Outdated equipment. They got my prescription wrong and i didn't understand it because the sample lenses were fine but when the glasses was cut, one eye was dramatically blurry. I tried again for a recut the doctor tried it again... and after telling him its blurry repeatedly... he said its the best he could do. And they made me sign an acknowledgement saying they will only recut once.
I took the glasses to another place and the prescription was a huge difference. The axis was off along with the cyl.
The side they got wrong, the vision they prescribed was -3.0 cyl and 1 axis. Turns out its 1.75 cyl and 75 axis.
This is what $800 gets you. They should not be writing prescriptions for anyone
Update: they keep calling me so i asked them to stop and they proceeded to try to verify my information with me. By law, i donβt need to verify anything, i could be a completely different person requesting for them to stop calling. Once i ask for the calls to stop my name doesnβt matter at that point but the lady kept arguing back with me and then hung up. This is the customer service i remembered from 2 years ago, glad to see its still the same.
Another update to your recent response. My caller ID shows spring mountain vision. Also, I have attached a screenshot of a recent voicemail transcript with the return number that your staff in another attempt to reach me. Thereβs no confusion on my side, seems like your side might not be very honest with their records and lacking accountability since youre claiming im not a patient of yours and that you have no record. Also included a screenshot of the letterhead of my prescription. Hope this helps! Unprofessional.

I totally recommend anyone to come to Spring Mountain Vision. I called numerous places and only accepted appointments. Due to my schedule it wasnβt ideal for me. I called & spoke to Yu beautiful lady she was very kind and advised that they do accept walk-ins, her voice was so welcoming I was excited to go. I was helped by a beautiful young lady named Aurora who helped with my documentation she was also very kind and welcoming. Beautiful Yu helped choose my glasses which I totally loved again very patient & has such a great way of helping her patients. The doctor as well very nice & he made sure I was comfortable with my prescription before he sent it off. I will be bringing my family here it is a very professional office!!! See you guys soon thank you for being so patient & attentive :)

SMV is awesome. Easy to get appointments and I see walk ins come in as well. Dr Lum has great patient side manner. I bring my kid and my dad here- heβs inviting with everyone. My family has gotten all sorts of glasses here and it ranges from 1.5-2 week turnaround, depending on your insurance. Super fast compared to other places.

Dr. Diep was such a great eye doctor. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The whole appointment felt easy and comfortable, and everyone in the office was really kind.
Also, the Chinatown location is such a bonus. You can grab some amazing food before or after your appointment, which somehow makes going to the eye doctor way more enjoyable. Lol!
