Waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time. Dentist wasn’t very attentive to my concerns. The water machine to clean your mouth sprays the whole room, the hygienist was nice but staff all seemed like they didn’t want to work there. The dentist told me the opposite of what the hygienist said about my teeth which left me wondering what was the truth. I had to leave, I was getting soaked with the water from the machine after 2 minutes and was told they will still bill my insurance even though they did nothing to my teeth. Trust me Find another place!

Jennie on the phone is so sweet and kind but I have to repeat things to her maybe 3 or 4 times before it sticks. “I can only come in on this day” “ok what about *not this day*” “so sorry but I can only do this day” “ok what about *not this day*” 3 times before it clicks and she puts the correct day. Also I asked them about 4 times to call my insurance to make sure a certain service is covered and sweet Jennie called and called me back to say that my dental insurance is still active. Thank you kind Jennie but I was just asking about one code. They also never put me down for the right service and I have had times where I’m not even in the system for my appointment. Really really kind amazing people and I am so happy I found this office even if I have to tell Jennie information 6 times to get to the correct point. I’ve been going here for years and I must say the quality of service has gone tremendously recently. I went in for my appointment today checked in with the receptionist who was to busy singing and asked me to have a seat and she would be right with me. 30 mins later she’s calling my phone saying I missed my appointment as I was still waiting in the lobby. When I addressed this issue with her she stated she didn’t see me walk in when I clearly went straight to the front desk to check in when I was told sit. Had she not been so busy singing and did her job I probably wouldn’t have received a call that I missed my appointment while sitting in the lobby. I definitely won’t be back and will take my dental needs elsewhere where they have true customer service.

Appointment scheduled for 4:10 pm. Received the confirmation text saying. Can't wait to see you then. Arrive and the office is closed. Call, dentist answers, and proceeds to say that I didn't confirm the appointment. If the appointment wasn't confirmed, why waste time sending a reminder text advising you can't wait to see us. The first thing I stated was that we are outside for my sons appointment, and the office is locked. She then proceeds to ask if we are standing outside. I would sure hope that when people say they have arrived for their appointment and your doors are locked, they know that because they are literally standing outside! Won't be coming back!

Today was my second visit at Stonewater Dental. First visit about 4 months ago was for fillings. I felt Dr. Patel was rushed, but I still made an appointment for cleaning. Today was the cleaning and the hygenist was pretty rough with the cleaning process. The instruments she used left my teeth feeling scratchy and my gums were sore and tender. I've had teeth cleanings 2x a year all my life and just felt the process at Stonewater was sub-par at best. However, the receptionist and dental assistant are nice and friendly.

My son and I were treated with unethical and unprofessional care. After being referred by pediatric dental office we went to Dr Patel for my son to get a Filling for a Cavity that wasn’t urgent or causing pain. Pediatric Dentist took X-rays and sent referral to Stone-water 1 week prior to appointment. I also made sure when making appointment I let the receptionist know everything. I also brought paperwork from pediatric dentist to show what was needed. However at appointment Receptionist claimed that I never told her what I needed for the appointment and Dr. Patel insisted on taking new X-rays at first appointment and coming back in another week for filling… she became very frustrated with me when I asked her if we could just use X-rays he just had done last week. Then at next appointment the front desk receptionist had me sign on a black pad connected to computer “for appointment”and I never received any paperwork or was verbally told what was going on. When called back to room, I noticed the assistant setting up Gas Tank with a facial mask to put on my son! I asked her why she was doing this and she said that I requested it! I did not ever request my son to be gassed for a filling! I told her, no I did not and I would rather they numb his mouth for a filling. She seemed confused and said that it is my right and option and we didn’t have to use gas! My son is a very calm person and has never had any issues at the dentist. She told Dr. Patel who seemed frustrated about it and when I walked out for a moment and came back to area where my son was, Dr Patel asked me to wait in lobby, that there isn’t enough space for me. While Dr Patel was working on my sons tooth and had me wait in front away from my son, she had her assistant come to front to ask me to add a gel to my sons teeth for protection for extra charge! Than received bill and they charged insurance for every little thing including Gas that was never requested or used! I won’t be coming back here and I do not recommend to anyone!

I am a newer patient, however my husband has been going to Stonewater for a few years. The staff is off the charts for customer service and kindness.
They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The best is that I can walk to the office as it is only a block from the house. So glad to have found a dentist close to home(and doesn't cancel my appointments hours before). If you live NW side of town (or not)check them out they are on the 2nd floor. You won't regret your decision.

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Before I started coming here I never had any pain in my teeth. I now am dealing with excruciating pain and headaches stemming from it and it's all because Dr Patel insisted on removing and replacing a filling that I have NEVER had any trouble with. Let's just say this was the biggest mistake of my life to say the least.
It was so poorly done that she had cemented 3 of my teeth together with the filling composite and then seemed annoyed and unwilling to fix it when i said i couldnt floss until I suggested opening the contact points and she barely did that, because the bite was off, I came back twice and the second time I said the bite felt right and she felt compelled to file them down even more so now my molars on the left side dont touch at all when i close my mouth. When i try to floss my teeth shred the floss. She never polished the sharp jagged material on my surrounding teeth so when I floss in the surrounding area, composite flakes and chips off.
I don't have many regrets in my life because I'm very aloof but this is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I can't even enjoy food anymore. Do not trust this woman please for the love of god even her cleanings are insanely rough unnecessarily.

I came in Friday, 02/11/2022, for a dental check-up. This was my first visit to StoneWater Dentistry. For the past month, I had been shopping around for a dentist here in Las Vegas, Nevada, during which time, I made appointments and visited two other dental offices to have a dental check-up. It had been over five years since I had been to the dentist and I was concerned that I might need some major work done. Fortunately, as it turned out, a basic dental cleaning was all that was needed. I was most pleased with the thoroughness of the service provided by Dr. Patel and will make it a point to return to StoneWater Dentistry every six months for a check-up from now on, as advised. And, furthermore - and this is the reason for which I am taking some time out to write this review - out of the three dentists that I went to over the past month, I feel the most confident about the service and care provided by Dr. Patel and her staff at StoneWater Dentistry. Amazing teamwork Dr. Patel & Maria working together doing my fillings. Dr Patel’s work is a Picasso Van Gogh masterpiece she did an outstanding job my entire experience was smooth as if I was in a spa getting pampered. Plus, I love walking in & Bree is the first person I see coming in and the last person greeting me out she’s such a positive & sweet receptionist.

Growing up I always had a lot of discomfort with different dentistry places that would be hard on my teeth. Going to stonewater dentistry has been nothing but positive experiences. Most of my teeth work I've had done here because it has been painless experience and their staff is super nice and helpful. For as long as I live in Las Vegas, I'll always come here!

Dr. Patel is an awesome dentist. I went to her when I had an emergency. My dentist was out of town. Dr. Patel took me in right away. She made me feel very comfortable while she assess and fixed the problem. She use Top Notch equipment. She and her staff are very customer oriented. Dr. Patel is now my primary dentist.

I have been going to Stonewater Dentistry now for six years and love them. I have NEVER had an issue with anything. Great staff very friendly and they also have a sent out reminder for upcoming appointments. Overall I highly recommend this dentistry! And they are Extremely accommodating 😁

I love this place, been going there for over 8 years. The entire staff is kind, helpful, and most importantly GENTLE. I have quite a bit of anxiety about the dentist (bad experiences as a kid) and everyone at Stonewater is very understanding in regards to it. Additionally, I have never felt that they were trying to hustle me. There are so many dishonest dentists out there, but Dr. Patel and her team are really honest. Her staff has even gone above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance. Thanks to everyone there, you all are the best!!

Dr. Patel & her staff are AMAZING. The office is beautiful and everyone is so nice. They really make you feel like they've known you forever and do more to make their patients feel welcome and at ease than any other dental office I've ever been to. I've gone from someone who dreaded going to the dentist to actually looking forward to it as if it was a spa treatment!
