I have several dental anxiety, I cry through appointments. They took the time to allow me to catch my breath when transitioning during the appointment, they provided support and walked ne through all my option. I had an emergency extraction about a year ago here. I can honestly say it was the best extraction I've ever had, and I've had more than a few. But I'm writing this review today because I'm back. I'm here for a full exam and xrays that are covered by the care plan I bought back when I had that tooth taken out. When I was kid I swear xrays used to hurt. Today they felt great! My dental assistant was Edgar and he really put me at ease. I was, and I am still nervous about a fractured tooth. I know that no matter the outcome, I'm in good hands, and I am thankful. I would give this office 10 stars if I could!

I was waiting until after my treatment plan to write my review, but the first doctor I saw is no longer there. Dr. Gheisari started my treatment plan and did a lot of my fillings. He did a great job. Sierra did my cleaning and it was one of the best I ever had. I was told Dr. Gheisari left the office and I was going to have a new doctor finish my crown. I was a little nervous at first, but Dr. Anghel was kind and explained things every step of the way. He did great. Everyone did such a great job and the assistants were so good too.

This office is so close to home. I have my cleaning in 2 months with Sierra. Can’t wait to see everyone again.

I was reluctant to come back to this place. They had done a crown for me a few years back and every couple of months I would have an issue where the crown broke or popped off. And every time I came to fix it a new dentist would be working on it.

I grew frustrated because the crown was under warranty and I had no other option unless I wanted to pay out of pocket elsewhere.

A few months ago it happened AGAIN!!! I went back and of course I saw ANOTHER dentist but this time I saw Dr. Anghel. He took the time and explained to me exactly what was going on. He showed me with the X-rays and photos and what needs to be done to correct the issue. I don’t know why nobody ever took the time to explain this before. He fixed everything for me.

This was a nightmare for me for such a long time and I’m so happy he fixed it. I no longer go to this office because of all the problems but when I got my cleaning yesterday, I was reminded of this and I have to give thanks when it’s due.Dr. Anghel and Monique, the assistant that helped him, are the best! Although I won’t be coming back, Thank You

It's my first time going to a dentist in 3 years. My experience with Doctor, dental assistant, front desk was great. The Staffs there were unexpectedly fun to talk to. My doctor and the dental assistant were very brief, and informative with simple terms, when explaining things I didn't understand. I appreciated that. The cleaning process for my teeth was great,

I had no idea that this clinic was located so close to my home. I broke a tooth and had to find a dentist ASAP and wanted something close by. I called Sunrise Modern Dentistry and was scheduled in right away. The front desk people are super nice and understanding. I first saw Dr. Angel, he was nice and able to get everything done in one day but then I came back for a cleaning and meet Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong is amazing and super sweet. I highly recommend her especially for people scared of dentist. She helped put me at ease, since I am terrified of dentist.

Won’t be returning. Corporate dentist practices are the worst! Honestly, Sierra is the best thing that’s happened to this practice. She is passionate about her work and is such a sweetheart.

After the manager shouted my personal business to the entire lobby, I realized real quick this isn’t the place for me. Maybe she thought a humiliation tactic would conjure up 4k+ in my pockets. Not too sure? But that’s not how that works. I decided to get a second opinion at my original family dentist because if I’m honest, I didn’t trust them. You can tell they don’t have your best interest in mind. During my last cleaning, they were very rough and I could even say almost careless! Even if I did need the work they said I needed, I still wasn’t going to have them perform it! Not after the service I received and not to mention, my partners filling that the previous dentist did is uneven, her bite is off on that side of her mouth and the tooth is still sensitive! It’s been 6+ months.
Not great work!

I will be going back to my family dentist and they are out of network! So I have to pay a little out of pocket but honestly, I don’t mind, they are simply 100% better! For anyone reading this, please find a new dentist! A practice that isn’t owned by a corporate company. They are focused on sales! You will have a much better experience finding a dentist/practice who actually cares.

I will be moving forward with the work they told me I needed at the end of this month with my family dentist and I will be saving $400+ dollars! That’s for an out of network dentist, mind you! It’s traditionally supposed to be more expensive. That should tell you everything you need to know.

I fear they are taking advantage of those who don’t know any better & those with no insurance! Please do your research and find a family owned practice to work with! You will have a much better experience.

If only every dentist office treated their patients with such kindness. I'm more than a mess with my teeth at current, Dr. Greenwood took a very fast and gentle exam and then laid out his plans to get me my smile back while his sweet assistant sat me down with workable options for payment plans. Let me start off with Mrs Avonika. She was/ is the most nicest office manager/ receptionist I ever met in any medical/ dentist office I visited. I'm so afraid of the dentist. She made me feel so comfortable. 2) everytime I visit any medical building I always asked to use the restroom. That's how I can tell if they are clean. Well this office at Sunrise Modern Dentistry on E lakemead Blvd by Hollywood bathroom was soo spotless and so beautiful. I loved it. The young lady at the front desk also. I think her name is Monique. She was so sweet. I promise. Her and Mrs Avonika are so sweet. Now let me tell y'all about the Dr. His name is Dr. Gheisari. He was so patient with me. (I'm a scary cat y'all.lol) He made me so relaxed and comfortable. His helpers( I didn't get their name) my goodness. He made me feel so relaxed when he took pictures of my teeth. I was taken care of late in week after last minute appointment. I’m sure they squeezed me in as I had a narrow window to be treated. With holidays, work and our schedules. I am a new patient. I’m 68 so I’ve ’been around’. The staff was helpful and though I’m sure I kept them late they were thorough and steady and patient. I told The Doctor he is confidence inspiring cause he is. Been having problems here with manager about payment issues it's been bout a year they charged me more that was originally quoted and on receipt. they told me to get credit card thru them for treatment they said rest would get reimbursed to account when they figured out balance but I got receipt for out of pocket I was paying. every time I called them they give me same story about manager is in meeting or not there or she will get back to me when she reviews it but never hear nothing from them. Crazy how they ignore me over couple hundred dollars. And out of all this the work they did the crown they put in fell out 3 times twice I went back but 3rd time went somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience here! I am very anxious going to the dentist so it's been awhile since I have been. I explained that to them and everyone was so helpful! They explained what they were doing, and consistently checked in with me to make sure I was okay. I was put at ease and comfortable. When I got my x-rays Monique was very caring and gentle with me. She helped me calm down and made sure I was okay biting down on the thing to take the picture. Sierra did my cleaning and she did amazing. I moved here in Vegas 2 years ago, and my first time dentist visit made me felt ripped off, and I was afraid of going to a dentist for a while, and was planning on going back to my original dentist in CA but never got a chance. I’ve been trying out many different dentists the past few years. This one by far has been the best! I did not feel anything when they were drilling my teeth and didn’t feel much of the numbing injections either! They were very attentive making sure I was okay and checking in if I seemed tense. The staff here is very bubbly and kind! I enjoyed bantering with them.

Great experience with Sunrise Modern Dentistry. I moved from a previous dentistry due to location and did not have the best interactions with the staff along with Dentist. It was my first time here and I can say that it has been "MY BEST EXPERIENCE" at a dentist office. Dr. Ludy performed my 12-year-old son's first major dental procedure, a root canal, and Dr. Greenwood completed his crown the same day, a beautiful crown. I decided to give this dentist a shot at the recommendation of a coworker. Them being so new meant the office was really clean and modern. I enjoyed the 360 scan they did for my X-rays and my wait time was practically non-existent.

I have to give a special shout-out to the dentist who took care of my cleaning and consultation: Dr. Johnson was fantastic and did especially great making me feel comfortable while she poked and prodded my teeth. She and staff came up with a comprehensive step by step care plan including long term follow up visits for procedures I'll need a few months from now. Dr. Johnson was easy to talk to and explained what she was going to do before she did it and seemed to be very careful. She told me how to let her know if i felt any pain or discomfort and a few times she paused to make sure I was ok and wasn't trying to be tougher than I needed to be.

The front desk staff gave me a few options for crowns and helped me choose the one that worked best for my budget, time constraints, and dental needs. They were also incredibly patient with me getting my payment method sorted out, as i left my wallet at home when I visited.

All in all, I highly recommend giving this place a chance, especially if you live in the Sunrise Mountain area.

Let me start by saying this wasn’t the first place I called. It was the first place I called that someone sounded like they actually cared about me calling. Her energy and how she sounded like she CARED is what got me thru the door. Her name is Avonika. Sooooo amazing! They were so patient with me and so genuine 💜The lady who took my x-rays, even the Dr. They didn’t hide anything from me that they were talking about-I was looking at everything they were. Everything was explained to me in a way I understood and they took the time to talk to me to make me feel at ease. Like a person and not a chart or number. They even came back to check on me while I was waiting(which wasn’t even a long time to be honest). This place is AMAZING and it’s all about people and clients and that’s so much appreciated in an industry where it’s forgotten 💖

This has got to be the best dentist I’ve been to in almost 20 years living in LV. Went over everything with me, explained what needs to be done. I had one filling that needed to be redone, it took no time and I didn’t feel a thing, not even hot spots or annoying grinding you sometime experience.

I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years cause I've always had poor experience with them and I decided to finally get checked out and I was told this dentistry was top notch. That was an understatement to say the least Avonika behind the front desk and the manager of the facility was amazing to say the least as well as the DMD Greg and his awesome team treated me like family and took very good care of me and will be back in 2 weeks to get more work done that's for sure. If your afraid or not fan of dentists this is the place to go they take away any and all doubt and you will be in the best care possible.

Immensely satisfied with the services I received at this dental office. Gregory Greenwood, along with front, and back staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my question’s. I have really bad anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr. Greenwood took care of me. I’ve been to a few offices around the city and was very dissatisfied. The root canals the other offices performed, honestly traumatized me from going back to the dentist. Sunrise modern dentistry also has an endodontist Dr. Travis Ludy that specializes in root canals and can I just say he’s AMAZING!!! He made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing like my other experiences. He was also very fast and took less than an hour. First of all, I wish nothing but the absolute best for everyone who currently works and will work here in the future. I had so much anxiety starting back up with my dental hygiene, after years of neglecting it along with other things due to my mental health I finally took that scary jump back in. Everyone here has made me feel calm, accepted and biggest of all understood. There was absolutely no judgement of where I stood. Even today, 8/15, they were able to get me in right away because I noticed something that gave me a scare. And sorted it out immediately. After having a fear of judgement for my lack of care, I found somewhere that I trust with my health and concerns.

Not only these personal concerns, but recently a few days before a filling appointment. My car decided to break down, ultimately costing me a pretty penny to tow and get fixed. I called in and was able to set up a plan to get both payments and the cavity still filled.

Again, I can’t thank the entire team enough for the kindness, understanding and professionalism they all show.

They got me in and out right away for a full diagnostic process, filling cavities, deep cleaning, and an occlusal splint. I had not been to a dentist in quite some time. The office technology is brand new and top flight. The dentist was good at communicating and excellent with the dental procedures. The staff was very familiar with my insurance coverage. This location is new but they have long term experience. I was amazed at how much work was done with such little discomfort. It was efficient and painless.
