Dr. Bady is a nice person, so I am sorry to write this review, but as a doctor he failed me.
I went to him with tingling in my fingers (an obvious sign that the nerve was being compressed at the neck). He refused to order an MRI which I continued asking for. Instead he gave me multiple cortisone shots and said he wouldn't do surgery on a 28 year old. I am so glad I got a 2nd opinion, because after finding out I had severe cervical stenosis via MRI, I was able to get it treated without surgery anyways (epidural cortisone injections).
When I showed Dr. Bady the MRI a year later, he exclaimed, "Oh my God" 3 times. Oh my god is right, he didn't take me seriously in the first place.

I truly hope Dr. Bady has learned to take younger patients more seriously. It caused me great anxiety and depression getting medically gaslighted by a professional I went to for help.
I would go to Dr. Anthony Bratton instead if you are a younger patient.

I was injured in a rear end auto accident not once but twice resulting in the need for cervical disc replacement. Dr. Bady was absolutely amazing during the course of my treatment and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my surgery. Dr. Bady listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions and made sure I fully understood the procedure before my surgery. I am so incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Bady and highly recommend him. Thank you for giving me my life back.

Dr Bady and team are amazing. I travel for work and flew in for the 1st of 3 procedures. They were experiencing difficulties with the procedure. 3 amazing staff members ensured I didn’t waste my flight and time. If the procedure couldn’t have been completed, I would have had to start from scratch as the timeline required was precisely planned and could not immediately be rescheduled because of my schedule.
I can’t thank the 3 ladies enough for taking the extra time to make sure everything worked out.
They deserve a raise, they are great ambassadors of the office and their profession. Thank you!

Dr. Bady is a very competent doctor and surgeon. He replaced my hip during the pandemic and now he is helping me with my shoulder pain. Always professional along with having a great bedside mannerism. He is always making one feel safe and easy when discussing treatments. I recommend him to everyone who needs lower joint surgery and spine treatment. A great Dr. all around.

I had 3 visits with Dr. Bady. My very first visit was close to disaster. My oxygen was running out. I finally got put in a room by a very rude person. She told me that the doctor's assistant would see me. I asked to see the doctor for my first visit. She threw some trash in the container, told me that the assistant was qualified to help me and slammed the door behind her. Doctor Bady came in shortly after with his assistant. Together in a warm and friendly they gave me the shot I needed.

The second visit went quickly after I reminded them that I was on oxygen. I was seen by the assistant, I assumed the doctor was out or busy.
The third and final visit was with the doctor and the rude assistant from the first visit. The doctor and I agreed that replacement surgery was not for me. however I should have 6 weeks of therapy and return. Little Ms. Rude said the computers were down and someone at the front desk would give me the referral papers. That was on September 19. I still haven't received the referral. One star for each visit.

I saw Dr Bady today for neck and back pain resulting from an auto accident. Dr Bady’s medical assistant was extremely nice and thorough. I saw Dr. Bady within 10 minutes of the medical assistant leaving. Dr. Bady had gone through my records, films and history prior to coming in the room and was already well versed in my issue. He listened, answered all questions and suggested less invasive treatments prior to considering surgery. He had a great bed side manner and seems to like to go the more conservative route rather than just suggesting surgery right away. This is both unusual for a surgeon and refreshing. I will be trying the less conservative route before seeing him again in two months. I have not had surgery by him,so cannot review that, but the rest of the process has been great.

Dr. Bady was quite helpful in helping me to understand the complexity and details of a former surgery that I had four years ago and why I was experiencing pain in my neck. He also suggested some things for me to pursue that may help. My overall experience was very positive and I appreciate the time and expertise of the Dr. and the staff.

How do you rate a physician that you never saw? Booked the appointment with this physician two weeks out at the request of my PCP because of an acute issue with my thoracic; however, the morning of the appointment all I saw was an assistant of some sort. The entirety of the visit was less than five minutes with a recommendation to simply go to a pain clinic. You think with being a new patient that you would actually meet the doctor since you made the appointment with that specific physician half a month out - or if the situation persists or gets worse that you would be given the invitation to come back to see the medical group again; but…guess not. I’ll seek treatment elsewhere. One star for being on time, other than that, pretty disappointing.

I saw Dr Bady for lower back pain knowing I have degenerative disc disease. He only took an x-ray and didn't even suggest ordering an MRI or physically examine me, then he went right into his diagnosis which was a very negative one. Having dealt with this for the past 25 years and had 2 surgeries already, I know that only an MRI with contrast and physical examination can give a proper diagnosis of a spinal disc's health. He even told me my spine was the worst he has ever seen for someone my age. How is a comment like this even remotely useful to me and why did he feel compelled to tell me this???

He also literally said to me upfront "I am too negative". Well, he was right about that! He was extremely negative with me. Every question I asked, was basically answered with a no that won't help. When I asked about several treatments that I am familiar with, I only to get a No that won't help answer. When I asked about stem cells, He even said stem cells treatment could kill me if what is injected into the disc was contaminated - that wasn't what I asked. Obviously, there are potential complications with any procedure - but why did he need to point that out?? Like he said, he is way too negative and he was at least right about that. This was a total waste of my time and I left feeling utterly hopeless. I did leave a similar review on rater8 as per the email he sent me after the follow up but oddly it's not on the site anymore.

I got there a few minutes before my appointment time and was called immediately after I sat down. They took me to my little room and the Dr came in a few minutes later and gave me an injection to my right knee. Everyone who I saw was helpful and professional and I was treated with respect. I had an appointment for my mother who broke her shoulder. I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment. That was fine. Momma has dementia and getting around is difficult. At first I thought we would be turned away because we were late. No the office staff said that's OK. But they expected a 84 year old dementia patient to have a photo ID. They refused to see us. Despite having cash credit and medical insurance. RIDICULOUS

Typically a decent experience. He tells it to you straight. But he might tell it to you an hour+ after your appointment and he may only be in the room for thirty seconds (yes I've timed). That is all pretty typical for modern medical care, what really bumped this down is that I have received medical advice from individuals without medical degrees. The only reason I knew they didn't have degrees is I was surprised enough by the advice to ask further questions. Don't let clerks masquerade as doctors and this is at least three stars if not four.

The office on Horizon Ridge is remarkably well-staffed, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Bady was attentive to my questions and provided the answers to my requests. The operation was a success. I am walking and driving two weeks after the operation. I haven't used the walker for over a week. I will gradually increase my walking distance and speed. Thank you Dr. Bady - it is such much better to have a new hip than bone-on-bone.

Everyone was so nice and courteous. They said good morning with a smile, like they were glad to be at work. The Dr. was so attentive and straight forward. He told it exactly like it was. Dr Bady was so pleasant to work with. My 12 year old daughter broke her collar bone and was so nervous and scared to see a dr. His amazing bedside manner totally put her at ease. Dr. Bady and the Staff at Advanced Orthopedics are absolutely amazing...not only do they listen and get to the root cause/s of your aches and pains, they care. Dr. Bady has performed 3 surgical procedures after attempts at PT and alternative treatments didn't work well for me and I am delighted with the results! While I will never completely be out of pain due to multiple autoimmune diseases, the surgeries have greatly reduced the crippling pain, given me greater mobility and a chance to experience a better quality of life. I also appreciate his encouragement and conversations about my overall health, unlike most doctor's who dismiss anything that doesn't fall under their purview. Thank you Dr. Bady for all you do.

The office staff is super they are so friendly and helpful no long wait. Christian who was my staff person who show what room to go to treated me very professionally very knowledgeable friendly advised me about the process answered all my questions.
Christian is a definite asset to the doctor's office I rate him a 10+.
Dr.Bady was courteous and told me everything I needed to know about my knee.

Each time I go to there location , I never wait long.
His “team “are extremely professional and definitely have great respect for Dr Bady .
Dr Bady is extremely knowledgeable in his field . He never leaves you wondering what your problem actually is . He explains his diagnosis very well, and his humorous attitude is definitely a plus .
He is no doubt one of the most competent Drs I have ever had , who I believe truly does care about his patients in all aspects, not only their present visit that day .

My experiances with this office have been awful. I have had chronic pain in my back since I threw it out 4 times in 2020, and worsening neuropathy in my arms and hands. When scheduling I was told they can only address one section of the spine at a time. I was seen first in August for my lumbar. Dr was more than 2 hours late to see me after my appointment time and I had to cancel my other appointment that day, no patient communication about delay. Dr Bady was rude interrupting me when I was explaining what I had been tested for already. He apologized but then immediately did it again telling the assistant I needed more x-rays, and I was ushered back out of the room. Dr may not realize but apologies are what you do when you are sorry and it means you don't do it again. I asked about my neck he said I could come back in 6+ months if it was still bothering me. When I told him there was a bulge in my neck on my last MRI, Dr. Brady lied and said he was sending me for MRIs of both areas of my spine, PT and Pain management. He only did the lumbar on MRI. It took me a month to speak to a tech on the phone, despite leaving several messages for Tabitha, and never getting a call back, because my referrals were not done. I was told sorry that person quit a month ago, but he'd get it done Monday. I was told he couldn't refer me for the neck MRI, as the visit was for lumbar and I needed to have another appointment. I did the neck appointment, which Dr. was on time for. and he said my neuropathy was caused by carpel tunnel, Which is not indicated in any of my other tests. the MRI was referred to a different facility than the first MRI. I have left several messages for Tabitha to get it changed to the same facility as the first MRI, and I did ask the front desk if she was the person who quit they said no. I also left a few messages for the office Manager, though there's no name attached to that voicemail, and no one is calling me back. I have received no response. The front desk doesn't listen and despite stating I need to speak to a person and not a voicemail on multiple occasions I am just transferred to Tabitha or the office manager's voice mail. I don't think they realize people have a hard enough time dealing with their pain and taking repeated days off work is not great either. I would not recommend this facility as they do not seem interested in patients care, and seem more interested in how many visits they can milk out of your insurance. also the staff needs to be customer service oriented, listen to what the patient needs are before just passing them off to the land of voicemails. I can't move forward till this is resolved and I am appalled by the service here.

December, 2023 I slipped and fell on my left leg breaking the Fibula. I was told to see an orthopedic doctor ASAP. My insurance arranged an appointment for me to see Dr. Bady at the Advanced Way location office in Henderson. The staff was awesome and Dr. Bady was very professional, friendly and considerate. After Xrays, he suggested a treatment plan and recommendations. Every follow-up visit, there were encouraging words of support from Dr. Bady, his physician assistant and staff members. One of the worth experience, I haven’t seen this doctor , only dealt with the nurse who described wrong medication and even I called two times to verify it and follow up for referral to do CT & MRI waiting for their call for two weeks , no one bother to call .
Unfortunately I was referred by EMERGENCY to this clinic since I had the accident on 23 January, I haven’t seen a doctor.it was ridiculous as I had pain in shoulder & knee and I have been told that they had a report for my back from EM , and I confirmed that it others parts and this doctor is spinal surgery. It was extremely waste of time .Even I have been told to see him after the accident but it took one week alto see the nurse or his assistant then till other 2 weeks for referral and their silly excuse that they are busy so they don’t need more business .staff and communication is absolutely below standards and reflects low customer services. No doubt :They need training
Definitely I won’t see them again and avoid going there as it sounds very commercial,They have enough clients

Dr. Bady is outstanding!! He is treating my spouse, Jean Younker, for broken wrists she experienced as the result of exercising with elastic bands (as instructed by her PT for treating neck pain) that broke. She appreciates that he is direct & to the point! He explained the options in terms of surgery vs. allowing what appeared to be stable fractures to heal.
