Synergy PT is the absolute diamond standard (better than gold) they not only take care of getting you recovered from whatever your injury is but they make it fun while you recover. Phil is the best at helping you get to your goals. The whole team from check in to exercises are awesome. I was a little sad to graduate since the team has been a regular in my life since June when I had my surgery at the end of May. I started out maybe a little bit shy but within the first session I felt welcome. All physical therapists are very knowledgeable and will listen to you when you have something that does not feel right. As I progressed, they were able to change some of the exercises to accommodate me gaining strength. My reason for going to synergy was for a left knee repair. Just wanted to share my experience with Mark and the Synergy staff. I was very sceptical about PT as I had been disappointed with past experiences with PT. This was SOOOOO different. I am so very happy and grateful to have been referred to Synergy Physical Therapy. When I arrived I was struggling with severe neck stiffness and painful blinding headaches. I also had lost lower body strength and balance. I recently “graduated” from physical therapy having regained lower body strength and balance and having completely eliminated the debilitating headaches. I came to Las Vegas to rehab from shoulder surgery (long head bicep tenodesis with extensive debridment). I selected Synergy at Inspirada from many choices based on Scott's bio. I entered treatment two weeks post op and followed a twice a week routine with take home exercises (I was diligent). The staff at the clinic were all very good, compassionate and professional. My gains were steady and measurable. I left after six weeks of treatment with full range of motion and improving strength. Three months post op I got the Dr's release to "do anything I want" so, here I am scuba diving in Mexico! Thanks Scott to you and all your staff, you are all the best!

I had a complete knee replacement in August and my surgeon's initial physical therapist, Doug, recommended Synergy for the long term therapy that I would need. He said that Synergy would provide a gentle but progressive process that would result in a complete recovery. The location is very close to my home (the Anthem area) so that was an added bonus.
The staff are attentive, focused, and lots of fun to be around. They are very helpful in advancing your progress quickly or more slowly if that is what is required for your success. Equipment is laid out without asking! Their assistance is always available at the ask. They are ever present.
The Therapists are great and I made tremendous process working with Josh. I didn't expect my knee to be so flexible!
It has been a great experience going to Synergy and I would recommend it to anyone needing treatment. They're very good and you have fun working through the pain :) Plus it's so convenient for members of the Anthem community.

I underwent pretty comprehensive and serious shoulder surgery - rotator cuff tear and separation with multiple tendon ruptures. Prior to surgery I went to physical therapy with a different facility. Synergy was highly recommended by people when I was deciding where to go post surgery.

I had the opportunity to start treatment with the morning PT staff (which were excellent) and then maintained my treatment with Physical Therapist Phillip Yu and his team of techs and assistants (shout out to Michael and Bianca). I treated for just around 6 months until my discharge from PT. But the time I finished therapy, they got me back to 100 percent range of motion and starting back on my recovery to full strength. I was back to lifting some weight and the gym and my normal life back but he time I finished therapy.

Phillip Yu was super knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and invested in my wellbeing and recovery. He was motivating and encouraging and always mindful of my progression and healing as well as my personal goals. He was legendary for his “Yuphemisms” - funny thought provoking insights to keep my mind off tough challenging workouts and maintaining. A positive and fun atmosphere (one of my personal favorites - “lettuce is basically crispy water.”). I always felt free and comfortable to ask questions and I always received meaningful and personal answers to my therapy questions. It was a pleasure and a privilege to be Phil’s patient.

I’m grateful for him and his team. Michael was super encouraging and motivated me to work hard every session. He was great at getting me through the difficult parts of my therapy. Bianca was always warm and welcoming and happy to debate with me the best burgers in town.

Synergy at Inspirada was an amazing experience for me. I fell about two years ago and lost range of motion in my shoulder (frozen shoulder). My doctor told me I needed surgery. Instead, I tried physical therapy and to my surprise, after about three months, my shoulder returned to normal! I also witnessed major progress in other patients during my time there.

It was my first experience at any Synergy facility, but I have to say that Scott, the head therapist there, as well all of his CoHearts, are definitely some of the best. Melissa at the front desk made every experience that much better with her warm smile on her enthusiastic spirit.

Both my wife and I were in PT for different issues, me for lower back issues and my wife for recovery of broken bones after an accidental fall. The bicentennial office has two therapists both of which we used. The therapists have excellent training and with hard work and commitment on our part succeeded in getting us ready for two physically demanding vacations two months each over a four month period. All of the staff are excellent and quick to point out if we were doing an exercise incorrectly. Some might feel more personal attention is necessary from the two therapists but both of us are self starters and driven to complete our therapy. Because our most recent vacation involved walking 4-6 miles a day on hilly, uneven terrain in heat and humidity, we feel our therapy was a total success and will use this office of Synergy in the future as required. FYI - we are both in our seventies!

I have suffered with vertigo for decades. During this last bout, I went to Synergy for PT. I figured they would do the Epley maneuver and send me in my way. You never hope you have to get PT but I was very impressed by Synergy and in particular Celine. She was amazing and always super positive and kept trying new things to have a positive impact on an issue I had with my shoulder. Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff at Synergy physical therapy at Horizon Ridge. This is my 2nd time as a patient. I tore my rotator cuff sometime in Sept 2020, had surgery Nov 2nd. Started PT at the end of Dec 2020. My first visit I was introduced to Peyton. We went over a few things like goals and what I wanted. The first few visits they really watched me as I performed my exercises. Making sure I used proper technique. At a different physical therapy I don't remember getting that much attention. When I first started physical therapy at Synergy I could hardly use my right arm due to a shoulder injury and I was facing surgery. I am so THANKFUL I found Nicole and Synergy. My son had ACL repair surgery and he was required intensive Physical Therapy 3 times a week. Once we started with Nicole dramatic changes happened for the Better. Nicole and her Staffed push Luke to where he needed to be and THEN some. The Gym is inviting for wanting to get better everyday and to push toward your personal goals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYNERGY for ALL AGES.

I have only great things to say about Synergy Physical Therapy. I was a client following a knee replacement and feel as though I have made remarkable progress. I had Peyton as a therapist but witnessed the same expert therapy modalities from all the therapists at the Henderson location. The facility is well-appointed with equipment and the staff assistants are especially well trained in physical therapy techniques. Everyone at Synergy was especially kind and encouraging which is so important when you are in pain and not feeling your best. I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with Synergy. Payton was always super attentive to my needs and concerns. She had me set goals and helped me meet them over months of visits. All staff was ready and would jump at the opportunity to help.

Thank you, Synergy Physical Therapy for providing an amazingly positive and professional experience after my (more painful than I expected) shoulder surgery. Physical Therapist, Scott Snow, is highly knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions and provide detailed insight into surgery and the process of recovery. His steady approach and willingness to listen were always appreciated...and he was there with new challenges for me whenever I was ready for them. PT Assistant, Qwai is also very skillful and steady, with great knowledge of the process of recovery and an insight into exactly how much is just enough. Synergy Physical Therapy provides a careful, yet challenging, recovery regimen that is made much more enjoyable due to the presence of amiable and helpful PT Techs. All equipment is sanitized after each use, making me feel very safe. But, most of all, the professional "hands on" treatment at every session was skillfully done and was the absolute key to helping me get back to my life.

I just completed 4 weeks of Physical Therapy at Synergy Physical Therapy on Horizon Ridge. I cannot say enough to show my appreciation for the caring help and support I received from Peyton and her staff. Peyton has amazing knowledge and her staff really know their stuff, too. In just 4 weeks, about 12 visits, my strength, flexibility and balance are all improved at least 100%. Everyone at Synergy is upbeat, enthusiastic and encouraging. I've had a lot of injuries and been through physical therapy many times, but this clinic is by far my favorite. The whole staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and tended to my needs and listened to my feedback in a very positive and supportive atmosphere. My therapist was Alexis. Prior to going to PT, I checked out the reviews on Synergy Physical Therapy. Synergy had great reviews but as always, I'd have to experience and see it for myself. I arrived there and was immediately greeted by Phil who assisted me with my paperwork, followed by Alex conducting an assessment of my condition. From day one to "graduation day", I've had nothing but wonderful and awesome experiences from the staff because of the their "above and beyond" customer service and the high respect and attention they displayed to their patients. Kudos to Eve and Laura who were able to acommodate my rescheduling needs. Thank you Synergy Physical Therapy staff for providing such a great experience while I was a patient! Two thumbs up and highly recommended.

The staff at Synergy Physical Therapy is polite and professional. The environment is well organized and has sufficient space to easily allow a number of people access to various stations. The equipment is modern and well maintained. It is quite apparent that cleanliness is a high priority as the facility and its various components are very clean. My therapist, Dr. Tarah Badger Snow exemplifies the consummate professional. With her guidance, encouragement and superior knowledge, I have been able to regain the complete use of my shoulder after extensive rotator cuff surgery. With so many physical therapy clinics from which to choose, there is no better facility in southern Nevada.
