I saw Dr West for a comprehensive airway evaluation and came all the way from St. George. I was so impressed I’m moving ALL of my dental care to her office. She was kind, fun, smart as hell and for the first time I went to a professional that knew more about airway dentistry than I did.

Her staff was also kind, knowledgable and very friendly.

As a physician assistant and someone who values functional medicine and root cause care I don’t see anyone who is mediocre at their job.

This was by far the best dental experience of my 79+ years. I received an amazing, pain free cleaning and a remarkable education by a highly trained and highly experienced hygentist/dentist. A remarkable dental practice indeed! The exceptional, kind receptionist even had the truck blocking my exit move so I could easily get out of the parking lot. SO THANKFUL! I am a former client of Dr. West’s, but I relocated to another state quite a while back.

While in town visiting my parents, who live locally, I got head-butted by my adorable nephew, who was attempting to jump into my arms. I caught him mid-toddler flight, but he took bits of my two front teeth with him. Delightful little man :)

I remembered how much I loved Dr. West and called her office. Imagine loving your dentist so much that you remembered her from TEN years ago. Her daughters have since taken over her practice. I had the joy of seeing her daughter, Dr. Kathryn Gorczyca.

She fixed my front teeth on the spot over a few hours! While horrifying, photos are important so you can see the work that was done. Dr.Gorczyca is a dental artist. And she understood that I had two MAJOR public events coming up. To say my anxiety was up there, so was my in-office blood pressure.

After today’s experience, I immediately canceled my dental services (out of state) elsewhere and will be using this office for all dental needs.

Family and friends are now considering switching after seeing how distraught I was, and how happy I am now. It may be a bit vain, but my goodness, I will never take having teeth for granted, nor will my loving nephew be lunging at me for hugs or to catch him without my putting myself in a full on bubble costume first.

Worth every penny! THANK YOU! And the staff is lovely too!

My wife first saw Dr. Pamela West back in 2021, when she worked on her provisional crowns. The results were excellent, and that experience stayed with us. On April 20, 2026, we went back to see her again — we drive six hours one way because Dr. West is the only dentist who truly understands my wife’s TMJ‑sensitive bite.

This was my second time watching Dr. West work, and once again her passion and focus stood out. She spent time and carefully evaluating every part of my wife’s bite. She measured everything — angles, contacts, pathways — nothing rushed. Because my wife had a clicking joint from a previous dentist, Dr. West also used a 3D CT scan to check the condyle and joint position.

Before adjusting anything, she used Myotronics TENS to relax the muscles. Then she made precise, assertive adjustments to the zirconia crown, and the result came out near perfect. She also explained something important: once the muscles fully reseat, my wife’s back molar support will naturally shift forward, improving the bite even more.

The biggest change was the pain. My wife’s bad bite had been triggering pain down both legs. After Dr. West’s adjustment, the pain in her left leg was completely gone, and her right leg pain dropped from 5 down to 1. That was amazing to see.

Dr. West is the only dentist we trust for this kind of work, she deserved for the five star plus. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with TMJ issues or bite problems.

I want to start by saying the staff was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. However, the actual dental work did not match the high prices they charge.

From the beginning, my main concern was a tooth with a temporary cap that needed to be fixed. Instead of focusing on that, every visit felt like an upsell. I was sold a $200 toothbrush and then told I needed to whiten my teeth before getting a crown. I spent about $800 on whitening that didn’t change my teeth even one shade, and no one warned me that might happen. I was given a very expensive product to continue whitening my teeth for two weeks that wouldn’t even charge on a regular outlet.

When they finally addressed the tooth, I was there for seven hours and it couldn’t be saved. While I was in pain, I felt pressured into getting a flipper instead. After the extraction, I ended up with dry socket, and was told I was “lucky” they were even treating it. That usually doctors just send you on your way to make you deal with it on your own. I thought it was very weird.

When I finally tried the flipper, it didn’t fit and cracked almost immediately another $800 wasted. I didn’t even bother telling them because at this point I was just tired of talking them going back-and-forth with them. I literally visited their office like 7 times in span of 2 to 3 months.

Overall, I felt taken advantage of. My care didn’t feel like the priority upselling did. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better results, communication, and follow-
up. I would not return.

Healthy gums and teeth are now related to reduced heart disease, so this should be taken seriously. This office is not like others, it is a reference standard. They are using the latest equipment, which makes everything easier on the patient. The team is incredible. The best I have had and I am old. There is much less pain/discomfort and the procedures run quicker. I know it is hard to change dentists, but if you are willing to consider a change, two thumbs way up on this team.

I have had TMJ problems for years! I have tried, mouth guards, chiropractors, Botox, numerous dentists near and far from Kingman, AZ. I recently found help at Summerlin Center, Aesthetic Dentistry combined with ISleep Solutions & TMJ therapy. I have been TMJ relieved after two short visits. Due to decades of grinding my teeth, I perfected the closed-mouth smile. Add to the grinding, coffee drinking, cigar smoking, and red wine sipping, and I was left with teeth I kept under wraps as much as possible. I found Dr. Gorczyca via an internet search, and over a period of months or maybe a year, she transformed my mouth into a thing of beauty. If you're standing outside West Dentistry, go in. If you value your smile, step inside. If you have a dental emergency and need help now, pick up the phone. If you in any way, shape or form feel somewhat less than enthusiastic about a necessary trip to the dentist, this is the place for you.
As in my case, having lost a crown on a Friday (when the practice is closed) I called Dr. Stephanie Gorczyca and yelled for help. Less than an hour later, Dr. Gorczyca returned my call, instructed me to drive to her office immediately (that's at 2095 Village Center Circle, LV, NV 89134, so you don't get lost). Twelve minutes later, I was out of my car and ushered into the office, which had been opened and staffed with FOUR people, just to give me a hand on their day off.
Dr. Gorczyca deftly and painlessly fitted me with a new, temporary crown, then outlined a plan to solve my particular problem, long-term. You really couldn't ask for anything more: Charming staff. Immaculate office. As for deft dentistry, think of a violinist's hands. If you'd like to experience a sense of hospitality the next time you go to the dentist--so that you actually don't dread the thought--open the door. Sashay on in. They'll be glad to see you and you'll be glad you came.

I hate coming to the dentist. However I actually like coming here for all my dental care because I can tell they do the best job for each and every patient and they actually care. The dentists are perfectionists and I am so thankful. I can tell I am in great hands. Today I am getting a same day crown and it it a great experience. They have all the best technology. I was putting off fixing some old cracked fillings. But, they were starting to decay so I decided to take care of them. Dr. Gorczyca used new laser equipment to remove the old fillings and the decay. It required no Novocain and I felt no pain or discomfort. All three fillings were done in less than an hour. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Who knew going to the dentist could be so enjoyable?

Very professional and friendly dental office! I have been to a lot of dental/medical offices throughout the years and this is one of the nicest group of people you will ever meet. Everyone knows what needs to be done and you can tell how happy they are to work here. I had a cracked tooth and needed a half-crown installed. Dr. Gorcyzca did an excellent job; the crown fits well and looks great. They have machines in the office so they can make the crown in ~30 mins. Dr. G. is invested in making sure the restoration is comfortable working for the patient. She and the dental assistant, Meghan, were great in answering my questions and making sure I was well taken care of and comfortable.

The restoration work was done this morning and I have no pain at all. I ate a meal ~1 hour afterwards - which is pretty amazing.

I highly recommend this dental office (and no, they did not pay me to say this!).

PS if I could offer one improvement for the office, it would be to have an office dog - I would love to see a sweet pup and stroke their head when I see the dentist - it would definitely lower the stress level!

After years of bad dental care through the military, my teeth have been left with much work to be done. From the moment I walked in I’ve felt welcomed and cared for by Dr. Gorszyca and the entirety of her staff. That being said no one actually enjoys dental work nor the cost of it, but this place is worth it. Seriously! If you can make it work, I highly recommend that you book an appointment here. I truly believe no one can match the compassion and thorough work that you’ll receive here. Without a doubt she went beyond the call of duty. On my first visit I had a bad infection on back molar and she was able to clear it up and install a temporary crown. I waited too long on the follow up and cracked that tooth Dr.Stephanie was able to save my tooth and still put a crown on my tooth. Pristine and serene are two words to describe the experience you’ll have here. They have a beautiful office using all the latest technology to keep your teeth ahead of the game and make dentist visits easier. But that’s not the best part. The best part is the staff and Dr. Gorszyca. She is the real tooth fairy. I’ve never had a dentist take me one on one into their office to discuss my issues and treatment plans. I was looking to get a little aesthetic upgrade to my smile and found this place with all 5 star reviews so I looked no further. My two lateral incisors were small compared to my other teeth so I was looking to fill in the space. Dr. Gorczyca was able to use bonding to do the job and leave my natural teeth as they were, just adding to them. Everything from my consultation to the the final appointment went great. The front desk staff and assistants were also excellent. Dr. Gorczyca made sure I was very happy with the final result and I was!

I first visited Summerlin Center for Aesthetic Dentistry in August 1997. Dr. West had just opened her own practice. In the last couple of weeks, I have had some extensive dental work done by the newest member of the practice, Dr. Stephanie Gorczyca, or Dr. G as she is affectionately known. I am so pleased with the addition of Dr. G who is every bit as kind, caring and competent as Dr. West has always been. All of the staff is wonderful and the customer service is the high quality that used to be the norm and so often is lacking these days. It is a bonus that this is an all female office which makes for a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. I have recommended this practice to a number of people over the years and those who have tried it are still going.
