Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and efficient. Once you check in, they get you back within minutes for therapy and once that’s done, then it’s just a few minutes wait for the chiropractor to do the adjustment. I love how quick they get you in and out while still making sure that your treatment is effective and that you are comfortable.

Me personally, I usually dislike going into offices where the staff don’t even greet you, but this office is completely different. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the staff is genuinely helpful, welcoming, and attentive. All of the staff are really nice, and the doctor Hanks is amazing—he was able to pinpoint all of my pain just by assessing me, which honestly impressed me. He’s very funny yet professional and makes you feel comfortable right away. Plus, he speaks Spanish, which is awesome to see more doctors in town serving the Hispanic community and makes the experience even better. I highly recommend this office!

Do not waste your time with this place. The staff is incompetent not sure how Biofreeze and Ice packs is considered therapy for a spinal injury or how they call themselves a spinal therapy business and not have the equipment to move a non mobile patient to and back to their wheelchair. Complete waste of time.

Went there after a hit and run.
When I was unable to get out of bed and couldn't drive, someone made multiple appointments without notifying me and marked me as NO CALL NO SHOW.
I am now unable to get a good referral to a REAL DOCTOR because I'm UNRELIABLE.
A real doctor let me know their ambulance chaser scam and the problem they have created.

After being involved in a bad car wreck, I really appreciate the empathy and professionalism I received from the staff and Doctor's at Spinal Rehabilitation Center , I just started my therapy recently but I'm feeling very encouraged to continue my treatment; after leaving Spinal Rehabilitation Center and returning to my car and feeling some of the stiffness subside in my neck and back, I didn't think I would feel such a difference in my first visit.

Started out rough ,their was so many forms to sign and it was very difficult with my hand being numb from my injuries. To save time and give the patient opportunity to have someone at home to help and info needed would be easily accessible. Once I got past that, the staff was very professional , answering questions and making me feel comfortable. Medically I felt better after my first visit.

The establishment itself is a amazing. Once I walked in the receptionist was welcoming and attentive. The doctor was professional and took his time explaining in detail what to expect during the session. There was no point throughout the session where I had felt uncomfortable or unsafe. From the Front Desk, the guy that Assist the Dr, are amazing. I went to the office located at Buffalo and Washington, at the Beginning of my treatment I had a different Dr.,was a lady, at the end she transfer to another office, I was very disappointed.
