Iv been seeing this doctor for the past month he seemed to be great he had me stop taking my regular medications however we were supposed to start a new medication on Tuesday so Iv been off my regular meds he told me I would be picking up my medication Tuesday as I went into my regular pharmacy there was nothing sent in Iv been calling regularly all Tuesday and Wednesday Iv spoke with Santiago he’s lied to me all day over and over again promised my meds would be there by the end of the day and promised he would text and call me back each time Iv called it’s been a 30 min to and hour Waite also laughed this last time I called and told me repeatedly he talked with my pharmacy witch is a lie because Iv called to verify it I’ll definitely be looking for more answers I’m beginning to think this place is a fraud! Or just horrible staff that shouldn’t lie to clients

I would not recommend telemind to a friend or to a family I asked for my doctor's note that I'm able to work cuz I'm disabled and I have disabilities and telemind refused to give me a doctor's note so I would not recommend telemind do your homework before going to the psychiatrist and there's customer service is very poor

I really liked this practice at first, but lately I’ve been disappointed with the inconsistency in how prescription refills are handled. There have been delays in getting my medications sent to the pharmacy, and for someone who relies on bipolar and antidepressant medications, this isn’t a minor inconvenience… it has a significant impact on daily functioning. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable & I just need my prescribed medications sent in on time so I can continue my treatment without unnecessary interruptions. I hope the office improves its communication and refill process because this is an important part of patient care…

First time there, I was super scared. Was a little lost, not understanding how to get there. I found the elevator and you go to the second floor to your right and the first opening to your left and left side there's like a little table set there and the door is blacking out and it has the number 215 on top. There are photos below. My experience there was absolutely excellent. Gabriela she was fantastic! Update: five treatments later I am so enjoying the relaxation. There's coffee and snacks if you happen to arrive early and fresh cold water! And outside they have a little table and chair where you can have lunch enjoy the scenery, I do.

The TMS team is quite often rude, unknowledgable and just incredibly difficult to deal with as a patient paying out of pocket. The only help I've received has come straight from the medical professionals, I've often had to argue about payment processes and scheduling conflicts that could have been avoided with a finer touch of care from the TMS team. Based on this aspect of Telemind alone, I wouldn't reccomend anyone use telemind unless you absolutely had to, which for me is unfortunately the case. Very dissapointed with the last few months of interactions involving the TMS team. UPDATE: Telemind just reached out to ask me about my issues with their "TMS" team. I responded by restating what I have already said in this review, that the team I am transsfered to when pressing the option for "TMS" from their automated request line is constantly short with response, lacking in proper solutions to my concerns with double, sometimes triple charging me for a simple meeting to request a prescription refill ( I was seen on the 9th via tele health, got a prescription refill for two medications, and was told an obligatory test had to be retaken in order to get the 3rd prescription refilled, as it is a medication for ADHD and is a controlled substance) okay fine. So I am charged 140$ for that meeting at the start of June, where I am given a 60 day refill on two medications in order to avoid having to pay the 140$ fee that is attached to a simple meeting about refills, every single month. I actually take half the reccomended dosage of my ADHD medication in order to stretch a months supply ( they cannot prescribe this medication ahead of time passed the 30 day fill mark due to it being a controlled substance) to two months, just to avoid having to pay this fee every single month, and instead only every two months. I take the required test to get my adhd medication refilled a couple of days after this meeting, which I also paid out of pocket to complete. I was given a 7 day supply of my ADHD medication in order to have time to get the test taken, and to get the 30 day refilled. I call today pertaining to the fact that I have completed the test with them, and that I need the doctor notified that I need my 30 day refill filled. They tell me I will have to schhedule an appointment in order to again, simply request the doctor refill the medication I have been on for a year now with no side effect. I ask if there will be a charge for this and in a very annoyed tone I am told of course I will be, that the doctor hasn't seen me all month ( its been a little over 2 weeks) and that it is necessary to see how I am doing post test? It is a simple cognitive test taken online, I am doing just fine, as I have been doing every 3 months after this required test. So now I am being charged a total of 280+ dollars simply to sit on a tele health call for a few minutes, often less than 10 minutes, just to get my 3rd medication refilled. The team involved in communicating this is incredibly short, and unhelpful when it comes to figuring out how to navigate such things without an absurd charge involved, I am often told that is simply the way it is, with no major clarification or allowance to escalation to a supervisor. When they called to ask about this review, I was gaslit, told that I could not be communicating with the TMS team as that is an in person team, and I am a telehealth patient. Again, when calling their line, you are redirected by button presss via an automated voice response. This voice response says " to speak to the TMS team, please press 3". If I am not speaking to the TMS team, please tell me who's to blame. I would rate 0/5 stars if possible for this ridiculous result.

I finally brought myself to get around to making an appointment with a psych (my ADHD/Depression peeps understand). I haven't had a lot of luck with doctors before, especially trying to get diagnosed. The last guy told me yeah it seems like you have ADHD but I'm not really worried about that. Someone had sent me a list of telehealth places and telemind was the first on the list. I called at 9:30. They got me in for an appointment at 10:15 and my prescription is already at Walmart, with a Conners assessment scheduled this week and a followup scheduled next Wed. She was great, empathetic, she HEARD me and didn't blow me off or rush me like a lot of psychiatrists do. And she said I could turn my camera off if I was more comfortable! I cannot recommend Dr. Adrienne and her team highly enough! I just had a newborn a few days ago and didn’t get home until the day before my appointment. In the blur of all that commotion, my scheduled telehealth visit completely slipped my mind. I even missed two calls from her team. When I finally realized and hopped on the call 20 minutes late, Dr. Adrienne still took the time to see me without any hesitation. She didn't rush at all, gave me a full check-in, and ordered my prescriptions with absolutely no problems. if your doctor goes on vacation and nobody from the office communicates with you of this until the day of your appointment, don't expect them to help if your prescription has run out and need your medication(s) asap. just went through this! they said they wouldn't be able to send my refills until monday, i asked for a 7 day refill and was told no. i asked if they understood id be going through withdrawals throughout the weekend and they said yes. i don't recommend trusting this company.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Talk about a waste of money. They charged my insurance $570 and me $127 for a service I didn’t receive. They justified it saying I signed the intake forms. Well your company also lied to me and said I wouldn’t pay out of pocket at all. I was told by your scheduling department that it would be $0 out of pocket for me. That you only needed my credit card for cancellation fees. Boy, was that a lie. I started my appt indicating I was looking for talk therapy or psychotherapy, which they advertise, and was quickly cut off and told they don’t offer that. Then don’t advertise that you do. If you are only psychiatry, say that. Don’t false advertise and waste my time and money. I was charged $127 for less than 15 minutes of them telling me they do not provide what I’m looking for. I didn’t receive any service or information. They stated they would provide me with a name of a provider who does offer what I’m looking for and I didn’t even receive that. I received nothing. No service. No information. No benefits from this appt. Just a total waste overall. Also, I emailed their company over 10 times and called over 5 times on all different departments and had no help at all. I had someone answer from their scheduling department finally and they said they would call me back and never did. Their customer service department does not exist. You will never get a person to help you by email or phone. I finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau because they are liars, frauds, steal your money for no service provided, and they do not care about their patients at all. They also made an appt for me that I never made? I responded saying I didn’t make it and surprise, no response. Don’t go to this company ever. They do not care about you, they only care about money. I have never dealt with a more terrible company or people in my life. 0 out of 10, would not recommend. Go ANYWHERE else for mental health services but here.

I've been seeing Dr Joseph for a couple of months now and he has been great. He listens very intently and seems to understand my needs. It's telehealth and for some reason Ive struggle with getting what I need with past providers or they were inconsistent with scheduling. They have great availability. I also like that I get a message to approve my new meds after each visit if my meds have changed. That's actually really convenient so I can know exactly what I'm picking up at the pharmacy.

They have even called before to see if I wanted an earlier appointment.

If I could give this facility zero stars, I absolutely would.

I was referred to this office by my primary care physician and scheduled a new patient appointment, making it very clear ahead of time that I needed medication refills. When I arrived, they collected $200 from me upfront. However, after taking my payment, I was then told they were unable to refill my medications—the entire reason I scheduled the appointment in the first place.

To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund, despite not providing the service I specifically came in for. This experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and unfair.

As a result, I now have to file an internal referral, which triggers an investigation into this facility. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and proper care—not to be charged for services that are not delivered.

I would strongly caution others before seeking care here.

A few years back , it was crucial that I found and established a mental health ongoing provider that not only would be able to provide the critical and comprehensive ongoing support I would needing and required due to my psyciatric disabilities , but would provide the best service , support , and care to me as their patient. I came across Telemind and found Dr Tonui and from my first appointment years ago up to now , I have made dramatic and stable progress and improvement as far as my mental health is concerned. I have not had one episode or even close to one which required in patient hospitalizations. His assistants and staff are prompt at any request made and needed , they are always extremely helpful and make sure that whatever need that you may have that they are able to help with is immediately addressed and assisted with. I would recommend Telemind to any and all people looking for and needing an excellent healthcare provider for their mental health needs. With my decades of personal lived experience in regards to my mental health , Telemind is by far one of the best places that I could have ever found to support me In my recovery journey!

I would not recommend to go here to anyone. They will not send your prescriptions to the pharmacy and will tell you they’re “working on it”.

I came here because I’m not feeling well and I needed prompt care - I was told repeatedly that my prescription would be sent out today but now 30 minutes before the pharmacy closes they say they can’t send it today… This is absolutely unacceptable. There are plenty of other reviews saying they won’t send your prescriptions - what they don’t say is how they’ll drag you along and tell you it’s getting done when it isn’t.

It’s just laziness and apathy towards your clients. I’m struggling and I really needed help and your answer is “maybe tomorrow” and “they’re taking care of it”. That’s not good enough. All I wanted was a prescription to be sent, I’m not asking a lot.

Absolutely horrible my Medicare was cut off for 1 month and after being on my medication for over 10 years the found it appropriate to just let me go thru withdrals which are horrendous putting me in the hospital for 2 days because they wouldn't give my meds cuz I couldn't pay the outrageous fee to talk to who knows never once spoke to a dr. Very extremely discusted

Dr. Lilian is truly the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. After seeing dozens over the years she is by far the most attentive, compassionate, and dedicated doctor I’ve had. She takes her time during every appointment, listens carefully, asks many questions and makes me feel genuinely heard and understood. She works closely with me to create a treatment plan tailored to my needs and I always feel supported in the process. I can’t say enough positive things about her! They do not care about their patients and are obviously only trying to meet their quotas and numbers, and prescribe whatever meds they can throw at you. Just want to take some time to show my appreciation towards TeleMind Clinic. Lilian Bamgbose is my original prescriber but the others Drs. there at Telemind have been very welcoming as well.
Dr. Johnson has been helpful with self recognition, being able to identify triggers and expressing the most beneficial ways of treating my mental conditions. Her assistant Roxanne makes scheduling appointments hassle free.
Since seeing Telemind , maybe 2 years now, I've been able to manage my panic attacks and overcome my social anxieties. I have very few manic episodes and just the quality of life is much better, thanks to Lilian and the rest of the staff at TeleMind Clinic.
