I had appointment and after checking in I barely had to wait before I was called back. The nurses are super nice and do a great job! Dr. Bui is a one of kind doctor. He takes the time to ask what’s going on and then works with you on what steps need to be taken or what treatment he feels is best. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. I love coming here not just for the staff and the Doc but how things run so smooth now. No more sitting in waiting room then sitting in back room forever and once the doctor comes in you don’t feel rushed and best of all the doctors aren’t rushed and give you the time you deserve to go over your health concerns. Dr. Bui is a great provider. I've been his patient for several years. My only concern was with the office. I had an 8am appointment and received a reminder call and told me to arrive 15 minutes early. I did and lights were off and door was locked until about 7:55am. When I asked front desk why I was told to arrive 15 minutes early she asked me who said that and that was incorrect because they don't clock in until 8:00am!

I'm extremely grateful to have been given a quick appointment to see Dr. Bui. Who was in a great mood and very understanding about my stupid behavior that resulted in a high-speed trip to Spring Valley Hospital's ER on the previous Saturday night.
My reaching 90 is entirely due to Dr Bui's care. But for some reason I now have very mixed emotions about a lonely Future accompanied by escalating heath issues.
But I left the clinic feeling much more positive and 2 referrals to sort out my mental state at "Behavioral Health" and "Desert Audiology" to see what can be done about my Tinnitus.
Lastly, for some unknown reason everyone behind the counter and Dr. Bui's Nurse was in a good mood too. So I am now able to face the future with a lot more courage and feeling much better about what will obviously be increasingly testing times.
But 100% grateful to have been given the best possible health care in Las Vegas.
Especially by Dr. Bui - who sent me to Dr. Thomas Lambert in 2012. His 3 stents are still doing a perfect job so it's up to me to make much better use of the extra years I've been granted - by both of them.

But without fail your front desk is always a wreck! Everytime I enter I have to register again, after being bombarded with emails and texts about pre-registering and verifying the appointment, even after confirming the 1st time. I still have to fill it out in the office.

How does that makes sense any sense? Does your IT department tell the office staff that this is already happening?

The other issue is everytime I go to pay a co-pay… the credit card machine is down? Then on top of that everytime I pay my co-pay I receive a bill from billing that I need to pay another co-pay. I asked this last week ime why do I keep being double charged?

No one seems to have a clear understanding. Whether its the office manager or the IT department those teams need to get the systems working cohesively, cause they are not.

I refuse to pay twice for one visit, I have had this issue ongoing since late 2024.

I absolutely adore Dr Bui. He's been my doc for 10+ years. Even though I know live clear cross town now, I still travel to his office rather then going to the local one. He's very upfront and honest.
