Very unresponsive team. My pharmacy reached out for a refill on April 28th. This is a medication I take daily for an auto immune disease. No response. I ran out of medication and reached out on my portal with no response. I called on a Friday and was told the would put a rush on it. Nothing. Waited all
Monday with nothing and then I called on Tuesday a week after the initial request and they said they would get it in by end of day. Pretty sad that they don’t really seem to care especially cause they know what it for. Hope they get better and I get an apology and maybe I’ll take this down.

Very concerned MD, went in for paperwork and gained a new doctor. As soon as I came in office I fell and all staff were very attentive to my needs. Dr Weston is undoubtedly the most congenial and thoroughly attentive to detail physician with whom I have ever engaged on any medical/ health issue, routine or otherwise!!!!! While the necessity for this recent visit had been overcome by events, and I needed No treatment or advice on any particular health matter Dr. Weston spent an extensive amount of time very carefully reviewing my entire medical history,; inquired about seemingly every health matter of the past………He was not rushed whatsoever and we discussed in great detail my past medical treatments/experiences….In every aspect, perhaps the best health/ medical encounter ever. Nurse, sorry I didn’t write his name, I think it was Noe, was very nice. Met Dr Weston and he was just as my friend said. I loved him! Great smile and bedside manner. As a client of Intermountain Health this particular office ( clean, wonderful staff) and the convenience of its location but most importantly the quality of care I have received under the care of Dr. Weston is excellent. He listens, he’s engaging in a caring and compassionate way (rare in most doctors today). Most importantly I trust his advice.. I’m still ranching at 71 and love it and it’s rare here to have a doctor who has ranching in his background since most doctors have negatively judged me to still be ranching at my age. They also have Quest at this location which is another plus..
