I’ve been seeing Dr Sarah on and off for many years. She is excellent! I had one situation going on for my wrist to my shoulder, but nothing would help. I couldn’t even sleep after Dr Sarah treated me. I no longer had that problem and it hasn’t come back and it’s been over six years. I also know Dr. Lisa and she is also an excellent practitioner and she fills in when Dr Sarah’s on vacation, I recommend this type of chiropractic. Always a believer in chiropractic medicine, but developing arthritis and stenosis in my cervical spine, I required surgery in 2004. Sarah is absolutely wonderful. I had so much fear and pain after I hit my head, hurting my neck really bad. I thought there was no way I would ever be the same. She made me feel calm and cared off. after my first three months I had an 80% improvement from the before and after X-rays and I got my life back! I came to Spine Wellness Center because I am in my 60's but felt like I was in my 90's, head fog, right side pain, etc. I had CT scans, Ultrasounds, and more but the doctors said they couldn't find anything. 🤔 After Lisa did Xrays on my neck, she found almost 3rd stage deterioration. Giving 3 stars and a heads up to future patients. I am sure they might be amazing etc BUT I was simply interested in knowing how much their decompression prices are. Simple question as I have been under chiro care and on the same equipt that they use. They stated they dont give prices out over the phone so I had to pay the $50 consult drive the 40 minutes fill out a bunch of forms with personal info only to then finally be told its $180 a session with discounts on packages. Ok could have told me this over the phone but I guess $50 is $50 LOL And $180 is almost 44% over industry average prices as an FYI

I paid for a service up front over the phone. I missed my appointment due to me losing my phone and wallet.

Once I remembered who the company was, I reached out and asked could I schedule an appointment and how I already paid.

They have me in their file that I paid. But said I had to pay again to come to see them, because I missed my appointment.

I don’t believe that is right! You pay for a service no matter what you should get seen. Be careful working with these people. This is 100% a real review. Not these seem to be fake ones on here.

This is such a well run office with highly qualified doctors taking great care of their patients. I’m always messing something up on myself and they always fix me up with great care. They run a tight ship. I’m seen on time or early and I’m out of there less than 15 or 20 minutes totally fixed or at least relieved of pain until I mess myself up again. The doctors are great, well educated and care so much and they don’t hurt you with manipulation. The office offers more than just manipulation. They can do x-rays. They have red light therapy treatment and compressed disc treatment and more. It’s just a place to go when you have any back or back problems.

Growing up I had gone to cracking chiropractors and my back issues never were resolved. I met Sarah Johnson around 2001 and it was explained that instead of cracking your neck and back, the atlas or the bone that supports your head and where your spine runs through with gentle to you yet about 12 to 14 lbs of pressure you barely feel. Once that bone is straight, the correct signals from the brain are receive, no longer pinched off, and your BODY ALIGNS ITSELF!!!! Honestly I was skeptical at first but my knee issues and FASCITIS (however you spell it) disappeared! So this works! My husbands posture went from an S shape to an upright stature and he stopped snoring (he is thin). My girls started at 7 and 12 and to this day their posture is excellent. They only have to go once a year or every other year now! DONT DAMAGE your body anymore with regular cracking chiropractors...... spine wellness takes lots of X-rays of your head and neck area then use a ruler to make sure the pressure is done at the right spot!! Plus they know nutrition as well.

I say good bye to the days when my upper back was SO TIGHT a cracking chiropractor would have me "roll" on a machine and then even have to push me hard against this thing on the wall to crack it! No thanks! UNLIKE that brutal kind of doing it which DOES put you in place temporarily, NUCCA which Spinewellness does eventually becomes long lasting as in months or years depending on your age and how much cracking chiropractic you have had done. I've had so much of the bad kind done, I have to go more often than my girls, so STOP getting cracked and get truly ADJUSTED here!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Johnson. I waited almost 6 weeks to leave this review so I could answer honestly and with experience with her. Since October 2024, I have had the worst sciatica on my left side and herniated discs that prevented me from sitting without extreme pain. I did not have a life. I saw NV Orthopedic and Spine, ATI Physical Therapy, 2 different chiropractors and finally Pain Management for the epidural spine injection. NOTHING worked. I was desperate when I reached out to this office. The first 3 weeks were difficult and painful, then about two weeks ago, I could sleep better, walk better and sit longer. Now, every visit I get better and I can enjoy my life again. There's no price you can put on her service, it's truly a miracle to me as I was told repeatedly there's NO cure for herniated discs, only surgery. I've been a patient of Dr. Sarah Johnson at Spine Wellness Center three times now for three different issues, and I must say that Dr. Johnson is outstanding. Two of my three injuries were debilitating life altering issues. In each case, Dr. Johnson resolved the issue, and twice gave me my normal mobility back, and essentially the life I was used to up to that point.

Dr. Johnson is very thorough, a great listener, and explains all the options available, and once a course of action is decided upon, explains exactly what to expect. I've never once had to wonder about any aspect of my treatment.

Dr. Johnson's office staff, and techs are excellent as well. They are very helpful, and organized. I've never had an issue with anything concerning their side of the house.

I don't see the review I did so I will create another one. I had to leave after 4 alignments with chiropractor Johnson. She seems sweet because she smiles and soft spoken. But after paying her for 18 alignment session she recommended with the 18 sessions of MLS laser I noticed that the time is ridiculously short. It felt like it was less than 2 minutes and when I asked if they can do the laser longer she told me the MLS laser should only be used for 30 seconds because it's too strong. So I went home and did my research and found out that the MLS should be used for 10-15 mins. I then told her about this and she said she wasn't using the MLs laser on me and it was another laser she used. And that laser was too strong to be used for 10 mins. I was confused but I asked her why she told me I need the MS laser but is not using it on me. The whole time I thought she was using the MLS laser on me. She had given me a long explanation as to why she's not using it on me and that I might not need the 18 sessions. Again I was confused because I paid for the 18 sessions. When the finally did the MLS I honestly don't have no more faith in her and I don't her trust her or her staff anymore. I also don't know if that was done to me because I couldn't see nor feel anything. So I really don't know if that was even used on me. They used the other laser for 16 seconds on my neck back and shoulder. The Turk is ridiculously short to do any kinds of treatment. I felt like I was being scammed. And now I am asking her to submit the paperwork to my new chiropractor and her front desk keeps giving me different kinds of excuses. And no one is calling back no more and no one is answering my call either. I am really glad that I left because my intuition is telling me something is not right with how they're are. I have asked if I can pick it up instead and they have given me excuses as to why I can't pick it up. There's nothing to be done anymore. It's not like they have to write more report because I am not their patient anymore. All they have to do is submit it to my chiropractor or to me. They are making it difficult because I don't want to go to them anymore.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude for Dr. Johnson and the amazing team at Spine Wellness Center. When I walked into their office in January, I was at one of my lowest points in my life. I had been dealing with debilitating shoulder and arm pain for 5 months and had tried everything - PT, medications, massage therapy, acupuncture and nerve block injections. After a bad reaction to the nerve block injections and losing feeling and strength down the back of arm, I was admitted to the hospital. There I found an amazing Physical Therapist who recommended spinal decompression. I thought I had tried everything but he helped me find Dr. Johnson, and I am so thankful!

Dr. Johnson is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever met. At my first appointment, she sat down and listened to me and I knew I was in good hands. After carefully reviewing my MRI and CT scans, she confidently told me that she could help me. She put a 12 week plan together for me and by week 4, I was feeling much better. By week 8, I was 95% better. After 12 weeks, I was 100% better.

Thanks to Dr. Sarah Johnson and the team at Spine wellness center , I feel like I have my life back after just a few months . I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and was having nerve issues due to rubbing on the nerves in my spine . My pain clinic tried epidural and SI joint injections that helped minimally and left me taking daily pain medication and anti inflammatory meds that are hard on my system. I was using a walker part time . The pain clinic said there was no cure for my condition and no other treatment options. I refused to believe this and did my own research and discovered non-surgical spinal decompression and researched a few docs in the area and 2 didn't even respond to my calls and emails asking for consultations. I was skeptical since this is expensive treatment that insurance does not cover but I wanted to be done with the pain and meds and I don't want to risk surgery.

It was the best money I have spent on myself. Today , I will not say I am 100% pain free due to arthritis and just being over 50, but I no longer am taking pain meds daily and OTC meds help what minor pain info have now. I can stand to shower, do my own laundry and cook meals again! Things we take for granted until we can't do them ! I am able to go back to the gym and try to stay in shape and enjoy going out with my husband again without fear that my meds will wear off or impair me now.

The treatment is pretty relaxing and while there is a mild discomfort at times , mostly I was able to take a short nap during my visits and let the machine do it's job .

I highly recommend this clinic if you want to start feeling a lot better! The staff and the absolutely gifted Dr. Johnson will do everything they can to make that happen. My medical condition is very complex and uncommon, and my treatments here have significantly improved my quality of life. These doctors are not chiropractors in the normal sense of the word, as no popping or cracking is involved. But don't let that fool you- the adjustments are unlike anything I've ever experienced and I'm so glad I've found something that can help my pain when most other treatments have failed.

First and Foremost I want to give a SUPER shout out to Dr. Lisa Strickland, Dr. Sarah Johnson, Diana, Brittany, and Crystal…These ladies are extremely hands on with procedures and are useful to any and everything you need to help further along your progress…When I first did my consultation with Dr. Strickland it was during Covid. We had our virtual convo…I told her I had an ongoing issue with weakness in my right leg, which was due to a car accident I had when I was a teenager. Now mind you I’m 51 now! As time moved on through the years, I developed minor scoliosis in my back which contributed to a herniated disc, pinch nerve in my spine, and muscle astrophy in my right calf. All of these symptoms resulted in weakness in the right leg and lower back pain as well. When Dr. Strickland gave me my first X ray, she seen the signs of everything going on with me and at first she was leery about the calf because it has been so tight for so long,.I told her “This has to work”!!!! Everything else can be treated. I started my treatments on January of 2024 and after a mere 3 weeks, I feel A LOT of progress, even with the calf, We finally got it to start engaging!! To Crystal working her magic with the shock treatments with the calf, to Diana strapping me in the decompression machine to help straighten my spine and relieve those nerves, I AM TRULY GRATEFUL!!! It’s still a ways to go but so far so good, it’s going in the right direction. Like I’ve said, I was 16 years old dealing with this after a car accident and now I’m 51..I finally got the right answers and resolutions!!! Thank you ladies again!! I walked into the office with seven herniated lumbar disc. I felt intense pain when I sat at any angle or any height, I was only able to sit for a few minutes at a time before I had to get up.

After several months of decompression and red-light therapy, the pain had subsided greatly, however there was still a fair amount of discomfort while sitting.

We decided to try the shock wave or medical wave treatment which helps to reset pain receptors but also heals the area at a cellular level (the staff can explain in more detail).

They placed a device on my lumbar spine, and it sent 3 to 4 pulses per second into my spine which felt slightly uncomfortable. This lasted for several minutes, I could even feel the pulses in my stomach.

I felt a tremendous amount of pain for approximately the next six days. It was very challenging for me to bend at any angle. I was not able to sit at all. I spent most of that time on my back and struggling to do the day-to-day things that I must do.

On the morning of the seventh day, I felt no pain at all. No pain when I bent at any angle, and I was able to sit for as long as I wanted without any pain in my lumbar spine.

It has been several weeks, and I am doing yoga three times a week along with resistance training in the gym three times a week and sitting and meditating for as long as I can.

I have felt zero amount of pain while sitting or moving after spending years in pain. We have all had our own unique experiences which has led to the different forms of our physical bodies so results may vary however, I would recommend anyone to try this procedure if you are experiencing chronic pain.

I am aware that it was not just this device that removed the pain I felt, it was a combination of all the treatments and the perfect energy that I experienced through the staff within the office.

This is a place of healing, and I am eternally grateful.

As I was laying in bed one night feeling hopeless, I came across some of the best Chiropractors in Las Vegas!! Lisa and her entire staff have been nothing but kind, polite, respectful, understanding the list goes on and on!! Dr. Johnson is very kind and is an excellent chiropractor. As a Nuca doctor, she focuses on the upper few vertebrae and how the skull sits on the spine, and it is amazing how it affects everything in your back. She is helping me to relax my stiff neck and shoulders. Under her care the vertigo I suffered from has vastly improved, and she provides me with exercises and help to keep it at bay. Also, I love that after my adjustment, I take a break in the relaxation room in their office. It’s wonderful that a doctor recognizes our need to relax! A fifteen minute catnap is one of my favorite parts of my visit to this wonderful office!

This wonderful place has helped me go back the way my cervical and spine should be . They are miracle workers. When I was 26/27 yrs old I thought I was going to be handicapped. I am a massage therapists/ body worker. I use to get massages every few days and it would go back to stiffness. I canceled one of my clients to many times and he referred Sarah Johnson.

When I first went to see Dr. Sarah at Spine Wellness Center, I could barely walk. During my move to Vegas, I had through out my lower back so bad resulting one one leg being much longer than the other and I had extreme sciatica on my right side. I started adjustments and decompression on their machine and each visit I felt a little better. By the time a couple weeks had gone by, I could walk straight and far and the pain was almost completely gone. By 6 weeks I was back to 100% well! I am so grateful to this chiropractor office and love everyone who works there. Dr. Lisa is the other chiropractor and she is absolutely wonderful also. You will not find any better chiropractors than these two ladies in the Vegas area. I know - I have looked!

Great doctors and helped my neck so much. I had torticollis and I felt better so quickly. The front desk staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. The doctors guide you through the chiropractic treatment without cracking your neck or back. It is stress relieving and feels almost like a massage. I recommend this to people who have tried many chiropractors but none of them have worked. Their office is cozy and very welcoming! They also have decompression, which helps your back and neck feel really relaxed.

I was quickly greeted as I entered the office. I came to this office to pick up a free neck pillow to try out. let me tell you, after a cervical disc replacement and ruptured disc in cervical spine I am always looking for a good pillow. when I first saw the pillow I was intrigued and couldn't wait to get to sleep that night. I slept the whole night with the pillow and use it daily. this pillow really helps and would love to be able to get more in the future. I even scheduled an appointment to possibly seek treatment at this office.

I was always afraid of seeing chiropractors due to them being the "crack and pop" kind but the Spine Wellness Center changed the game for me. They weren't that kind...they are actually super gentle but at the end of the appointment, you felt better right away! They care about you and really do their best to go above and beyond to take care of you. It only took the first appointment for my body to look and feel over 50% better!
