I have found my new dentist office for LIFE! I was so nervous to start my dental journey & from the second I walked into the office, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. First of all, it's truly GORGEOUS. The receptionist was so incredibly kind and informative :) Jazzy got me started with my exam/xrays and was so knowledgable, quick, gentle, and truly made me feel so at ease and had great chat :) Dr.Sheila was FANTASTIC! An absolute expert in her field of work, honest in the most genuine way, gentle, informative, THOUGHTFUL, and so funny too! She really broke everything down for me in a digestible manner and I appreciated that and our chats so much :) Afterwards, Marcos broke down my treatment plan, gave me some options in regards to finance, and was so kind and patient with me and very knowledgable as well :) Shannon (the office manager) had also followed up with me shortly after to ask if I had any questions on my treatment plan overall, discuss finance options, and was truly so kind on the phone, gave me great information and finance assistance and I'm just truly SO, SO grateful to the entire team there <3 I cannot stop telling anyone and everyone about this practice. 10/10 from me.

From the moment I walked into Springs Dental, I could tell this office runs the right way. Everything was clean, organized, and professional, and the whole team made the visit smooth from start to finish.

I have severe dental anxiety, so going to the dentist is usually really tough for me. Dr. Sofia Valenzuela and her staff were patient and understanding the entire time, checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. It made a huge difference.

The equipment and technology here are far more advanced than any other office I've been to. It made my treatment so much faster and completely painless, which was a relief for someone as nervous as I am.

Dr. Valenzuela took the time to explain my treatment in detail, walked me through exactly what to expect, and answered every question I had. She made me feel completely at ease about moving forward with any additional treatment, and I left knowing I was in the right hands.

Overall, the experience was amazing. I wouldn't choose any other dental office here in Vegas. Highly recommend!

To be honest, I don't even know where to start. But long story short, I had a crack tooth that I neglected to treat. And it turned into a severe infection, went down into my roots, blah, blah, blah, extremely painful for months and months. I ended up going to Springs. Dental, because another dentist couldn't do it. Soon enough, so I went to springs, dental, and it truly was the best decision I made in years for myself physically.
There was a dentist who did not want to do it. She did not want to take the chance because my roots were so bent and hooked in. They were almost touching each other. And it was going to be a very complicated procedure, and it could have turned into who knows what. So she was not taking the chance which I respect her for if you don't think you can do it, you shouldn't, but there was a dentist there named Dr Sofia and the girl olise, who I guess, runs? That office had so much confidence. In Sophia and was such a darling, wonderful rally or that she got Sophia involved. And we set up the extraction and jazzy couldn't have been more helpful. These are people that I seriously would just go visit just to say. Hi, now, because I feel like they're friends of mine. That's how close I got with them in those 2 hours. They're wonderful, they're caring, they really are everything. A dentist office should be even Shannon. In the front who deals with the money, she's even wonderful. Everybody in that office is great. I suggest everybody goes to spring. Dental on fortapache, you will not be sorry. Their prices are reasonable and they know what they're doing. Please go if you need a good dentist. You will thank me.

Best dentist I have had since I was a child. I can say every point of contact on the phone and in the office was nothing short of amazing. I had a traumatic experience with my last two choices of a dental care. I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere that puts my anxiety at ease. The best part about being in this office is this is the first time in my adult years I have ever been to the dentist and felt like they are not after my money. The amount of information and knowledge given to help with aftercare is amazing. I love that my dentist talked to me and not at me. 50/10 highly recommend the service and care they provide here. Dental office or world class spa?? This place is stunning and so inviting from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and answered all my questions as a first time patient and even gave a welcome bag after my first appointment! I am not someone who has dental anxiety but still felt as Dr. Sofia and Dr. Sheila went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The fact that all dental offices don't have TVs on their ceilings is shocking. Get with the times like this office people! Dr. Sofia is very knowledgeable and a perfectionist of her craft and that is something I really respect. She answered all my treatment questions and was able to go in to great detail what was happening and why. And she is not one of those doctors that asks you questions while they have tools in your mouth... a pet peeve of mine because it's like, how are we suppose to answer you besides giving a weird grunt? Dr. Sheila and her entire team were amazing. Very welcoming, personable, and professional. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted with big smiles from the ladies at the front desk. Dr. Sheila’s assistant, was very patient and calm when taking my x-rays and completing my whitening treatment. The hygienist was very thorough and took the time to really make sure every tooth was clean and sparkling. She made a comment saying I was her easiest cleaning of the week which made me smile. Lastly, Dr. Sheila was very knowledgeable and genuine about the care for her patients. You could tell she truly enjoys what she does and wants you to achieve your dental dreams and wear a smile you’re proud of. Billing was up front and transparent, I didn’t feel like there were going to be hidden fees and didn’t feel pressured into paying more. This is the best dental office.
It’s the little things ,Immediately The vibe is nice when you walk in decor wise. both ladies at the front are attentive, very kind and soft spoken. The bathroom is really nice. The whole facility is very clean compared to others I’ve been too. I’d recommend Dr Shiela she worked on my tooth. She’s deep in pregnancy right now and still working, she had the glow lol. There was a tv on the ceiling, gave me headphones to listen to the tv. i posted up and watched Brooklyn nine nine, it was relatively quick my procedure. The whole staff is very kind, attentive, honestly all the above. For some reason you’ll want to go back. If I had my own dental office it’d be like this.

My first time at Springs Dental was for a routine Dental exam and I was so impressed with all the staffs how professional they are with good bedside manners. I can’t even begin to describe everything that stood out to me at Springs and how many times they’re gone above and beyond. Springs was arranging to charge me to a sooner appointment date after hours, whilst there I’m offered chapstick, water, headphones, Netflix, anything you could need multiple times. I dropped my phone and they sanitized it for me. Everyone who works here seems passionate, so friendly and personable and just seems so happy to be there. I had a really hard time finding a dentist in Vegas but I’m so grateful Springs is around. I’m honestly excited when I have to go in and definitely motivated to have the best smile. If I could give Springs 10 stars I would. They really really do go above and beyond in every aspect possible. The best care and customer service I’ve had anywhere in years. I had such a great experience at Springs Dental with my baby today. From the moment we walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and genuinely welcoming — which matters so much when you’re already a little anxious bringing in a newborn.

As a mom, I felt completely heard. They took the time to listen to my concerns and never once made me feel dismissed or brushed off. There was absolutely no pressure in any direction, which I really appreciated. They explained everything clearly and let me make the decision that felt right for my baby.

We did move forward with treating her tongue tie, and I cannot say enough about how amazing they were during the procedure. They handled my baby so gently and carefully — especially important since she was premature — and they were just as attentive to me, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay too.

Aftercare was explained in detail, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. They walked me through stretches, what to expect, and even reassured me that I could come back in if I needed help. That level of support goes a long way, especially as a new mom navigating something like this.

The biggest standout for me was how they treated my baby. You can tell they truly care, and that made all the difference in what could have been a really stressful experience.

I would absolutely recommend them to any parent needing pediatric dental care.

What an amazing facility with a very caring staff. I had to try this new dental office in Las Vegas after a recommendation from my daughter (an Endodontist) who went to dental school with Dr. Heraypur, so when this office came highly recommended within my own family, I paid attention.

The office is brand new and filled with all the latest equipment. The entire staff was friendly, well dressed, and very professional (their scrubs were seriously on point), and everyone had a bright, welcoming smile.

I went in planning to fix my front two teeth, which are slightly tilted inward, and fully expected to start Invisalign. Dr. Heraypur told me I already had a beautiful smile and should save my hard-earned money. That honesty and her under sell completely won me over — and ironically made me trust her even more. I ended up scheduling Invisalign anyway for about 12 months.

I left over the moon happy with the experience. Ultra modern, honest, and specialist-approved. Highly recommended and will definitely let all my colleagues know about.

I had one of the most amazing dental visits In a long time !. I was very comfortable since the beginning. Dr. Sheila showed me my images & went over a couple things with me in so much detail , answered any questions I had . My cleaning was amazing 🤩, felt the difference right away. I honestly had one of the best dentist experiences ever. Every single detail was so well thought out, from the calm, beautiful aesthetic of the space to how comfortable the chair was (and the fact that there was a TV mounted above me playing Gilmore Girls while I got my teeth cleaned!). They took such good care of me and were so gentle the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I actually left feeling relaxed which is not something I ever thought I’d say about the dentist.

This is a beautiful new practice in Summerlin. Walking in, it doesn’t even feel like a dentist it feels like a spa. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was relaxed. Dr. Sheila is kind and cares about her patients, she also gives the most amazing painless injections. They used the laser on me after the procedure and I had 0 pain afterwards. If you’re looking for a new office look no further.

I had been having less than a stellar experience at my dentist office so I started looking for someplace different that was close to home. I saw Springs Dental and gave it a try. I had an exceptional experience. The office had a very high end decor, and staff and Dr. Sheila were friendly, fantastic, and service was the best I've ever had. I really like that my dental chair was in a private room rather than in the open like the last Dentist. So refreshing to have a nice caring doctor. Seems like friendly genuine care and service have been lacking in the Vegas medical world, but Dr. Sheila was extra thorough and friendly. I can't recommend this office enough.
