I was denied continued care at this practice because I do not vaccinate for religious reasons. Instead of respecting my sincerely held beliefs, I was told I must comply with their policies or my children cannot be seen. My faith is important to me, and I felt dismissed and discriminated against at this practice. I was shown no respect for personal or religious convictions. Imagine your child being refused care because of your religious beliefs.

Front desk staff always does their best to get my baby in as soon as possible, every time I call, (which is often ). The nurses & doctors are always so helpful with answering ALL million of my questions and, giving me solutions or explanations to my concerns regarding my baby’s health. I always leave feeling heard & comfortable with knowing they run all the test to confirm nothing major is wrong.

I like how the nurses and pediatricians are, they do their corresponding work... friendly when doing their job, the only defect, I don't know if she is racist or a very despotic person, the receptionist serves in a very ugly way and the faces she makes at you... I wish they had someone professional and not racist. I chose that clinic because of the pediatricians. I like the work. It would improve if they removed that person.

I love this place. Our doctor is so sweet, informative, and professional. The entire staff since we’ve started going here the past year and a half are just great. They’re accommodating and friendly.
It’s a very small space but also organized in the way they run everything.
Very clean and welcoming. Any time I call to book or change my appt they’re always so eager to help and they answer the phone so quickly! I’ve never had to sit around and wait. I highly recommend Tendercare for first time moms, everyone is so understanding and they really answer all your questions and concerns.

Came with two toddlers and they threw packets and papers at me, called us back, demanded one be undressed and the other go get weighed and they want to check the oldest ones eyes and oh, yeah also fill out this paperwork, too all at the same time all within 5 minutes, I was shaking and sweating and trying so hard to keep up with them. Oh, and my baby is walking around with a needle cap suddenly. Not only dangerous if she swallowed it but it sure makes me wonder where the needles themselves might he laying around. I'm sure they are fine normally. They reassured me I only needed to come 10min early but I feel like I should have come wayyy earlier. I imagine the doctor is fine, I left at the needle cap.

I havent been that flustered and rushed in a very long time. Hello, Anxiety! Goodbye Tendercare.

I have been taking my kids here for 14 years and I absolutely love it! Dr. Kiepert is one of the sweetest, most thorough, and caring doctors you will ever meet. I owe my youngest daughters life to her! She was only 17 days old and wasn't eating. I called Tendercare first thing in the morning and they had me bring her right in. The front office staff took us straight to the back and called an ambulance after examining her. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the ER she went into cardiac arrest. If they hadn't seen her so quickly, if Dr. Kiepert wouldn't have made that life saving call, my now 10 year old daughter might not be here with us! All these years later, they are still consistently wonderful! My 7 week old son is sick and we called this morning and got him an appointment same day. We barely sat down before they called us to the back. I tend to be a frantic mother at times, and the nurses and doctors are always a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns promptly. They also have an 24 hour answering service to help with any midnight worries that may arise. The waiting time is always short if not non existent. We also really love Cheryl! She always makes the kiddos smile! As I said, I have been bringing my 4 kids here their whole lives (ages 14, 12, 10, and 7 weeks). I have never ONCE had a problem with this office, its doctors, nurses, or front office staff. I feel the bad reviews are completely biased and not substantiated in reality. To hear that Dr. Kiepert is unfriendly or judgmental in anyway is just 100% wrong. I trust my kids lives with these doctors and have recommended them all these years to friends and family. Still do! Thank you for all the years past and all the years to come!

Have been bringing my sons to this pediatrician for the last one year, we have never been late until today when I had to wait for my 1st son to use the bathroom. We got thr exactly 15min past the appointment time and we were told the doctor can not see us we have to reschedule..... really???🤔🤔
I believe every parent understands the little things that can happen when you have toddlers that mayt delay you from getting to an appointment at the right time. Every doctor have been to, especially for kids have at list 15-30min grace period. Am so disappointed that I had to put alot of things on hold today to take my son to the doctor only to be turned down because we where 15min late yet we go to this office and spend more than an hour waiting before we even see a doctor.

I have been bringing my son to this office since he was born. Today I called to se wig they could get my son in because he’s been running a fever. She asked how long it would take to get there I said 15 minutes. It was almost 8:40 am and she says we have a 8:45 can you make that? I said I won’t be there at 8:45 but I’ll get there as soon as I can she said no problem. I show up at 8:55 I give them my new insurance and pay my co pay. They proceeded to ask me which insurance I wanted to use. I told the lady the one I gave you today. She said can you call your insurance to see which one you should use so you don’t end up getting the entire bill. Okay fine whatever I’ll go ahead and do that. So the Nurse/assistant comes in and asks what’s going on my 5 year old tells her he’s got a sore throat and he’s been running a fever. She does a swab of his throat then Dr. K comes in and checks his ears and throat says that they are red asks a few questions about my son then is in her way. Another nurse comes in to do a digital ear test to confirm he has a ear infection then 1 more comes in after that with a flu swab that has to be shoved up both sides of my kids nose (I was not told or asked about these tests before they were performed on my child) then one of the nurses comes back in and says he doesn’t have the flu and the Dr has sent a prescription for his ear infection. (None of this was gone over with me by the Dr.) so I then ask the nurse what pharmacy because we have moved across town. She tells me I tell her I need to change it that one is over 30 minutes from where we live now. She says the front desk will handle it. So I tell the front desk they say that she has already sent it to the old pharmacy they will leave the dr a note to change it to the new place and they will give me a call. So I take my time getting home I stop st the pharmacy (probably 30 minutes later) and they have not received a thing. I call and they say the dr has been busy with other pts she will get to it soon. So we go home wait till noon I try to call no answer. Okay maybe they are on lunch.. I try to call at 1.. still no answer. I try to call again at 2... nothing. It is now 5pm and I have tried calling multiple times not only to ask about the medicine my child is supposed to be taking but also to let her know to bill the insurance I gave her today. At one point when I was trying to call someone was just picking up and hanging up on me and then I started getting a busy tone saying that I had he wrong number... I have now driven over 30 minutes to the other pharmacy and back to get his meds because it’s been 8 hours since he’s been seen and they have not sent the script to the correct place!!!!!!! So annoying

I love tendercare pedi. I've moved out of the state so they are no longer our PCD and i miss them dearly I have a 4 and 1 yr old and I've been with them since they were born. My 4yr was so comfortable coming here he knew the staff and everything since they basically seen him grow up, he would be excited to go even if it wasn't his check up. I love how friendly and bubbly Cheryl and Brenda were and the trust they build with my kids. One of my all-time worst experiences with a medical provider! I took my 3-year-old there for a well child exam. The staff was very rude! The pediatrician DID NOT do a full exam. I am qualified to say this since I am a medical provider who does well child visits. I've done well child visits as a family nurse practitioner for 4 years. The pediatrician did not check the genitalia as is recommended by the American Pediatric Association. I noticed she didn't really check what a medical provider is supposed to look for because she is supposed to open the labia in order to check. She did not do this!! I specifically mentioned to her that she's developing normally down there AFTER she did not check! In addition to this, at the well child visit, they charged me for an unnecessary screening test that I DID NOT ASK FOR and THEY DID NOT ASK ME IF I WANTED and MY INSURANCE DID NOT COVER. When I received a bill, I called to dispute the bill. They agreed to remove the bill but then sent me a letter stating they would no longer provide medical care for my child. What a rip off. As a medical provider, I always make sure to let the patient know their insurance will not cover tests that are recommended, then I ASK them if they still want it. They did not give me this courtesy. There were actually other issues beyond just what I am describing here but it would take too long to go into. Thankfully, I was not going to go back anyway. They are going to bill you for whatever they can regardless of what your insurance covers. Think twice before scheduling with this place.

On 7/1/14 I was told that, "we are not accepting new patients because we are down to only one provider". How can a business run this way? Not effectively.

I have taken my daughters there twice, once for a UTI and once for vaccinations. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very professional. I have been to a few other pediatric practices in town and liked this one the best. Other practices lost records and did not have my insurance information handled prior to getting there. Another practice I went to did not have a changing station and said I had to take the poopy diaper with me. How can that be at a pediatric practice? Tendercare did not have any of those issues. It is uncommon to find a doctor in vegas with Dr, Kiepert's training.

I think the anti-vaccination person below needs to see a shrink and rethink their stance on vaccinations. I do think there are too many vaccinations today vs when I was a kid, but polio and the other big ones are necessary.
