The one star is for the service Dr. Pham provided to me and my family for the last 10 years. And in that 10 years had enjoyed having him as our primary dentist, hence the reason why we stayed for 10 years.
2 weeks ago I called because I broke a tooth, my first time ever having this happen. They schedule me for 5 days out. I come in, they take an X-ray and then come in to tell me Dr. Pham isn't in and they don't know where he is. Wish I was told that before driving across town but ok. They tell me when he gets back he'll review the X-ray and they'll call me to schedule an appointment to fix it. It's been two weeks. I finally found a new dentist. I called spectrum to ask if Pham ever made it back to which I was told yes. After taking my information the receptionist tells me she's brand new (ya right) and has no idea what happened. I told her this was not only unacceptable but completely unprofessional and that they just lost a family of 5 because of this and she gave me some passive aggressive apology and was already hanging up.

I have been a patient here since Dr. Pham opened his practice about 20 years ago. His office is immaculate, he has all the newest
technology, (ie; same day permanent crowns) and has a great staff. The hygienists are wonderful and so is the office staff. He is gentle and concerned about his patients. He also doesn't create work that is not needed. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes after I arrive at the office to be seen. I wouldn't think of
going anywhere else for my dental care! Spectrum Dental is highly recommended.

Dr. Pham and his staff are incredible! My parents recently moved to Florida and haven’t been able to find an honest dentist that doesn’t up charge. Due to this, my father scheduled with Dr. Pham during a visit back to Vegas. Not only did they do a cleaning but they stayed open later to work on my dad (which included a root canal and 2 crowns.) Apparently, he had a pretty bad infection. This was all done the night before our family left for Japan. We are so incredibly grateful and will never go anywhere else. Dr Pham and his staff are top notch. They truly care about their patients and have their best interest at heart. Thank you from the Castillo family. ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Pham is the best dentist I have ever been to. I came in with a toothache, he diagnosed it and treated it quick and the issue resolved. Excellent dentist but an unprofessional office girl. I had to cancel an appointment the day of and she insisted they were going to charge me for the missed appointment. I told her it was beyond my control. I had a flat tire and was waiting for AAA but that wasn’t her problem she told me. In the end Dr. Pham did not charge me for the missed visit.

Friendly staff. They have state of the art equipment. They have a machine that can make your porcelain crowns while you wait. You don't have to wear a temporary one for a week or two. You're done in a couple of hours.

Terrible experience, called before making appointment to see if I could have treatment done same day and the front desk said yes. Once we came in to our appointment they weren’t able to start treatment and we had to make another appointment. Very disappointing.

My husband, son and myself all appreciate Dr. Pham’s professionalism, his efficiency and his personality. He is thorough and has wonderful technical, up to date tools. He uses a 3D printer to make crowns etc while you wait. His office staff is friendly and helpful. We have NO complaints. He is great. And conveniently located in the Sams/Walmart/Home Depot shopping center on Serene and Eastern. Eastern Beltway.

I broke a crown off on a Friday night. It was 40 yo. I got fitted in on Monday morning! Dr. Pham and his staff were again wonderful. He completely replaced the crown and sent me on my way before 11 am. He is spectacular!

Hi I’ve been coming to Spectrum Dental for years and have been very happy with my dental services which is why I keep coming back year after year and refer my friends and family. Dr. Pham and Abby are absolutely amazing they took really good care of me today. I actually broke a crown so he ended up getting a new one and I’m so glad in some ways that it happened because the porcelain material and process has improved over the last six years since my last one it looks and feels natural and amazing :-) they are friendly from the moment you walk into the door on the phone to make appointments and Dr. Pham is personable and skilled. I love the convenience of the location as well right off Eastern and 215 in the Walmart shopping center next to Home Depot.

Dr. Pham and his staff are all amazing! Debbie in the office was so wonderful to work with, and was a huge help in calming my nerves before my appointment. I had several procedures done at once, and Dr. Pham was so awesome throughout the entire process. He checked often to see if I needed anything and made sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain - not to mention, he answered any questions I had and actively involved me as a patient. While he was making my crowns, he showed me how he modeled them on the computer and asked if I'd like to watch them be machined - it was really cool! Thanks SO MUCH to everyone at Spectrum Dental!

I've been in a dentist chair more than most people because of an accident as a child. The staff at spectrum are one of the nicest I have experienced. The dr. himself was knowledgeable and didn't try to make the procedures more extensive so he could bill more. He was quick and as painless as you could get without sedation. Highly recommend.
