This was my first ever visit and Dr. Handelman and Caitlin/kaitlyn were the absolute best to me. Dr. Chris Fisher was the first to treat me at North Las Vegas location at Camino del Norte. I was in serious pain in my lower right side jaw, and whatever he did instantaneously relieved the pain. Then following his instructions of putting a big piece of ice 🧊 massaging the area, several times a day, helped the healing process. I need to keep going to complete my treatment, but so far my experience is very good. Highly recommended. 👌 👍

They seem to have a tremendous amount of paperwork that you’re required to fill out. They don’t accept Medicare and again have multiple forms that you have to sign in regard to MEDICARE, and they are not accepting it. My experience is that if you have to fill out a bunch of “no fault“ paper, etc., about injuries. They have had some kind of legal issues in the past. I did not continue with my appointment with them, which I saw as an ad on social media, because of the extensive amount of paperwork.

I've been going to Dr.Myerson periodically for almost a a year now for adjustments and maintenance since I work 10+ hours at a desk. He's fantastic! This was my first time at the joint. I haven’t had chiropractic work in several years. Dr. Huber made sure it was an easy and knowledgeable experience. She got me feeling really great from a wellness alignment. Thankfully, I am coming in for maintenance and general care, not pain, however I am planning to come weekly.
It was a great experience and body definitely responded well to the adjustments. Overall I feel great. The things I noticed most instantly were in my neck and jaw, more flexibility and movement. Less stiffness in my neck and back with much better range of mobility. I also noticed I could breathe deeper and more full.

I love the price but not the lack of continuity of doctors. You find one you like and then they are gone or have limited hours. I don't love that the closest location is closed more than it is open (Ann & Camino). I don't love that the closest location is 15-20minutes away after that and they treat you like you are crazy when you say that it is so far away. I don't love that half the time you feel like just another # instead of an individual patient. I don't love that their chiropractors all do different things and aren't willing to adjust you the way you have found actually works or won't adjust certain areas of your body that sometimes need it because they do feet. I don't love that new chiropractors you see sometimes make assumptions before asking you relevant questions.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this location for weeks to cancel a subscription I can no longer use because I moved and don’t live close to a location. Tried to call a new local location and they wouldn’t cancel the subscription because they weren’t my “home location”. Well my “home location” doesn’t answer the phone! Short time after pandemic I went in to get adjusted and they said new customers are in morning only, I have to fill out paperwork and cant be scene after 1pm. I go to 3 others and they are great, just walk in and done (even at height of pandemic but hey, that was a different time and back then it was still walk in once they texted you while you waited in the car), never any issues. I happen to be in this area again this week, it was not even 130pm, no one waiting or already being scene, I am already on file at 3 other places (possibly more due to occasional out of state travel) and figured I needed an adjustment so tried again. They stated nope, I had to fill out paperwork and schedule an appointment for another date that this place does not do walk ins for new customers at this time. The anytime walk in feature seems to be the business model from the start for the Joint, giving lowest stars per 2nd attempt and failed to get the normal serves proved at other locations.

Staff is very friendly, but now they have started to allow other patients into the examination area while another patient is receiving treatment. Isn't this a privacy issue (HIPPA) ? Doesn't feel very comfortable when strangers are watching/listening to the interaction between doctor and patient, which should remain private.

They adjusted my back to an extent (not much) . But completely missed my wrist, elbow and hip which I pointed out several issues & the person relies on their thompson drop table way too much.

Than proceeded to advise me to return Monday. 3 days later... i wasn't born yesterday. Talk about a rip off. I regret going, even for $29. I would advise myself not to have gone if I could time travel.

My chiropractor in Oregon would always set me out for 2-3 weeks. And was making noticeable progress after the first session (which was a solid 30 minutes, not 10). I had to think and debate if my back was even any different. It was barely noticeable. As I said before, I really feel ripped off.

Also the in and out line thing was really unprofessional & you shouldn't have front desk people openly asking patients their medical history in front of other patients..ever heard of privacy?

It felt more like a jiffy lube than a medical establishment.

I need to update my review.
Dr. Donna has been helping me move better and has been helping bring down my pain level.
But unfortunately they recently changed the way they bring people back, and I am super uncomfortable with this. I left today still in pain, I could move my neck a bit better but my pain was almost worse, because I was not conformable and left, I just lied and said I felt better which I was not.
They now "stack" patients. Meaning, you sit in the back while the doctor is working on other people and other people are back there when they are working on you.
I have anxiety, and I'm uncomfortable around people in the first place.
This makes me not want to go back, which absolutely sucks, since Dr. Donna was helping me so much.

I can say, Dr. Donna is awesome.
I walked in to The Joint in so much pain I did not know what to do to help the pain, nothing was working.
She was straight forward with me and let me know that it would take more than one session to help me, and that sometimes there is more pain/irritation after a session before it gets better.
After the first session, my pain levels dropped by almost half, I went home and was like "wow I can move and the pain is tolerable"
The next day I saw her again, I was a bit sorer after that session, but I expect that.

Unfortunately, I re-injured my shoulder not thinking about taking it easy since the pain was getting better the second day.

I saw her again for the 3rd day in a row, she helped me again to lower my pain levels.

My pain is not fully gone yet but, it is more tolerable, and I can definitely move better.

I went here and was quickly disappointed by the way they said they couldn't help me?? Yeah I couldn't sit down, but it wasn't so much of an emergency for to go the hospital. Just needed an adjustment! Took my business elsewhere and went to (and I emphasis) an ACTUAL DEGREE ORIENTED CHIROPRACTOR and they were able fix me for the same (if not less) price.

Well it took me months to find a good dr and once I did find one a few months later I find out that the company was getting rid of the good dr for ones that would work for peanuts dr Jessica was my go to dr after I found her also dr Vega was a back up dr but they got rid if her also so gonna cancel cause they are not doing there customers right by hiring right out of school Dr's and never did like dr handelman he has no bedside manor and no matter what ya told him he had same moves and never addressed any problems . Don’t be fooled here….I wouldn’t even give this place a one star review.
They allow non educated non medical staff make medical decisions.
I walk-in to get tx, but don’t bother if you were EVER injured or in an accident no matter how long ago it was, they expect you to go get a note from a different doctor to be treated?!? Then they take your info and ban you without ever being seen or notice if you disagree with them.
They never let you see a doctor to speak with which is sketchy at best.
$29 visit. Well in Life you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what you get. Mediocre service, no MEDICAL professional discussions. The behavior in this company and the way they treat people spent reassure me that anyone would get quality care here. You are just a number at that.
I don’t anticipate this place being highly successful and I wouldn’t be surprised if the state does an audit seeings how receptionist “ can make medical decisions”.

I have been spending months trying to cancel, calls, texts, emails and I'm still being charged. I'm tired of asking for the charges to stop. I'm no longer using your service. It shouldn't be this hard.

I have found a going through insurance or other places that offer more privacy my preference.

l wanted to bring to the physicians attention the very rude and horrible service l endured this afternoon at your office . I came in at 12 scanned my card asked how long the wait would be the receptionist replied 30 min l said ok lm not going to wait in the office but l will be back, l return in the alloted time frame l see people being called before me, watching her physically get up and go outside for a client l ask then ((Again)) whats the wait time? Receptionist replies 25 min l tell her you told me over 45 min ago it was a 30 min wait she said l left and then argued with me saying l ((Never)) scanned in to begin with?? We argued about this in front of all the customers!! A Hispanic male is permitted to wait outside until their name is called but l was denied that option by telling me l never checked in when l did. This was to be my 1st and last time ever visiting such poor distasteful disrespectful service, take the time and review your cameras, truly lam embarrassed for the physician that works their.. l normally go to another location and see only 1 physician and she is Amazing her office is Amazing and so is her staff!! Perhaps go independent and not utilize a franchise name if you cant measure up to their standards.

I love coming to the joint chiropractic, Ashanti is the most amazing receptionist and I look forward to her and her positive energy ready to help the customers. She is also a delight to work with over the phone when requesting to know which doctors are available for the day. The establishment is tidy, fresh and made to feel homey and comfortable. The doctors are very helpful and it is always good when you find one that you like working with. Patients of all ages are welcome and treated respectfully. Highly recommended!!

Decatur location. Makayla at the front desk was beyond amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable and just overall a great energy. Dr. Vega was super nice, inquisitive and knowledgeable as well but I was expecting a spinal adjustment (because thats what I was told that I was going to be receiving) and I only received my neck cracked so I was a little disappointed. Didn’t feel any relief, not that I was expecting to feel 100% better after one session but definitely expected to feel better than when I came in.

I’ve been coming to the joint for a few months now and always have a good experience. Dr. Jessica always gives me relief and is always so kind. Today the receptionist Mya was at the location I go to, she was most friendly and makes you feel like she cares about you as a customer.

The front desk lady, Robin, was very nice and respectful as well as great at her job and is there for any questions you have. Dr. Handleman was also very professional and great at his career. I personally been to other chiropractors who worsen my issues instead of healing them. Dr. Handleman relieved all the tension in my shoulders and neck as well as always ensuring your not in discomfort or in more pain prior to leaving his care. I highly recommend going to this location if you like pleasant, caring and respectful people

Such a great experience! Robin hooked me up with a bunch of visits to fix my right hip! It’s been out of wack for years and they fixed me right up! And now I have a place I can go to anytime to get realigned

The actual chiropractor was great but then the sales pitch came and I was really upset that no.matter what I said she had something smart to say about it. I understand that it's her job to try and get to you to sign up for the monthly membership but it's too pushy for me. She made me seem like a cheapskate in front of a room of people. Won't be going back and I already have another place that I am going to.
