Dr Barin, Kaisse, and care coordinator Ronica were absolutely AMAZING! I had been holding off on a problem tooth, and could no longer wait…I was truly fearful that this tooth wouldn’t be able to be saved. Thankfully for this team, they were able to save this tooth and were able to help me find financial support for the procedure. Dr Barin began the procedure same day. I moved to this dentist office to “follow” the hygienist Lori who I had seen at another office. Of course Lori did an excellent job and I shall continue to see Lori forever. The good news is that I met the new doctor (for me) Dr. Evans who is also excellent and I shall come back again and again. Friendly staff, they always greet with a smile. Unfortunately, I’ve had to go back 4 times to adjust a filling. It actually still hurts but I just haven’t gone back because each time they just adjust the bite and send me home. I’ve also asked about possible refunds because the filling is still not fixed, but each time I’m told they’ll let me know and they never let me know. Disappointed with my overall experience..

I had my root canals done here a few years ago when I still had insurance, and not only was the quality of care top-notch, but the staff genuinely cared about me as a person.

Fast forward to now, I no longer have insurance and recently ran into another root canal issue while dealing with some financial hardship. Viktoriya went absolutely above and beyond to help me find the best possible solution for my situation and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.

I have been with the so called"Detists of spring valley" for long time over 5 years with so many patient. Some of the staff offending me for their carless and unprofessional treatment with their unacceptable behavour. For example, while they are cleaning patient's teeth, their attention is on their other staff private talking and laughing while the patient is laying. I noticed that this particular dentist office has only vrry few patients, that is whyany one who calls to make appointment could get even on a walk in basis.The office is filled with careless anf unfriendly staff from the front desk all the way to the professionals.All are more concerned about how they are making making more money by exploiting the health insurance and the patients in unprofessional way.They don't give priority to patient's dental health. Now let me share my bad experience on 04/14/26 I had a regular cleaning appointment,checked in and started the cleaning, finally when I check out the front desk told me my next appointment and said"you are all done good to go". Then after few days they text me for a bill of "$130 for your lleather treatment" which I have no idea about it because nobody consulted me about it. Today I went to their office and asked them about the bill, they said "it is for your leather treatment". I asked why you did this treatment without my knowledge and approval ? then they had no answer. I was just mad. Then they said we will give you discount and reduce it to $80. I was so upset because they almost forced me to do the leather treatment without my will and authorization and requested me to pay out of pocket.extra payment. This is so sad and disgusting. Every time I go there I see new stuff from front desk to the professionals that tells me even the staff leave them very often because of their poor and unprofessional management. I really don't trust their treatment and sanitation. I will never ever go back to this dentist officeagain. I don't recomend to any one. You better find a better and professional dentist anywhere in Las vegas. I will also report to my madcare insurance management about my bad experience about this specific dentist office

This practice was a delight from first walking into the door all the way until going home feeling happy and relieved. I came in for a deep cleaning as well as two crowns do to me cracking my teeth in half from a sporting event. While the front office staff was great, I didn't appreciate the way I was treated at my last visit. I went in for a problem with a crown they put in. A dentist I had never seen saw me , and repeatedly asked me over and over if I drink a lot of soda. (I genuinely don't, but he didn't take no for an answer). When I showed him what tooth hurt, he immediately hit it with cold air causing me to tear up and yell out in pain. He then asked me if I was sure the crown was the tooth hurting... It was..
I was then told I needed multiple root canals and crowns, totalling to around $10,000 when I wasn't having any problems otherwise. I never went back.

The whole staff of this facility is absolutely amazing. At this new office, even if things were going south with my teeth, not once did I feel shamed or embarrassed because of it, they told me what I needed to do to fix it and how I can keep it up to do better. Procedures were much more smooth and I was understood. As someone who struggles with the red hair MC1R gene mutation, I often need additional numbing.My old office would not honor this and I would have to suffer through the pain for any filling or type of care I needed. Meanwhile, at Spring Valley dental, they honored this and will give me the extra numbing that I require. All appointments have been seamless , even extraction was fairly painless. Dr. Evans, Heather, and Sequoia are especially helpful.But in all honesty, the entire staff is a delight to work with.I highly recommend this office

I went to this place to get four of my wisdom teeth removed. they charged 2000$ and only gave me one small little ice pack with some medicine...when I went in (for the first time) Mitchell Loo was my dentist, when I asked him several times "what are you going to inject me with" (I had to go under anesthesia) He never told me what they were going to use to put me under except that i had to breathe through this oxygen tube and i was being given an IV.
(Not to mention i'm a small 18 year old girl in a room with three men, PUT asleep) of course i'm going to be stressed out, so i addressed to them that I'm getting anxiety as well and i apologize for being to over stressed. they treated my stress like a joke and were laughing at me.....please don't go here especially if you can get a lot of stress regarding surgery you really want doctors to make you feel safe and assure you of what they're putting you under.

I came in thinking I needed a crown after being unhappy with work from a previous dentist in Southwest Las Vegas, and I’m really glad I switched to Dr. Bianca Barin, DMD near Tropicana.

Even though the office was semi-busy around 12pm on a Monday, the staff was friendly and courteous, and I didn’t have to wait long. They accepted my Dental USA insurance, and the visit was efficient. The office itself is older but comfortable, with coffee and water available.

Dr. Barin was honest and conservative in her approach—it turned out I didn’t need a new crown after all, just a simple adjustment. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust.

Poor experience. Over the phone Holly was pleasant. The doctor was chill everyone was well mannered. But they have zero customer service experience. I called ahead to make sure of the time line. I have one day off and had booked all my appointments for the day. I was told multiple times 90 mins for a basic teeth cleaning.. So I give myself an extra hour window for my next appointment. It took 90 mins to just get xrays. I sat and waited. Over and over I was told. "It would just be a minute" . One of the girls told me it would be 10 mins until someone can come see me to discuss what we were doing and how much it costs. Then the cleaning would only be 15 mins. I don't know about you. But a 15 min teeth Cleaning is called brushing your teeth. It takes at least 45 minutes for a proper cleaning. I couldn't wait any longer. After nearly 2 hours of waiting around to get my teeth clean I had to leave. No one in sight as I left. It took me getting home and calling for them to interact with me. Then they dared ask for payment over the phone for services that were not rendered.

There are other things too but this was what killed my vibe of the place. You can tell there is a lot on inexperience when your response is. "Sorry we are short staffed, one of the doctors is sick." I'm sorry to hear that. But that doctor isnt cleaning me teeth anyways nor explaining this payprogram they have.. the ones that do that were in the building. So why the 2 hour wait. The people seem nice enough. But there is no accountability on their part

I found you guys through my insurance website. There was an "Emergency" dental appointment available, so I hopped on it. From the first minute to the last, I felt supported, heard, seen, and helped. Holly and Sequoia in the front were so helpful! The gal (I missed her name, but she's new and her dental brackets look like cute tooth gems) who took my X-rays was warm, friendly, and is gonna get that position as a hygienist one day! And then, my dentist, Bianca! Omg, I loved her. She was all smiles, making jokes, and took care of a complaint I had about my tooth being a little scratchy, like immediately. Sequoia went over my options with me and helped me schedule for the following Friday for my extraction for this tooth that's been haunting me for like 20 years, lol. I am SO grateful I found this place!

She gave me realistic and useful tips to maintain dental health, and she even applied lip balm for me when my lips became dry during my cleaning. Very nice. The BEST Dentist that I have been to for over 40 Years! The office staff, dental assistance are excellent! I was about to miss my apt. And they gave me an hour and a half to get there! I waz so glad i did not have to reschedule! They were right on top of my needs and were ready to do the work same visit! I could not take all that time then, but am sitting here a week later and will have all my needs completed today! I am beyond pleased. Im relaxed finally. I have a great Dentist that I can trust, is very Ethical and was able to do a tooth extraction, crown replacement and teeth cleaning the same visit! Ive been through a lot with the Dental in Reno area and it is a nightmare over there compared to just two ive seen so far. I had to cgange insurance, there fore I had to change Dentists. Glad i had to because i feel very comfortable here and My Dentistbis very nice too!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Chow. Actually saved me a lot of time and money by seeing that to r other dentist that referred me to him to do a second root canal be she said I had an infection, saw it was just scar tissue and let me know all is good! They are open on Saturday as well, and they work within your budget and take CareCredit.
All the employees are so nice, especially Sequoia, she's been helpful.
