Disappointed. I scheduled a new patient appointment for myself after taking my daughter there a few months ago and liking the provider. My original appointment was scheduled for November 5th. I saw through the online scheduling tool that an appointment for Dr. Handler opened up on Friday, October 10th and booked through the online scheduler. I was then told not to use the online scheduler and my appointment was invalid. She was able to move my appointment up to October 22nd though so I took it and she said she would put me on a waitlist. On October 10th, I got a text that I have an upcoming appointment on October 15th (instead of October 22nd). While I appreciate them trying to move my appointment up, not one person from the office called me to ask me if October 15th worked and I nfortunately, I had two appointments already scheduled that day. I called October 13th to see what happened and change my appointment back to October 22nd at the original time but they were unable to accommodate my request. I don’t understand why you would change a patients appointment without first seeing if that appointment would work for them.

"THE BEST DERMATOLOGY PRACTICE IN LAS VEGAS."
Dr. Lionel Handler has been my dermatologist for many years now. He and his staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough and always make me feel special. He is exemplary in his surgery practices. Office is always immaculate and clean. Never have to wait that long either in waiting room. It is easy making appointments and usually you don't have to wait months. I recommend them to all my family and friends and hope you will try them. I booked an appointment online and when i went in they said they did not have me on the schedule and that “sometimes it doesn’t work” when you book online but that they can schedule me for another day. I live 30 min away and got permission to leave work early for this appointment. The receptionist didn’t even bother to see if another doctor was available. Why would you have a “Book an Appointment” on your website if it “sometimes doesn’t work”.

First of all they should seriously get a new receptionist shes so bad at her job. I was blowing up their office with emails/texts and voicemails all week last week. NO they were not on "holiday break" that receptionist was just plain LAZY. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not even a sir, are you slow? Don't go here it seems like a hostile environment with lazy workers. What a shame. Thanks for helping me out on my search! There's GREAT dermatology offices located in LOS ANGELES and within the enterprise area of las vegas. If you need help on finding a much more demure office let me know! 😉

I would venture a guess that not many people realize how the application of botox requires a certain level of skill and precision. Over the years I have encountered a handful of dermatologists who manage to seemingly miss the key facial muscles. Whenever I visited Dr Strimling's offices I always noticed really impressive results, often with the same or less unit injections. He isn't trying to inject you with an excessive number of units nor is he trying to "incentivize" you to return in a few short months for supplementary injections. I have encountered a number of inferior dermatologists around the US and the world, but not many who are better.
