The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciate how they take time to explain how to do every motion and what every machine is doing for me. The doctors are also very knowledgeable and do a great job at helping me understand what the issue in my spine is, how my injury is causing my pain and how the treatment we are doing will help. I truly hate giving a one star review, because it's not towards any of the Doctors.
It's towards the lack of communication/ information from the young man at the front desk.
First off Dr. Fleming is absolutely amazing and very caring and I was glad that I found him.
It's been well over a good year since I last had neck and back issues, and evidently things have changed since my last visit.
When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Fleming, I was asked if I still have the same phone number and asked the usual questions. But at no point was I informed over the phone that the Clinic no longer except any "Health Insurance" and it would be "Cash Only"!
I drove 20 minutes there and sat in the waiting room for roughly 11 minutes, before being informed that I needed to fill out new paperwork based on the Clinic no longer excepting any Health Insurance. When asked how much I would have to pay for my visit, I was told "Oh I don't know"!
Really? So, your sitting behind the desk and you fail to inform me in our phone conversation that the Clinic no longer takes any Health insurance and when asked what my total is going to be.....you can't answer!
Absolutely not acceptable, not one bit!
Had you taken the time to inform me, while I was making the appointment. I could have saved my time and gas driving 20 minutes each way on top of saving 11 minutes sitting in the waiting room, just to be informed of the changes and the lack of knowledge of not knowing what my treatment was going to cost me!!!
I could have saved myself the trip and I could have looked elsewhere for a new Chiropractor as soon as we ended the phone call!!
Please Retrain your staff, it's not that hard to ask a Patient that calls "When was your last visit" and based on their response....Inform them of the changes regarding the Payment.

Finding a chiropractor who truly prioritizes patients in Las Vegas can feel like an overwhelming challenge.

After spending four long months searching for a clinic to help with my injuries, I faced numerous obstacles. Many facilities turned me away because I didn’t have legal representation. My situation was unique, as both my insurance and the individual responsible for my injuries were willing to cover my medical expenses. However, once the costs for MRIs, X-rays, and other services began to rise, it seemed that without a lawyer, I was out of luck.

Then, one rainy morning, I came across The Neck and Back Clinics at Buffalo-Cheyenne. To my relief, they took me in based solely on my word. Over the past few months, they have worked tirelessly to help me recover, and I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate care they have provided. Over the past 8 years I have had several MRIs, with the last one being June of 2018. This was the most Traumatic MRI I have had causing me to have anxiety as well as develop a fear of being in confined spaces. I was sent to this location for another MRI. I was extremely NERVEOUS about going, when I arrived I discussed my concerns with the tech. Andrea went up and beyond to ensure I was comfortable as well as communicated to me every step of the way. We’ve been going for almost 3 months and it has been a great experience. They allow us to bring our 9 month old daughter since it’s not easy getting a babysitter to do these appts. They are extremely flexible with our schedule and work with us if we need to cancel last minute or even push the appt by an hour. Super clean facility , every machine and chair is wiped down after it is used. The staff is always friendly and it is a great place to go when your spending 2-3 days there out of the week for treatment.

It so post to be a chiropractor not coming to see a personal trainer their goal is to take your money by make patients to exercise exercise and exercise I see a lot of patients unhappy they have this Mexican dude telling you what to do but you think you going to go get a relaxing massage but NOT they have only one massage machine for lower back and it has to be approved by the doctor all you get is exercise and heating pad pay attention this place a dirty and dusty the floors are looks like they don't pay for cleaning service.
