This is honestly one of the best medical facilities I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in, everything was organized, professional, respectful, and welcoming in a way that is very rare to find today, even in some of the best medical centers in Nevada.
Carlos was exceptional. He handled everything that needed to be done, communicated with the insurance company, followed up on the authorization, and made the entire process much easier and smoother for me. His professionalism, patience, and genuine concern made a real difference.
Dr. Jaime Diroio-Phillips was equally outstanding. She was attentive, professional, compassionate, and clearly focused on my treatment and recovery. I felt that she actually listened and cared about what I was experiencing.
The staff member who performed the electrical stimulation and massage treatment was also excellent, and even the young woman who checked my blood pressure treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine attention.
What impressed me most was that everyone seemed to work with sincerity and pride in what they do. There was a sense of care, warmth, and professionalism throughout the entire office. Unfortunately, this kind of treatment is becoming very difficult to find in medical facilities today.
I cannot recommend The Spine Center highly enough. Five stars without hesitation.

Made an appt for my husband and had a great experience. Dr. kohlenberger was very thorough in his consult. She explained everything in his imaging and mri report which we needed and never received from any other doctors. My sciatica acts up pretty bad at times from being in trucks for 30 years I went to another place first and that was a mistake they did more damage than good , But on a recommendation from a friend to go see Jamie and her staff at The Spine Center and Man she fixed the wrongs of the other joint and had me walking up right again after 1 visit. I now try to make at least it Once Or Twice a month if and when time permits to keep every thing aligned .Super Awesome Staff and definitely worth the trip if you have back pain or sciatic problems

Hands down the best chiropractic service I’ve ever had. I’ve been to at least 8 different chiropractors over the years and I hope I never have to go anywhere else. Dr. DiOrio shows care and concern for your wellbeing, not just getting you in and out to see the next patient.

Carlos in the front office is amazing and provides customer service that seems nonexistent these days. It’s refreshing to have someone follow up with you when they say they will, and put in the effort to work with the VA to make sure I can get the services I need.

I’m not sure what their job title is, but the “techs”, Jam, Jelena, and Brittany, in the back are amazing as well! They set you up with muscle stimulation and a massage for the problem areas so that you can get a better adjustment. Their work is magic.

If you need a full body massage, the massage therapist, Tony, is great to work with and provides top notch service.

This team is truly the best!
If you’re looking for a chiropractor, this is the one.

I went to The Spine Center based on reviews. And had the pleasure of a chiropractic appointment with Chiropractor Dr Holenberger. She is so knowledgeable, personable, professional and listens well. It’s clear she cares about helping you. I appreciate the explanation she gave me about what is causing the tingling in my right arm and hand from use, and the practice she recommended for preventing this. It helped a lot.
The office assistant Carlos and treatment staff are professional and personable. The clinic is clean, well run and staff are there to guide you thru every step of your treatment program.

After suffering a severe spine injury in a workplace accident, which was deemed too high-risk for surgery by neurosurgeons, I explored various treatment options, including injections and physical therapy, before my pain doctor recommended chiropractic therapy and massage therapy. I was fortunate to find Doctor Julia Kohlenberger, who took a comprehensive approach to understanding my condition and developing a personalized treatment plan. Her expertise and skills are impressive, and her explanations were clear and concise. After the initial session, I started to notice improvements, and after five visits, I feel significantly better. I feel blessed having her as my doctor, as well as her assistants, Jam and Brittany, who consistently demonstrate care and kindness towards all patients. I don’t know who can honestly say they enjoy going to the chiropractor, but I do when it comes to this office.

When I first walked in, I was literally bent over at a 90° angle and in serious pain. By the time I left that same day, I felt significant relief. Since then, continuing treatment here has helped me get back to my normal lifestyle and daily activities with little to no pain.

The entire office is professional, clean, and welcoming. Jaime, in particular, is incredible. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She takes the time to explain everything and is patient and attentive when it comes to your care.

They offer a wide range of treatments, including spinal decompression, TENS unit therapy, laser therapy, and muscle bodywork. Jam is amazing when it comes to the bodywork. He has a real skill for finding exactly where the tension is and applying the right pressure to release it. His hands-on work provides real, lasting relief.

Carlos is always kind, patient, and welcoming, and Tony is a fantastic massage therapist. When I was first injured, I saw him a couple of times and he made a huge difference in my recovery.

Overall, this is the best chiropractic office I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a few across Nevada and California. Highly recommend.

Carlos welcomed me and got my paper work started.Then I was ushered into the back where a young woman told me what would be expected of me.These people are courteous,respectful and professional! They make your office run smoothly and I was impressed! Keep up the good work!
