Southridge Dental has been purchased by Dr. Martinez. I had been seeing Dr. Hahn for over 10 years & was a bit skeptic. Well let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised at how happy I was. Dr. Martinez was so welcoming and I felt so much comfort with him. All the same gals are still there, Jane, Lacie and Amy. I asked them how they liked Dr. Martinez and they all gave him raving reviews. Dr. Martinez' wife who is a Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Edwards happened to be there and what a great sweet lady. Needless to say if you are like I was, STOP IT and get in here. Your fears are unwarrantable. You'll be pleasantly surprised. If you're not a regular here, you're missing out on the warmth this dentist emits.

The staff has no care and compassion for anyone. The worst.

I’m gonna first by saying I have been going to the dentist for many years and Dr. Hahn always showed me the kindest respect. I had a $300 bill that was overdue I ended up paying at the first chance I get but I have spent over $20,000 with Dr. Hahn so you would think that something small would be overlooked and not a big deal. But it was a big deal to them so they asked me to pay everything upfront to be reimbursed later which I thought was very unreasonable. The front office is rude and disrespectful. Jane I believe is her name is the rudest person you will speak to. She will constantly tell you she is speaking and then when you begin to speak she will interrupt you . Even after trying to speak to them reasonably about the situation asking the doctor to call me an email me to discuss the matter they wanted nothing to do with me. I have spoken to the doctor about mountain biking and snowboarding many things for so many years and I’m so disappointed how they treated me today. I will never go see them again never no matter what do not go to the dentist do not trust them you will find out for yourself. You would think the doctor would email me after asking him to call me but it wasn’t important enough for the office to relay any information. Anyways just very disappointed in how they treated me not only disrespectfully but felt like they were single-handedly doing it deliberately because they felt like they had power over me.especially Jane.

I did actually get a chance to speak to Dr. Hahn a couple days ago And explain the situation in detail he was very nice over the phone but then he told me he would ask them to make an exception and look into it. Instead I received a letter today basically stating to find out another dentist. After everything I have spent with him all the time I have been there this is how they treat you. If you’re looking for a dentist I would think twice about going to them they obviously only care about money if they cared about you they would handle things much different. I am a business owner myself and cannot believe this is how they treat people especially over such a small amount of money that was already paid because obviously that’s what they care about nothing else nothing more.

On 9/16/24 i sent an email and went back to the office to see if they can see me again again because I like Dr hahn. He is actually not the problem. It's the front office who is terrible.

Terrible experience. We decided to try this dentist as it was closer. We went and received a cleaning and exam. We gave all insurance info up front to make sure everything was covered. They called and said that everything was good. We end up getting a bill for panoramic x rays. This is only allowed every five years as the insurance company told the dentist. The insurance did not cover and we called the dentist as we were sure they would make it right. They were extremely argumentative and had nothing but excuses for why it happened. We will never go back and they lost 4 patients over trying to make an extra $109 for each of us with pano xrays. Stay away, no integrity and can not be trusted.

I am new to this area and Dr Hahn and his team were highly recommended. I had plenty of questions for the front desk girls about my new insurance, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me, not only find out who my insurance was with, but what I may be responsible in paying for my future appointments. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a relaxed, family environment. You can tell their staff gets along well with each other which made my appointment go that much more smoothly. At the end of my appointment, I even found myself having a laugh with Chris, Dr. Hahns assistant. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking with consideration of the coronavirus! Phone prescreening, temperature check and mouth rinsing were all completed before I was seated in my room! I am so grateful that I have found such an amazing group of people to help me with my dental needs! I am actually looking forward to future visits with them!

Horrible dental office. Front office girls are really rude, never have I experienced that level of service before. I got an estimate of service which was almost $2000 for services I didn’t need! Yes, I had one cavity which I paid $108 out of pocket for at another office with top of the art equipment. After Hahns consultation I went to two other doctors for a second opinion and they said nothing about all the service Hahn said I needed. I got billed for $92 dollars for some 1980’s X-rays because my “insurance didn’t cover it” according to the them. Then they sent it off to collections even though we tried to pay the bill on time. Can’t help that we didn’t get the bills since address changed. We found out early enough, tried to pay, and they declined payment so they can send it to collections! We followed the policy , did everything and they asked and they still lied about not calling on time and a bunch of bs to add more charges! Unbelievable! This is worst customer service ever! Do not go there unless you’re glutton for punishment. Doctor and health care workers should actually care about their patients, have empathy and not try to do everything they can to retaliate because you don’t want to be ripped off for services you don’t need!
