I absolutely love this place as well as the employees. This place is super clean. They wash the equipment and tables after every patient. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable about the body for physical therapy purposes. When I go there and start my therapy, they tell me what I’ll be doing and what muscle they will have me work and what that muscle does. They do it with every new exercise. Which for me is very helpful. I love everyone there. They make my time there easier. And they do not make me feel scared or unsure while I’m there. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere. I recommend everyone go there. Plus they even take my insurance. Which is wonderful. And they are also in my network. I love this place. Oh and they are also very close to where I live.

It pains me to write this mediocre review.

I have severe flat foot, while the stretches for my toes helped somewhat.
The motion I wish PT observed would be my walking. PT recommended Altra shoes, after 1 month I realized my pain increasing due to heel roll.
This resulted in micro tears which aggravated more pain.

Wish better technique would be employed to be more helpful. Thus the constructive feedback.

Now I’m tossing out shoes bought on their recommendation and using AI for heel lock in with a wide toe box combo.

Smiths Therapy is great. They got me in right away on an urgent basis,. Everyone is so nice!!
I was experiencing a BPPV episode. Quentin did the Epley maneuver a few times and was super patient and kind. He’s an expert in vestibular physiology and treatment, and was helpful in understanding what is going on in my ear canal and the best treatments.
I strongly recommended that anyone suffering from vertigo problems to go there.

I can’t say enough good things about the Sun City location! They got me on the schedule right away, and setting appointments was always easy. They call back promptly and never canceled already scheduled appointments. My experience here is the complete opposite of another location I tried under the same name.

Rob is highly knowledgeable and is my go to for needling. I had instant pain relief in my lats and back shoulder on my very first session… phenomenal.

Jasmine is thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. She provided a list of exercises that really helped, and she was great at tweaking them or adding extras when I needed more. Super friendly, and I never felt neglected, even when she had to attend to other patients.

Megan, the student PT, was fantastic as well. She gave clear instructions and helpful feedback, which made a huge difference during my first few visits. She was very personable and I know she’ll do very well on her own soon.

The front desk team Neyda & Aaron, are absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional, and they actually call you back, which is so important to me.

My son was referred here for muscle soreness issues due to toe walking because of his autism. This is our second time doing physical therapy for this reason and I am so happy with our experience here at Smith's. During our initial consultation, they really listened and took into account how he stands and walks differently, developing a routine for him based on that and changing it weekly. The other practice we went to seemed unsure of how to handle my son due to his condition and never changed anything about his routine. The people at Smith's seem to really care about what they do. Since I would sit in the waiting area and watch I was able to see how all the employees worked with their clients. Regardless of age, gender, or ability you could tell they cared about each person they worked with.

I had surgery on my shoulder, was recommended by my Orthopedic doctor to Smith Physical therapy in Sun City Dell Webb location, I've been going there since April of 2021. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with "Welcome" and smiles from all I encountered. A receptionist is the first person you meet. I have had many good therapist over the years but not so good receptionist and they are your first impression of the place. The receptionist at the Smith Partners in SunCity was welcoming, gracious and helpful. She was able to give me the attention I needed and at the same time acknowledge other clients entering the area. My therapist Nate was great, he listened to me, assessed my abilities and strengths and discussed with me what would best benefit me. So he explained the plan and we moved forward. Extremely Disappointed and Disrespected

I’m a sick patient dealing with high blood pressure and badly injured ankles. Despite my condition, I showed up for my appointment with Elizabeth F. at 3:00 PM only to be told it was actually at 4:00 PM. I waited patiently, even though I was in pain and unwell, but after nearly two hours, nothing happened.

When the clinic was about to close, she casually came over and said, “We can take you for a little,” as if I was an afterthought.

We didn’t go through with it. I truly believe we were treated this way because we don’t speak perfect English. We felt dismissed, disrespected, and treated as if we didn’t matter. No one especially someone who is sick and in pain deserves to be treated like this. Absolutely unacceptable.

I started coming to Smith Therapy Partners in mid-April after meniscus repair surgery. Honestly, I didn’t expect to get much out of PT because, as an athlete, I figured I’d end up doing most of the rehab work on my own. But I was wrong — in the best way possible.

Dr. Nate Hutt has been absolutely life-changing. He genuinely cares, listens, and personalizes everything to help me move better than I did before surgery. His approach has helped me rebuild not just mobility, but confidence in my body again. They also offer dry needling, which has been a game-changer for my recovery.

On top of that, the staff is incredible — Miranda and Neyda are always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This is one of the few PT clinics I actually look forward to going to. I can’t recommend Smith Therapy Partners enough, especially if you’re someone active who wants to heal better, not just "enough."

I work mainly in front of the computer. One side of my neck had developed a chronic stiffness which I had been ignoring for quite a while. I could not look 90 degrees to the left without experiencing stiffness and discomfort. After we tried a couple exercises, the pain wasn't being alleviated so we tried needling which was surprisingly very effective. 8 sessions later, I am able to rotate my head a full 180 degrees without any pain!

Be sure to commit to a daily routine for your recommended exercises, and you'll be able to heal faster.

I've had physical therapy many times before but have never had such good results. I suffer with a bad neck and low back. I also developed pretty severe vertigo. After living with the vertigo for about a month my neurologist sent me to see Rob at Smith's. After one "manuver" he fixed me! That was like a miracle to me! After several months, my neck and shoulder really acted up and I had slight vertigo also. Rob again came to the rescue. He put me on an exercise program but introduced something called dry needling. I had never heard of it before, however, after having it done once, my neck was about 80% better! I would highly recommend Smiths PT and particularly Rob, if you are looking for results!! I have been to physical therapy many times in my life, but never have I been so pleased with my experience as I was with Rob Williams. I am an older woman who has weightlifted for many years, and think it is very important as I age. I hurt my shoulder and elbow, and was quite limited in the exercises I could do. I was afraid I would need surgery for my shoulder, but Rob had me make adjustments to my position on several lifts, which helped immensely. He was extremely knowledgeable with exercises to strengthen both areas, and my progress was so rapid that I am thrilled.

I referred my girlfriend to Smiths Therapy instead of ATI based on my previous positive experience with them. However, my recent interaction with their call center was disappointing. When I spoke to Karla and her manager Elizabeth, it was clear they didn't care about repeat business. Karla was unprofessional over the phone, and even after discussing the issue with her manager, there was no concern shown for the referral. Smiths Therapy, please address the issues with your call center. While the actual location provides excellent service, you risk losing business due to their actions. We'll be going directly to the location from now on to schedule the appointment.

Smith's is by far the best place I've been for physical therapy. And I've been to a lot. All the therapists and staff greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. The therapists are very knowledgeable and make me work hard. They set realistic goals with me and push me to reach them. They never make me feel abandoned during my treatment time. Thank you Quentin, Jazmin, and Kurt.

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Betsy is amazing! A PT from a different clinic told me there was nothing she could do for me, but Betsy very much disagreed and created a therapy plan that works for me. Highly recommend!

Easy location off Rampart Blvd and Del Webb. Lots of parking with handicap access. The staff is great. Megan and Neyda at the front desk are always cheerful, friendly, caring and patient. Interior is very neat, clean and organized. My hubby is having physical therapy for several days. He has raved about the staff. I accompanied him today and met the wonderful staff. Jazmin and Quentin are the therapists. They are knowledgeable, patient and ensure he is doing the exercises correctly. All of his sessions have been great. Hours are Mon - Thurs 8am to 5pm. Fri 7am to 5pm. They do accept certain medical insurance coverage. Self pay initial evaluation is $125. Follow ups are $100.

I have the best physical therapist that you have. Her name is Betsy in Sun City location. She understands your needs and works very hard to get you well again.Great personality and very sweet,Yet she can be strict to try to help you succeed with your therapy Actually everyone at this location is very nice and very helpful
