The worst experience ever. If you want to feel like your child actually has a provider that cares or is readily available, go anywhere else. I spent multiple hours calling 8 times with no luck or even option to leave a message and was told at the next appointment that they never got any of those calls from me. They only have an option of speaking to an Ai assistant. If you have any questions or concerns ever, you might as well avoid this practice completely, you will never get them to answer or receive a call back.

First visit here and I'm not sure if I'll come back. I was here for 2 hours. Everything was fine until we were talking back. Dr. Ami was good, she was nice and she made my daughter comfortable. What I'm disappointed about was we sat there for over 45 min after seeing the dr to wait for a shot. I went out in the halfway searching for someone and they had no idea why we were waiting. Where was the handoff, the communication? I work in Healthcare and this is unacceptable. The nurse stated she didn't know we saw the dr already and has to find the dr to ask why we were still here. If i hadn't had looked for her, how much longer would we have sat there. If the nurses don't know a family is still in an exam room, then you need to work on your communication with your team, you need to have a better hand off process. If that's my first experience, I'm weary about returning.

Heavily considering finding a new pediatrician due to lack of communication from front office staff. Days I have tried to get ahold of them. Texting, calling and leaving voice mails. Now I have no choice but to take time out of work to visit the office for paperwork for my baby to stay in daycare. My wife and I both work so daycare is a necessity. PLEASE, be more communicative!

So I’m fairly new to Nevada and decided to use sun rise for my children’s care I previously used the Maryland location but after moving to Henderson I’ve switched locations and I will say it very clean staff is great a communication I have two special needs children one with autism and one developmentally delayed and they always treat my kids amazing and welcome and that’s a hard find some people make you feel unwelcome when you’re children are special needs if you know you know but that’s never the case with them they have a young woman name Kelly that my family has grown to love as she goes a step above to help with anything I may need that’s a blessing I love this site and highly recommend them 🫶🏾

Dr. St Claire is amazing, and so are the other doctors at this pediatric office. I’ve truly enjoyed bringing my son here because the providers are always informative, caring, and professional. I am sad that Joanna and some of the previous front office staff have left. Jojo was an amazing medical assistant, and the former front desk team was outstanding and always made the office feel welcoming and organized.
Since the new front office staff started, the atmosphere feels different. The staff don’t seem as friendly, and I’ve also noticed that I no longer receive confirmation calls for appointments like I used to, which was something I really appreciated before. It’s been an adjustment because I had gotten attached to the previous team and the level of communication they provided. it’s also almost impossible to get a hold of anyone at the front office now. Please improve this

The wait time is kinda long, if you arrive on time for your appointment you’re still waiting about 30-45 mins before getting seen even when nobody is there.

I also had a prescription ointment that my son used for his skin that was prescribed by another doctor but when I told the pediatrician here that we needed more she refused to give it to him stating that the cream was too strong for him but we have never had a problem before. So I don’t know, mixed feelings about this office but overall I’ll still be coming back. 👍🏾

So for an update for everyone the lady and the daughter’s don’t work there anymore and now there is a new person in front and told me the girl that handles the calls are behind when it’s her that supposed to answer the phone and if she doesn’t answer the phone it’s because she’s on a personal call.

I had a very frustrating experience at this office. I arrived with my baby without an appointment and asked the front desk if that was okay. The receptionist told me it was fine and only mentioned that I needed to complete the yearly paperwork. I provided my son’s insurance card, received it back, and sat down to wait.

After waiting for quite some time, I noticed multiple people who arrived after me — also without appointments — were being called before us. When I asked why, I was told they had completed their paperwork first. This was confusing because no one explained that there were additional forms beyond the yearly paperwork I had already completed. If I had been properly informed from the beginning, this situation could have easily been avoided.

Because of the delay, I had to leave to go to work without my child being seen. Later, the office called my wife, which made it seem like I had done something wrong, when in reality the issue was poor communication from the front desk.

I understand offices get busy, but clear instructions and communication with patients should be a basic expectation — especially when it involves children.

I've been coming here since my son was 5 years old. The clinic is always clean and neat. Staff has always been great. I am ashamed to say its been a while since my son has seen a doctor for a regular check up and have made one today. To my surprise I was able to make an appointment via text. Susana (Henderson location) responded within 10 minutes of my initial inquiry. She made my appointment to our convenience and answered all of my question quickly. Thank you Susana for your help and professionalism. Looking forward to seeing you soon. I only wish my other doctors were this convenient.

Love how I am able to get my children to see their doctors when it's unexpected. My children have been going to Sunrise Pediatrics since I moved to Vegas in 2013 Maryland office. We moved to Henderson office even though it’s a longer drive because the staff at Maryland never picks up the phone, not even to schedule a simple appointment. Doctors & Staff are amazing at the Henderson location ( Green Valley)

My son's have been with Sunrise pediatrics since 2016. I would not take them anywhere else . From same week appointments to easy walk in care. We currently see Dr. Sinclair , she is so understanding and genuinely listens to myself and my teens. Our care has always started with medical staff first, Mary , JoJo and Kayla are an absolute asset to Sunrise Pediatrics. You are never a bother to the Henderson Clinic and it always feels like family.

The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The doctors, medical assistants, and front office team have all been wonderful during our visits. However, I do want to share a concern from our recent follow-up appointment.

While checking in, I noticed a front desk staff member who appeared to be sick—coughing and sniffling. Although she was wearing a mask, I couldn’t tell if it was worn properly or if proper hand hygiene and sanitization protocols were followed. Unfortunately, my child and I both came down with a severe cold about three days later. I work from home and hadn’t been out anywhere else, so it’s highly likely we were exposed during this visit.

I understand that sometimes people have to work through mild symptoms, but in a pediatric setting, especially around vulnerable children, extra caution should be taken. I hope the clinic can reinforce stricter health and safety measures to avoid other families going through what we are now. It's disappointing to leave such a great clinic feeling hesitant about returning.

Everyone at this establishment is absolutely amazing , I’ve never had any issues with the front desk girls or the back office girls absolute sweethearts. Kayla is very welcoming and super helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns. Jojo treats my baby as if they were his aunties absolutely love to see my baby be treated with love. I’ve been bringing my son here since he was born (4 years) and our experience has been great. When we first started coming during covid it was hard to get a hold of the office to schedule an appointment but once you were here service was excellent. I can say their phone system and appointment scheduling has also greatly improved and making an appointment was easy via text. I don’t have plans on going anywhere else because I like the location we go to (Henderson) and all the doctors and staff that work there.

The one word I would associate with this doctors office would be family. Since coming here me and my family have felt nothing but kindness and good vibes. From the office people Kayla is an absolute sweetheart. She has been so helpful and always talks to us like we've been there forever! Our favorite nurse Jojo! I have 5 kids(oldest 21 youngest 7months) and have gone through tons of nurses and I will say Jojo is the best! My baby barely cries and just so much compassion. Doctor St. Clair is so wonderful too! She explains everything so not only I understand but also my children. Like I really wish they saw adults! Can’t speak highly enough about this office! They have taken the time to truly get to know my family, which is so rare these days. This is an amazing pediatric clinic, always professional kind and always helpful 99 out of 100 they make you feel like family. The one person is when a baby gets shot lol I love coming here and I’ll never change her Doctor. I love the family atmosphere that they provide and it’s beautiful. Cant express how much i love green valley location!! Love love nurse jojo and front desk kayla!! Super sweet and so caring with all 3 of my kids my son has anxiety and jojo has so much patience with him nd knows how to calm him down! We absolutely love Dr. St. Clair, MD and her new staff! Prior to Dr. St. Clair, we've seen the other doctors from Sunrise Pediatrics but it was nothing in comparison to the care and compassion Dr. St. Clair has shown towards our daughter. Dr. St. Clair is an exceptional doctor, highly attentive to my twins' needs. She offered several helpful resources tailored to their specific issues. The location across town is completely better! The doctors are amazing, the staff horrible play games on the phone not answer nor calling back. For the simplest thing such as getting cleared for daycare they say you have to wait until before or after birthday. One of my kids birthday is March and they other September like let’s be real here if paperwork for facility has to be turned in end of week. All and all office staff needs a whole new crew or learn office customer service

The pediatrician here is fantastic however office staff is TERRIBLE. They don’t answer phones or return voicemails at all. My 5 month had a fever of 100 and it took me calling 4 times and my husband calling 3 to finally get an answer. We were trying both scheduling and the nurses station to try and get threw. Also still never received a call back from their bill department from almost 2 weeks ago.

The doctors are good BUT this place needs new management or something. Every single time I call to make an appointment for my kids I have to call back to back to back just to be put on hold. I get it, sometimes their busy but every time I call no answer. I have to call constantly at least 4 times to get a answer. That’s unacceptable and I can tell this place doesn’t care. Oh yea and the so called appointment reminders… I NEVER receive them! Maybe I’ll try a different location. If the other locations are anything like this one I’ll be pulling my children out and taking them to a new PCP.

The whole experience was terrible!!!!! The MA was very rude and not helpful ! I ended up leaving in the middle of the visit my child never received his immunization

*Update: To be fair - prescription issue was due to pharmacy side.
Even though we are still unclear on lab results, at least my daughter got her antibiotic medicine*

Don't waste your time taking your kids here. They barely answer the phone when you call. Seems like NP just sorta guesses what's wrong. My daughter is still having symptoms. Urine was sent out to lab. Left voice mail message for lab results - no call back.

Finally spoke with Mary, said they would call in antibiotic Rx. I call the pharmacy to verify and RN/Staff never called it in. Now it's late in the day and doctor's office is closed, meanwhile my daughter's infection is getting worse.

I should have known better and not trust this office. There are a couple of other things that occurred in the office, but this is just overboard. They need major improvement.

I have insurance for my kids but they said my daughter was in eligible when we went for a visit so they made me pay and they said when the insurance pays they would reimburse me. The insurance finally paid after six months now over a year and a few months till this day I have yet to receive my reimbursement I call every month and get told I will get a call back and never do

My children were the only ones there and I had to wait so long for the NP to come in the room, ridiculous!! To top it off, I asked her if she was the Dr and she said, "yes" which she should have said her real title: NP.
But overall NP was very thorough.
