Tried to get appointment at 7 hills, but it would not be to September 16. I have an infection on my leg and I am a Diabetic. I was able to get in yesterday with Dr. Michaels and very happy I did so. She was attentive and showed compassion and kindness for my problem. Her assistant dressed the wound and was also gentle and friendly. I left with antibiotics and salve and dressings for the wound. It was worth the 36 mile round trip to this office. I will follow up in a month, and not mind the trip here.

This was my first visit to Dr. Susun Michaels and I was so pleased! She was incredibly professional, nice, helpful, and respectful! She really took the time to explain herself and the different treatment options I had. She listened to all of my questions and validated my concerns. I never felt rushed while with her which was really refreshing. I felt liked she actually cared about me and wanted to help. I left the appointment with a great treatment plan for my stubborn acne and felt hopeful! She even gave me samples to get started on my prescriptions before I get them filled. I highly recommend Dr. Susun Michaels (and her office) to anyone! Thank you!

I am always treated with the utmost respect every time I come in. The receptionists are exceptional. The nurses are very well informed and Dr. Susan Michaels is fantastic and I trust everyone there. I have had to have a multiple amount of things done and when I am nervous, they calm me and make my stay as painless and less stressful as possible. Love them all.

I'm disappointed in how Dr. Michaels doesn't show any type of interest in your issues, or care for your time.
I went there for an underarm odor, scalp and face acne issue and she just gave me whatever medication that my insurance will approve. Without seeing my scalp, she told me that I didn’t seem to have a major issue and prescribed me with useless medication. For an odor issue, she just made me use the same medication that I got for the acne. The only thing that work, was an acne face wash. She requested blood work to find out if there were any other reasons that could be causing some of these issues and I was scheduled for a followup appointment. When I called to confirm the time of my appointment they let me know that not only the follow up appointment was canceled (without letting me know) but that I would have to see a different doctor for the follow up since Dr. Michaels schedule changed and she’s no longer taking general dermatologist or follow up appointments. The scheduler told me he has no idea when she’ll be back to take regular appointments, that she will let them know. To be honest, I was just going to the follow up because of the blood work requested, hoping this could be helpful to get the right medication, but I wasn’t planning to continue using her as my dermatologist. Now that I have to start over again, I just hope that my current blood work can be used as a reference and I can be finally prescribed with the right medication. I was patient with Dr. Michaels in the past, she in fact removed a benign mold and she was great! I gotta say that this time around I did not recognize her. Her people skills were completely lacking.

Waiting room was almost 2 hours wait.
Front desk staff was nice however because I had a flare up my temperature was 100 of course my face feels like it's on fire.
Doctor room wait was 15 minutes
Doctor check up was 4 minutes if she had taken the time she would had not misdiagnose me.
Prescription was not send to my CVS. After calling over and over I finally got a nice lady whom went out of her way to help me. She got me with the manager who was upset that I had this bad experience. They finally send over my prescription. Medicine didn't work because I misdiagnose
