Very unprofessional. Dr was saying words like cool bro, then ended up flipping his hair out of his bun to redo his bun while having a conversation with me as a patient. Dr did not explain what he was gonna do before. He placed his hands on my lower back. I have never been to a chiropractor. This was my first experience was not impressed with this nor will I go back. The front staff did not really explain stuff had a little bit of an attitude when I asked questions. The assistant came out but never introduced herself until I said something. I have worked in the medical field for over 15 years and I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism and bedside manner is horrendous.

I started coming here about 2 months ago because i was in a car accident and i needed therapy for my back injury - regardless of all this, the staff at this location is so amazing🥹 the service is always so so fast and efficient, my appointments are usually only 15-20 minutes every time because of how quick they are!! & the staff is always very nice, friendly, & understanding! I’ve had to reschedule a few times due to work but they never gave me a hard time! The front desk lady as well as the regular staff is always so sweet and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs - as well as the doctors themselves. The positive experience i have every time always has a lasting impact on the rest of my day, thank u guys for ur kindness and great service 🩷🫶🏻

I recently visited the chiropractor's office, and I have to say, it’s such a nice environment! The moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the friendly staff who are super cool and approachable. The doctors are really chill, making you feel comfortable throughout your treatment. It’s a great place to unwind and get the care you need. Highly recommend it!

Didn't get seen because I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time without being taken to the back. I finally got up and left. People are coming to this business because they're obviously suffering from injury, so having someone sit in an uncomfortable chair for 45 minutes probably isn't the way to go or treat patients. I would get told, "they'll bring you back in just a sec" and 15-20 minutes would go by and then I'm told the same thing again by someone else while people who came in 30 mins after me were taken straight to the back. I understand I was a new patient but that was insane. Waste of my time and def won't be going back or recommending.

SRC somehow managed to make my post car accident experience an enjoyable one. They have great flexibility with scheduling, all staff members are professional while also being incredibly kind, and every single one of my million questions was answered during my time there. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to them I was able to walk out of my last chiropractic session pain free.

Extremely happy with my first visit. The staff is very thorough. Extremely patient with my lack of knowledge of my symptoms and trying to explain how and what was hurting. Took images of the areas to make sure nothing could of possibly been broken!! A huge plus cause I was in a car accident. Definitely will be going back for therapy! Felt a difference better after first treatment.

I had a terrible experience with Spinal Rehab Center ELV. They completely mishandled my case by treating my back as if I had been injured as a driver in a car accident, but they ignored the fact that my knee was affected by being hit by a car. Their failure to review my case notes before treating me led to a disaster. Because of their inaccurate reports, my case fell apart, and the insurance companies didn’t take me seriously. I felt like SRC they never cared to understand my situation, and it caused me a lot of medical mistreatment and now medical losses I got to cover. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff and Dr.’s are very friendly, caring and thorough. Has a serene atmosphere too it. The waterbed is the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Love it!!! The BEST rehabilitation center I’ve been to. 👍👍👍👍👍

I had gotten into a car accident teams felt there was no damage to me when the accident happened. I was recommended to this spinal rehabilitation. Of course I thought, “I’m fine.” Since I felt the same. Then this doctor came and noticed I couldn’t turn my head right as far as turning my head left left. Mind blowing is an understatement when he pointed that out! Taught me that even if your not hurt, you should still get checked out! Definitely here for sure.

I normally have a good experience whenever I come here. Yesterday after seeing one of their MD I sat in the waiting room for almost half an hour while they all passed me in the waiting room gossiping, laughing at the front desk.

It was only after the Medical Assistant come back out that I heard her tell them I've been out here waiting. Then one of them finally came and laughing asking me if I wanted the roller or water.

No apologies or anything, I guess they found it amusing to waste my time.

Spinal Rehab Center, located on South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada, is the most impressive therapeutic treatment facility I have ever encountered in my life experience of accident and sports injury. Chiropractic sessions are professional and effective. I can't say this about other facilities I've experienced. The front desk reception staff is respectful and courteous. Very flexible with meeting your calendar and time frame. I'm happy to commend all of the good people at Spinal Rehab Center.
