about 7 months ago hopeless with a broken femur & unable to walk . Lori /Gerry/Luis were absolutely the best since day one. Helped me through my whole recovery process until today. I can walk and run again thanks to them and the whole team. Put the work and you will achieve great results.

I spent six weeks with the folks at this facility and I’m 100% unimpressed with the customer facing staff and behind the scenes staff. Heather, the therapist, seemed knowledgeable enough and followed my doctor’s orders. However, she didn’t have enough time to dedicate to me during my sessions, as she was working with multiple people at the same time. That is, until I complained following one of the workers giving me instruction that caused me tremendous pain. It was only then I learned that the various people working with me are not physical therapists at all. Sometimes I had as many as three different people working with me during a 45-minute session, and two of them had the gall to ask me, “So, what do you want to do today?” WHAT? I’m here because I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing. I’m here for instructions on how to heal. I’m here for the guidance of a physical therapist – not some assistant or aide! And while the staff seemed to be cohesive, they might consider paying as much attention to customers. The cross chatter amongst the employees on my time was offensive.

The final straw for me was when Heather billed my insurance for a service she did not provide. I called the billing department at Smith and spoke with Lee, who should be banned from dealing with customers. He told me I had to go to Heather to sort the matter. I told him that this was an error on Smith’s part and Smith should sort it. He got rude and refused to transfer me to a manager. I said thank you very much and he hung up without a word! Being resourceful, I obtained the manager’s email address, and she replied expeditiously however, she made two major mistakes. The first was that she made an excuse for Lee even though she listened to the audio recording and acknowledged that Lee was out of line. The second had to do with the billing error. When I asked for the error to be corrected, I was given two options, one of which might amount to fraud. That is, she asked that because my insurance only paid a small amount, would I be willing to just let it go. I was stunned. I said no, please reverse the error. I’m still waiting for that to happen.

I went to a physical therapy office that is not part of a chain or therapy mill, and where I get the attention, respect and therapy that a customer deserves.

Actively ignored me during neck physical therapy. Had to wait wait 3-5 minutes while being actively glanced at and ignored between exercises. While putting me in the neck extension machine the assistant caught and tore my hair in the machine then made it way too tight around the base of my neck so I now have a splitting headache now after the machine pulled way harder than it did previously. I liked hand therapy here but now I feel like my neck is worse for a second time, strong warning to anyone considering physical therapy here

I broke my wrist in September and had surgery. I honestly thought I lost mobility and wouldn’t be able to do many day-to-day activities. Annie was so encouraging and kind from the beginning, she gave me lots of good reasons to believe I would recover. And I have. Several months later there is nothing I cannot do. I absolutely love her! She is encouraging, made therapy fun and is without doubt an expert in her area of specialization. I so appreciate everything she has done for me, our conversations and, of course, all the laughter. She is the best.

I can’t thank enough this place and the professionals for helping me with my neck and back problems after my auto accident. I’ve been to chiropractors and spine surgeon but non helped me as much as Gary, David, Ashton, Araiannna, Asia, and other staff. From special exercises to massaging it all helped me get back to my normal. Having constant pain to being able to dance for hours. From needing constant breaks at work to relieve my pain and now no pain at all. Thank you so much for making me better. Wish I could continue but I have to make room for others who need their help.

Extremely professional and very organized. The appointment setter is compassionate and beyond helpful at making appointments for clients with difficult schedules. I highly recommend them for too many reasons to list. The therapists really are very knowledgeable and not to mention the facility is brand new as well as the machines. All the staff are very friendly and professional, from the front desk they make you feel very comfortable. I was going there for a month for neck treatment( Alta location)-Maverick and Lorizen were great, explaining all exercises and stretching. Definitely if I need further assistance for back or neck strengthening will come back. Highly recommended this place!

I was nervous to start going to pt but from the beautiful building, to the wonderful friendly ladies up front, I instantly felt welcome. Maverick is great and seems like he genuinely cares about each patient. The facility is always top notch clean and everyone seems to work really hard to be helpful before you even know you need help. I’d definitely recommend them.

I’ve just finished my physical therapy here for an MCL tear with Maverick and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff at this location are lovely and have made me feel welcome and safe throughout my healing process. Maverick did an awesome job of being very clear about expectations and with all of my exercises. He also did a great job motivating me and pushing me to reach my goals while also being understanding and considerate when I had any pain or concerns along the way. The staff is very friendly with a calm atmosphere. Its still being quietly built in some spot's so all the equipment is new. 😇 I had the pleasure of being one of the First patients to try out the equipment. Would recommend to all introvert's it feels like a safe place.

Clean and bright facility, efficient staff, and I was fortunate to have the best therapist -Ms. Annie :)

This place seriously is an experience, from intake call center , to Front desk , to physical therapists David Camp, to
Maverick PT to Annie OT. Clinc is so big and they have new equipment!! The view is AMAZING!! It is always clean and this team really goes beyond !!! 100% recommend! Great customer SERVICE !!

Was a patient twice in 2023. Staff is great, billing dept is a mess. I’m owed over $100 in unnecessary copays l will never see back. The statement I requested is a bunch of estimates and is quite scary for a medical office statement. The kicker was being told that I can’t continue as a patient unless I pay $30 in unnecessary copays EVERY visit. I was threatened with collections by the front desk, so my PT visits with STP was cut short and I’ll be sharing my statement/experience with the insurance co. It’s strange when you need the insurance company to help with billing issues …

This is dumb. I called to make an appointment and was not able to unless I have a dr referral or self pay. My insurance is a ppi and does not require referral, which I explained to the receptionist. I asked her to check with her manager as I have never
encountered this before. She said she will not as it is policy. How dumb to lose a client over not knowing what a pro mea s.

Trying to pay for their service was a big headache. They didn't accept cash, nor credit card at front desk. They sent invoice to us. So we sent payment check with invoice, but was return with note to pay at main office. Mickey mouse operation.
