Dr. Maxham is by far the best doctor I've ever seen, the clinic is more like a concierge office, ran very efficient. The front office staff are very kind and patient, a great positive environment. Dr. Maxham is a D O, and has taught me some things I wouldn't have gotten from a regular doctor. A blessing for me. I highly recommend for a healthy life.

I would give the a -10. Can imagine a therapist and their assistant are supposed to come into your home to help you and your family who have been through a lot still going through a lot bouncing back trying to get on your feet juggling many things and you get threatened with child protective services because they don't feel like you're scheduling your children's doctor appointments in time And then their mentor guy Mr Zay in your home recording your house being a mess like you don't have cameras in your house, recording him trying to record something if you aren't sure live deeply affected by these people who are not honest and what they portrayed. We'll come on down and sign up.be sign right up everything they tell you they'll do the opposite. My child got left at a bus stop and picked up by strangers because The person that agreed to pick her up decided he has something else to do.

My husband and I see Dr. Maxham. He is very down to Earth and professional. We love that he listens and doesn't try to push things on us like many doctors often do. Highly recommend this doctor and center!

Absolutely not. This place is BAD from the get go. I emailed them to enroll because my husband goes here. I didn't want to see a male doctor. I was told by my husband AND their CEO via email that there is a female medical student who can see me under Dr. Maxham. I got a call from Donna and she told me that she didnt know who I was talking to because that wasn't an option because no females worked there. I emailed back the CEO (I guess shes the one who does the emailing?) letting them know what Donna on the phone told me and just never responded.

The provider is always late to my husbands e visits as well. IF he even shows up.

Do not give this place a dime. Seek elsewhere for medical providers.

Worst office ever. Do not expect them to follow through on anything. Can’t get medications right. Doctor doesn’t even examine patients or have a clue about medical conditions. Sits at a computer the whole time and doesn’t do anything right. Office staff is incompetent and does nothing but lie.

If you are looking for a doctor that really cares about you, treats you like a family member, takes his time in understanding what your health needs are then you need to see Dr. Jonathan Maxham at Sunrise Health. He is by far one of the best doctors I have been to. I recently moved out of the area and drive over an hour to see Dr. Maxham because he cares about his patients and their health needs and will continue to drive there to see only him. He is easy to talk to and treats you as family and is very knowledgeable. Also want to mention Val, she is the medical assistant/nurse she is very personable, will go above and beyond to help get you documents you need , submit doctors orders for any tests and so much more.. She is awesome and makes you feel like a friend not 'just a patient'... Thank you both for being so awesome!!

I was Johnathan Maxam's 1st Client at this location. I been searching for him for quite some time based on other people's reviews. It's hard to find a good doctor in town and I happy I was able to connect with him. Great guy, intelligent and knows his stuff.
Overall the entire staff was awesome from start to finish. Definitely glad I searched and searched some more. Definitely will be telling friends and family about sunrise medical clinics and Dr. Maxam.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Walked in to ask for more information and the front desk was extremely rude. They didn’t hide the fact that they laughed at a question I had, rather than try and explain things to me. I felt humiliated and left feeling that way. Please don’t go here, for a mental health facility they really need to reassess the mental state of their own employees…

My experience sunrise clinic does have good people working in the place my favorite people is Mr Jaylen Watson & Mr Sean miller , I tried to communicate with everybody I deal with i was new to the program, What I like about mr Watson he took his time caring for his people as in not just kids but for as well adults he was holding me down till next Appointment with Mr Sean , Based on me telling them about myself and they assumed first week of going I was flirting with mr Watson it was crazy what the boss was saying to me was a complete slack of communication and understanding they more focused on doing there jobs without caring for they’re clients I took accountability on my own actions and things went weird and off to me I felt they was more worried about the wrong thing then understanding to get to know me and the only one who showed they care was mr Jaylen and me Sean miller I have to leave an hour assessment is not long enough as well they were telling me I need rehab I’m not an alcoholic I respectfully felt they were more into setting me up and not really help me

I took my nephew here to conduct some medical testing and we were completely overwhelmed with the understanding, patience, and kindness of the amazing staff at Sunrise Health Clinics. All of the front office ladies were warm and helpful. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would! I definitely recommend Sunrise Health to anyone in need of medical services. Do NOT try to register for a COVID test at this establishment. They are not taking appointments. Of course, they couldn't be bothered with saying so on their website (which is all but useless). It took me two hours to get them on the phone to get my money back. I will never patronize this establishment in any way again.

Received both doses of the covid vaccine shot and asked the front desk staff if my and my husband's names will be entered in for the Vax Day raffle to win prizes..... Both our names were never entered at all. Claimed they must have written down BOTH of our phone numbers incorrectly! Therefore, we had no fair chance of winning any prizes yesterday for the first raffle. SMH. Not sure why it's so difficult to verify someone's phone number BEFORE they leave the Dr's office.

This where we came for our Covid vaccines. We waited maybe 5 minutes tops. We were brought into a private consult room where they took our vitals and actually had a conversation with us and addressed all of our concerns! Wow!! we were so happy with all of our interactions with the staff.
We also did the IV hydration therapy they offer for side effects of the vaccine. That was a game changer to actually feel better after we left than when we went in. The lasting effects of the hydration really helps!

A 900 am appointment seems to mean 930 or 945 at sunrise. Besides being checked in the whole staff seem to show up late and generally be unprepared to operate the clinic. However the doctor made up for the above.

Excellent experience while my friend and I got both of our covid shots here. It was very simple to call and get a reservation. As we arrived we got checked in and signed in quickly and sat in a super luxurious comfy squishy seat. Receiving the vaccine was on a whole another level as they gave you a complimentary arm massage with the service. The male nurse that is in charge of giving said vaccines is quite pleasant not only to look at but to be around in general. After the amazing All-Star service we received we were personally led to our own private VIP sitting area that had an amazing waterfront view granted it was a picture of water but luxurious nonetheless would highly recommend for all your future vaccine endeavors. We even got chocolate the same nurse and another male individual complemented my friends amazing face mask that said you are too close. I'm not sure if that individual was a nurse but he can also get it 🥰🥰 !!! I sincerely hope that this vaccine is annual.

My wife and I went there to get our first covid vaccine injection. As we settled in our car as we leaving I looked up to see the license plate on this gold mini-van.
The folks at Sunrise were professional and promptly moved us through the process. I usually give an individual a shout out, but in this case it was all of them working as a team that made our experience a pleasure. Thank you and see you soon for our second shot.

Worst place ever, I did my test more than a week and I'm still waiting for my results, my husband had to call everyday to ask for his results, and then after his 5th phone call Kayla told him that they didn't sent him the results because he didn't called or went to asked for his results, Lol so it's our work to be calling them to ask for out results, so we have to do their work, wooorssssttttt place ever!

the service is the worst 😒, they never send the results, I had to call several times to request my results, they charged 150.00 to give results in 24 hours and they just call, but they don't give any indications and don't send the results in writing, Kayla and the managers sent me the information after several times. I don't recommend the place, my wife did the test more than a week, and she still doesn't receive the results, and we paid.

I have been with this facility since the first started on Maryland Parkway. This is the best place in the Valley. The staff is warm and friendly and the therapist are always amazing. The Lady that runs this has a great concept of how psychiatry should be. She provides a safe environment in which you can grow in. She not only helps the patient but extends that help to the family so everyone is successful. She goes above and beyond.......
When I started working with Mrs. B my family was in crisis. Mrs. B could personally relate to situations I was experiencing. She got the help my daughter needed but also extended that help to me and my other children so we were all growing and improving. This is the Best place in the valley

I waited 2 and a half hours past my original appointment time for my first appointment. Before my second appointment, I called to make sure they were running on time and they said yes. When I came in the nurse told me it was an hour behind. I walked out and will not be returning because I won't waste my time there again. The receptionist was extremely rude when I told them I would not be returning. The doctor was so great, it's too bad they don't know how to schedule appointments.

I have been a patient of Theresa Walker's for over 6 years. She is absolutely amazing and so is her Assistant Krista. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and have the best customer service I have ever received from any Dr.'s office in my entire life. They legitimately care about their patients and go above and beyond like I have never seen before. I wouldn't go to anybody else here in Vegas. Theresa Walker is the best! It is rare to find a Doctor with an Assistant that cares just as much for her patients. I recommend Sunrise Clinics on a scale from 1 to 10-100!

The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the excellent care you deserve. It may take a little longer to get in to see the doctor but it is well worth the wait. The doctor and nurse gives each person the time needed to assure accurate diagnosis. They listen and truly care about each individual.
