I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience at Target Optical. Unfortunately, my yearly contact lens prescription was filled incorrectly, and despite my efforts to resolve it, they declined to honor the correction. They cited my signature on the pick-up order and the time in between pick-up which I understand, but I had trusted they would fill my prescription accurately. I also explained I do not wear contacts every day and offered to provide photos of the box conditions and usage to clarify the situation. I was informed I would receive a call from a manager however, it seems my request wasn’t deemed significant enough to warrant that follow-up. Now, I’m left with a 12-month supply for one eye and six-month supply for the other.

This is my first experience with Target Optical and it won't be my last ! Every step of the process was handled very professionally, timely, and with extreme care. Carlos was wonderful in helping me find the right frames, and Tiffany has since been extremely gracious on my many (if not excessive) follow-ups on adjustments that I needed done to my lenses- she even reached back out to me on her own to assure me that she's gotten a headstart on leaving notes on my profile and beginning the refund process Incase it needed to be handed off to another associate at a different time that would convenience my visit. She's not only efficient but very welcoming and her personability alone has been unmatched coming from a glasses wearer of 20 years.
The ONLY space I can think of for improvement would be a larger variety in shape of frames seeing ad I had taken a long, long time finding large frames for my wide face. I ended up with the perfect pair regardless!
