Dr. Robertson
All he does is you constantly keep going back for check up more often and pay ur copay and using ur insurance for no reason.
He doesn't listen you after he make you wait 45 minutes in the room .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after experiencing the same issue twice, I feel other parents should know.
Both times I brought my daughter, Miah, in for her scheduled vaccinations, we waited approximately an hour past our appointment time before the doctor even came in. During our first visit, I had to complain to the front desk before Dr. Robertson finally showed up. I was then advised to schedule future appointments in the afternoon to avoid long waits.
We followed that advice, but nothing changed.
What disappointed me the most wasn’t just the delay—it was the complete lack of communication. No one came to explain why the doctor was running late, apologize for the inconvenience, or provide any estimate of how long the wait would be. When you have an infant, your time matters, and basic courtesy goes a long way.
After waiting another hour today with no communication whatsoever, I decided to leave and find a different pediatric clinic.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected delays happen in medicine. What is unacceptable is keeping patients waiting without any explanation or respect for their time. Based on my experience, the office’s scheduling and communication need significant improvement.

5 stars for the Post location. They’re always nice, from the MAs to the nurses and we love Dr Robertson, the wait times are normally long but I’d rather wait for a good Dr than have no wait for a bad one.
The location on Washington is like 8 minutes from me but I’d rather drive to the post location 36 minutes away because the Washington location staff is SOOOO rude. 0 stars for the Washington location

Take your kid here if you like making consistent appointments that doctors show up an average of 45 minutes late to. You want to sit in an office with a screaming kid and give it an hour only for the medical professional to tell you "they didn't know you were there".. its actually a great time to just stare at walls while you grind teeth with your kid upset. Seriously. By all means find another location. The staff are friendly here but the "professionals" really need to get off the Xanies, slow their schedules down, and figure out what an appointment means.

A well run practice and we'll oiled machine. Office is set up with a segregated entrance of a "Well" side and "Sick" side. So long as you have an appointment and arrive early / on time, there is no crowding in the waiting room and hallways are designed to be wide for strollers.
Front staff greets promptly and knows the families by name.
Nurses and PAs, Kristee and Isaac are always full of smiles and good vibes. Each room has the exam table and a seating bench so it's easy to change a baby or let them crawl and not have to worry about furniture. Rooms have always been clean when we've visited.
Dr. Wes Robertson practices excellent medicine and is an amazing person. He has been a God-send to our family through many illnesses and checkups. He genuinely cares. With how impacted the Healthcare system is and some practices not having availability for months due to over booking, Sunshine Pediatrics still makes room for more frequent check ups when necessary.
When the visit concludes, medications, notes, or devices are brought to the room with thorough explanations on usage. Follow up appointmentsare usually scheduled within the room. Then you're brought to the billing counter to handle any balances or referrals. It's a nice touch not having to queue when you have a child or strollers and such in hand.
The discharge door is in the rear of the building along a paved pathway which makes leaving more convenient rather than pushing through a bunch or doors.
It's a very calming environment overall and it is so important to note the mood of the other families as well as the staff there when your little one is sick, that everyone isn't stressed or upset. We are very happy with the care being provided here and highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wes Robertson.

I have a 5yo and 2yo that have been going to this practice since birth. We’ve been seeing Dr. Eric Sales the last year or so and he is a wonderful pediatrician. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and always spends a generous amount of time to address all of my concerns. Ask for Dr. Eric!!

Wait is always over two hours. Staff is rude, definitely won't be returning. Have been patients here for years and am so fed up with the wait times. The staff is very indirect and brushes you off.

We waited one hour before being called back. Then we waited anther hour to be seen by the Doctor. What a poorly run office! I thought the Doctor was competent but my kid hated her and asked not to come back.

We have been bringing our daughter to SW locations for over 6 years and we absolutely love DR. ROBERTSON AND HIS STAFF.
We appreciate everything you guys do for us and how hard you guy's work.
No he is definitely not your typical DR now days, he still spends time with his patients and the guy works so many hours and at all the offices.
Dr. ROBINSON thank you and your staff for all your hard work.

I needed to get my toddler to a dr asap (new to this area of town) as she had a very high fever for a few days and the ER couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was able to get in within 2 hours of calling them to see Dr. Hull and we found out the problem quickly. She was attentive and eager to help, not in a rush. I love our new pediatrician! Thank you all! The front staff was efficient and the nurses were very kind when helping with tests and a shot. There was a bit of a wait in the back, but I've never minded that. I do highly recommend.

Did they schedule me during the Dr's lunch break or what? I dont waste their time, why is it ok to make me wait an HOUR (at least so far...) before making me wait in another room?

I’m at loss of words where to start with this review because I don’t normally give reviews. I am usually very loyal at staying with the same Dr. However, this time they really tested my patience. I waited an hour just to be seated in the room and for another hour... waiting to see Dr. Robertson. Why schedule so many people at once when you know for a fact that time is an issue? This is really poor service, I feel like I just wasted my time and I could have been scheduled at a later time. To add salt to the injury...once I couldn’t wait no more, I told one of the women in the front that I was leaving, her response was “ ok call us when you are ready to reschedule!” No remorse or empathy. As a matter of fact she did not even turn around to face me. Kind of like good RIDDANCE!! Not going back for sure!!! Disgusted!!

This is my 3rd time here, and it’s the same thing. Long waiting period just to get in to a room then another long wait for Dr Robertson. One other parent even changed dr’s due to the wait! There have been ppl that care after us that were called as soon as they checked in. I’m not sure if it’s due to the type of insurance or what but I’m definitely curious as to why some patients/parents get better service than others or maybe they have a better dr. So far my opinion is this office sucks and dr Robertson is either slow or poor time management. My daughters appointment was for 10:40am. We are still in the front waiting area.. at 10mins to 12n. We will be changing drs

I've never had a problem with either office nor with Dr. Robertson. In fact, Dr. Robertson was their after my son was born and found that he had an issue with his heart when the delivery nurse did not. He referred him to the Children's Heart Specialists and my son was diagnosed with three holes in his heart. Dr. Robertson also referred my son to an Opthamologist specialist Dr. Bruce Snyder. Additionally, my son was having issues with his underdeveloped GI tract and Dr. Robertson referred him to Dr. Shieik. All three specialists are awesome and I am personally grateful to Dr. Robertson for always being on the ball with my son and other three children.
I will wait the 2-3 hour office visit, although it's not always such a long wait. Last, Dr. Robertson takes his time with each of my children and never rushed in and out like so many other Doctors do.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND YOUR CHILD’S HEALTH, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.
I changed my pediatrician to come to see Dr. Robertson after being recommended by a good friend of mine. The 1st time I came to this office, I waited over 2 hours after getting my son undressed in a cold office. He was only getting some shots. Dr. Robertson was very rushed and not very friendly. My son did not like him. He diagnosed my son with an ear injection and prescribed antibiotics even though he had no symptoms of being sick. I started my son on them and sure enough after he was done with the 10 day dose he got sick. So, I ended up going to an urgent care and he ended up on antibiotics again.
So, I decided I would try this office again. Called-Followed the prompts for the SW location and provided my sons DOB and name. They made me an appointment for the next morning with a doctor I was not familiar with. I was unfamiliar with all the doctors as this was only my 2nd time visiting. Went to the office 15 minutes early. After 20 minutes, I was advised that I made the appointment for the Summerlin Office. Um no I didn’t, I made it for SW location. Why the hell would I take my son to another office when he sees doctor Robertson normally. So, they advised Dr. York was working and they would check with him if he could get me in. My son was sick, goo eyes, tugging on ears, low grade fever. Let me add he is only 1 years old. He does not do well sick. So, they finally asked Dr. York and they told me I could wait another hour and they would try to work me in. Or.. I could drive to Summerlin. This was not my mistake, it was theirs and they were punishing me and my son at this point. Let me add, I was there at least 30 minutes and never was there anyone in the waiting room. But, I was going to have to wait another hour.
This office is a joke. The office people were jerks, the doctor is overworked and too busy and they will just send your sick kid away as they take breakfast breaks or something. Go somewhere else.

Horrible experience! I have never written a review before but my experience was so terrible. I also worked in a pediatric office for over 8 years before moving here so I have an understanding and level of forgiveness for offices being human and making mistakes, however this was more than being imperfect.
When I went to sign in the front desk was arguing with a new mother over her newborns appt, the mother showed them the card as proof of date and time and the staff insisted she had cancelled. They refused to see her that day and then the staff gossiped about her after she left. I should have cancelled and walked out then but wanted to love this place because of the amazing reviews left here.
We saw Dr. Laura W. to talk about getting resources for some behavioral issues with my son. She was extremely condescending and completley unhelpful. She didn't even try to
Listen or ask questions, her treatment was so poor that I left the appt in tears. I sincerely hope that no other patients or parents experience or witness this kind of treatment.
