Worst cleaning I have ever had. Definitely will not be returning. I just left and I literally still have toothpaste in my mouth because they don’t know how to rinse. I also have a small crowding of two of my bottom teeth so I get plaque build up that is still there. Dr did use a scaler but I don’t know what he was doing with it because he didn’t remove the plaque. My cleaning was done in less than 10min. Never have I ever had such a careless cleaning in my 41yrs of life.

The entire team of receptionists, assistants, and the dentist were incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the process. Terrible customer service, staff is very unprofessional and have nasty attitudes.
My mom has complained about this dentist several times, she had full implants and crowns installed by a dentist out of state, unfortunately one of the crowns fell out & she resorted to this dentist they just billed her insurance and told her what she wanted to hear, the dentist cemented the crown and in a week it fell out.
We called several times and they would not answer, she had to drive directly there just to schedule another appointment.
Today at her appointment the dentist Dr Trunq Xa had an attitude and refused to refund my mom’s money, and explained he was not an expert in implants.
They lied and stated they went over a form that the crown can fall back out, I was on the phone during her crown install and this was never explained nor done, they’re trying to cover their tracks and are refusing to take accountability for their faulty job.

We feel there was major negligence done, as a professional dentist he should have referred her to a specialist to begin with instead of charging and billing her insurance.
STRONGLY suggest avoiding this dentist, as they do not take accountability and are very unprofessional, and rude.
Very disappointed, my mom is elderly and I feel like she was taken advantage of.my daughter she write this yes no good service

Star Brite Dental is definitely a hidden a gem! The front desk staff are the kindest people and they answered all my questions so thoroughly! Both Dr Xa and Dr Han are extremely professional too and their work amazing. I had multiple crowns , cleanings and other work done here and I've never been disappointed!!! This is literally the best dental office I have ever been to! Every member of the staff is very friendly & accommodating!

The most impressive aspect of this joint is efficiency. Everything went through so fast. Two years ago, I got 3 wisdom teeth pulled in under 15 minutes with no pain. Since then I've been coming here regularly for teeth cleaning.

The doctor here is very capable of handling complicated problems as well, my grandpa just did a root canal here with great satisfaction.

They are FANTASTIC !!! Ive been going here for about 2 years. My first visit was HORRIBLE. A dental assistant (not a hygenist) came in to clean my teeth and based on time spent did a TERRIBLE job. She told me she was only an assistant because they didn't currently have a hygenist. The "dentist" came in to do my exam and talked more then he worked. I came out of there in complete disbelief and swore I'd never go back. I considered filing a complaint on them and contact my insurance office to let them know my experience. HOWEVER, they informed me that the place had been taken over my new owners so I went back.
It was an ENTIRELY different experience. They actually seemed like a true dentists office. It was COMPLETELY different from my initial visit where there were only the two people in the office. Since then, Karen, my hygenist is beyond AMAZING and I will never stop seeing her specifically. The dentist is fantastic in his exams. The entire remaining staff is fantastic. I honestly could not recommend another provider. They are FANTASTIC!!!

the team here at starbrite dental had been pleasant to work with. (they have another store but this is the one ON DURANGO ! do not get them confused !!)

i was super happy to hear they can speed up the process for crowns as i needed it done quick.

when i told them my situation, that i would have to go back to california after this week, the manager lady called her lab and asked if we could get my crown asap. They got it back to me in 6 days after initial checkup and, not to say it is something they can do all the time, but they help as best as they can during a bad situation. The receptionist guy at the counter was especially nice and helpful, allowing me to make a monthly payment plan suitable to me & comfortable.

The two dentists i saw were really nice and comforting, the dentist assistant she was also very kind, comforting and helpful. Played what i wanted on the TV and
"I always let the patient decide if they're ready" this older dentist told me before numbing my mouth for the first time (anxious).
They never roasted my teeth lol which ive had some in the past do.

They went over the procedure step by step very clearly and i gave the OK.
it went well and the 2 working on me were careful and always felt secure and in control.
After about an hour and 37 minutes they had finished replacing my crown as well as doing an entire deep cleaning both sides. (i always do as much as once, all 4 wisdom teeth, etc) he said its uncommon but i feel great afterward.

These guys are the way to go, going the extra miles to help the customer, customer support is everything<33

I came to this office and was surprised to find it under new management. New receptionist, new dentist. The cleaning and xray was done very well, my teeth never felt so clean before!

Very professional. Went to have a cracked tooth pulled. After xrays, the dentist told me the tooth isn't cracked. Just a groove in the tooth. All went thru my insurance and didn't cost me a dime. Also didn't put me thru an unnecessary procedure.

Dont ever go here. Very incompetent dentist. Pulled a tooth out of mine that he never should have. Had to wind up getting a implant that costed me thousands of dollars. Was a very traumatic experience for me. All for a tooth ache whereca root canal should have been done!!

I’ve been going to this office for years.. They have recently got a new dentist and boy did my 16 1/2 yr old got a Huge disservice. My son was in the office for exam,cleaning and x-rays and boy was I disappointed. My son had all this done within 15 mins of his scheduled appt. Typical a cleaning is a minimal of 30 mins anything other then that is not Thorough and a disservice to any patients. The doctor came out to speak with me after doing 2 min exam and said son does not have any cavities but had build-up and advised me to have fillings done on all his molars because of his deep grooves I then stated wouldn’t it be more practical to place sealants on all molars then doctor then advised that placing sealants is a Gimmick and doesn’t work and it’s just a procedure to make the practice more money.. The office had no clue that I have over 15 yr of experience in dentistry and can recognize that it was a poor job and was felt rushed as if they had something else to do. Definitely I felt that my son was NOT in good hands like a rushed fast food restaurant. I asked the front office how in the world did the hygienist clean his teeth, X-rays and exam in under 15 mins she advised me that they do not have a hygienist and the doctor dental assistant did his cleaning.. Which is actually unethical because my insurance pays for an Adult prophylaxis and not a child prophylaxis so there cheating by not even giving my son a what his insurance paid for.. My son still had plaque on his teeth after his so called “cleaning was done”.. and even my son said he doesn’t want to come back because his teeth didn’t feel clean. Smh please please do not go to his office if you care about your teeth, take your time and find a family practice and read reviews so that you can find a great doctor that cares about you and your teeth and not a Chop shop.. You’ll thank me in the future.. Please please avoid corporations the only thing that care about is production “ how much money they can suck out of a patient without doing quality work” I cannot stress this enough.. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING...

We have been going to this office for roughly ten years. We have all been seen by Dr. Xa, myself, husband and each of our six children. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and there is virtually no wait to be taken back to an exam room.
The doc is very fast and thorough. So why the low star rating? Lately we have been VERY displeased. My daughter got a filling done in an adult molar. It was a tiny cavity. The doc there, who is taking over for Xa as he is retiring, drilled all the way to the pulp destroying it resulting in her needing a root canal.
Dr Xa himself, disappointed me when my son went in for two reasons. One was to get a mold for a space maintainer and the other reason was pain in a tooth. We got the mold done then got xrays. The xrays showed that he should just get the tooth pulled but because the mold was already done and it would have been a waste of his time as he wouldn’t get paid for taking the mold otherwise, he did a filling... a silver filling when our insurance pays for a white one. The space maintainer fell out almost immediately as well.
We will NOT be going back because of these incidents. Sad because we thought, after all this time, that we had found a family dentist we could count on.

Super nice and clean office. A lot of art decorates the office, super comfy chairs, and comfortable climate maintained inside as well. Office opens at 8am and they offer quick appointment times. They do a wide range of services here from basic cleanings, fillings, and typical dentist services but also provide denture repair services. I paid 30.00 for an office appointment with no insurance so in the hyperinflated economy I would say it's a good deal.

Not sure why the rating is a 2.9. It was a little considering after seeing the reviews, however I have recently taken all three children here and the experience was good. No long waits, everything being done was explained, they don’t have a problem with parents going back and the dentist gets straight to the point. The dentist assistances were also friendly and engaged with the kids. I am happy with the service they received and will keep going.

I accompanied my uncle to this dental office he left very upset, he said the doctor was very rude to him,and didnt appreciate the way he treated him.Even worse that he treated his assistants unprofessionally and doesnt care to give them attitude in front of a patient.

One of their employees was asking to buy drugs in a group on Facebook just now (October 7 2017). I found she was employed with Starbrite Dental (thats how I found out about this company). I was going to email them and ask them to assist her with her drug problem, but after having seen what kind of feedback they have on different rating engines, I dont think they would care.

THIS PLACE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!

I came in to get my teeth pulled and get dentures, nothing was done the right way. The dentist rushed everything, when I came in for the wax try in ,I told him it didn't fit right and I couldn't even close my mouth, he said "It's normal cause I had teeth still in and it's more for him so he can see how it's sitting in my mouth." So the day comes to get my teeth pulled (mind you I took two weeks off work so I could heal and all before returning.) and I was in and out in twenty minutes, but the teeth still didn't fit right I figured it was the swelling so I waited a few days then went in to get them adjusted. The best way I could describe how it looked is... A bulldog. I couldn't open my mouth to put a spoon in, they made my lower into the worst underbite... It was bad. Not to mention they were made way to thin (you could see through the gums on them). So I go in to see what he could adjust and all I get is "There's nothing I can do about it, you should just go somewhere else." NOTHING HE COULD DO!?!? There is plenty he could do, for one, admit he messed them up would be a start. He refunded my insurance and gave me half of my money back I paid (still waiting on the other half) and I had to go find a real dentist to fix his mess up. I did find a better place and got what I wanted but I had to start the whole process all over again, but couldn't start anything for weeks cause I had to heal before the real dentist could fix everything. That means I had to wait almost two months before I could get teeth that fit right, so for two months I was stuck with the trash he gave me. Now I could understand him acting like that if I was being a pain or acting irrationally, but I didn't, I was polite the ENTIRE time. Thankfully my girlfriend is a dental assistant and fixed the teeth using a Dremel enough for me to manage them for the two months (funny how she could but he couldn't). I CAN'T BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW IT FELT TO HAVE TO WEAR THOSE TEETH FOR TWO MONTHS!! This office cares nothing about their patients, there was a lot he could do he just chose to do NOTHING! So I let as many people know as possible, FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO SOMEONE I DIDN'T LIKE!!

My wife went in got her xrays schedule for cleaning she had to reschedule accidentally missed her appointment cause our daughter was having surgery and we explainedtl they said it was fine to reschedule when we were ready we recently called to reschedule they said they couldnt see her due to to many missed appointments when she only missed one and on top of that the doctor doesn't sit and listen to your questions and concerns.

Had a crown put on last year. Complained about it hurting months after it was done. Also complained about it not looking natural at all. After getting refunded the money for the crown I was starting to feel excruciating pain. Come to find out from Dr. Xa that I needed a root canal. But since I'd already complained about the work he did, he then told me to go to another dentist. This was after he was rejected by me to go out on a date. Now a year later I'm still in excruciating pain. Have to find another dentist to break the current crown, do the root canal and put ANOTHER crown on. ZERO STARS

Shady place. Stay far away. I honestly don't think this is a legitimate legal dentist or they had their licenses revoked so they have as little business as possible to pay their bills. I had a tooth pulled and the mouth wash solution I was sold was over a year expired. They said I could come in to exchange it, but the two times I have tried to go in there they were closed. They closed on sat at 3pm as it states on the door, yet when I called and the woman answered she said the dr went home early. It was 12pm. I needed a new antibiotic because I was having a bad reaction to the one they prescribed. She said the dr wasn't going to be in till monday and suggested I go to the pharmacy to beg for a new prescription. The second time I tried to go on a thursday, the door says 8am-5pm. It was 11am and I called the number after seeing the place was closed again. The woman said they close early on thursdays now and she said she will call me in an hour to get my prescription changed at the Summerlin office they are driving to. It's weird that she always answers the phone even though she is never at the location. I tried calling again and I got a woman's personal cell phone answering machine. This woman has been very rude to me and I do not think this is a legal dentist.
