I cannot say enough about Dr Steven Shung. He is a great doctor with lots of knowledge and experience, with good bedside manners. He takes his time to examine his patients, listens to patients and validate their concerns by helping them find the best solution. The staff is wonderful as well; they are always kind and welcoming. We also got glasses here, and their technician made sure we got the right fit and the right lenses and their prices were reasonable. I saw some of the bad reviews and my experience with their glasses was great so I wanted to mentione that as well.

A month ago I went to get my eyes checked and new glasses/lenses ordered. They had a computer crash and lost all my information in their system. I finally remembered to call them to see where my glasses where and it turns out they never sent them, since they lost the prescription data, and they didn't call me back immediately to get it redone. I had to call them to figure this out. To add insult to injury, when I asked them why they didn't contact me, they had the nerve to tell me that "because my info was in the computer that crash", but they still had my hand-written information that I entered and had all my contact info. I did get my test redone and now I'm waiting for my glasses (everything was already paid). Never, ever, lie to your customer/patient. I'm also very concerned that the crash may have been a hack, and that my and other patients' info is out there (social security, etc).

The Dr. Chung and the rest of the staff at the Seven Hills Vision Centers are great. They are professional yet friendly. They not only do the standard near and far sightedness checks, but the check the inner structure of the eye to verify that there are no issues. I had some concerns about some issues with eyes and they took the time to check and explain and alleviate my fears. I love going there and highly recommend them to everyone!

I had two pairs of glasses dispensed last year, both of which proved highly uncomfortable during wear. The lenses failed to achieve proper focus, resulting in persistent dizziness. Additionally, the bridge of a Cartier eyeglass frame fractured after minimal use. Although the item was returned to the store for repair over four months ago, no feedback regarding the repair status has been provided to date.

They will not give your pupillary distance if you want to order glasses online. Go elsewhere for eye exam. I have to order online/elsewhere because the glasses that they made me were terrible with the unusable, beveled part of the lens glass with letters stamped on it showing on the front of the lens big time on one side only. Update: The company tried to respond and discredit my review below, but they could've absolutely provided the pupillary distance as it's required by law in other states; look it up online, it's a tactic to force you to buy glasses from them. Also, I did indeed order glasses in person from them but when they failed to provide a satsisfactory product, I immediately requested a refund. Posted picture below of the glasses they made me, how asymmetrical the lenses are with extreme bevel on one side only which had manufacturer letters stamped on the front which another optometrist said should definitely not be on there.

The entire staff is most welcoming. I had the usual eye exam and I also included the OptoMap scan which is similar to dilation which was very helpful in determining my issue and vision correction. I met with Dr. Chung and we discussed the health of my eyes and the reasons for what was going on with my vision recently. He figured out my prescription and explained in great detail about those changes. I wanted to look for some newer frames while I was there, as they have a very nice selection of good quality frame brands. After several try-ons, I found the perfect frame for me. The whole process from checkin, exam to purchase was excellent. This is such a great team of professionals! Thank you all!

I have been a patient here for 10 years and will not be returning following today's incident where they made me pay $300 for glasses that make my eyes blurry and don't work for correcting my problem. When I picked them up I tried them on and they were blurry. 3 of the staff informed me it was a 10% restock fee if I returned but today when I brought them back it was 10% and a 50% restock lenses fee so I wound up paying 300 for glasses that make my vision blurry. Unacceptable I will not be a patent here anymore. The right fair thing to do would be to keep with the 10% restock fee I was told by 3 of the staff. Unacceptable.

Appointment process easy, Doctor was very nice and helpful. I got my son’s eye examen and eyeglasses here, everything good then I got mine done, when picking my glasses up the frame I picked it was different, since they didn’t give me a receipt with the style I was supposed to get, they say I order those green ugly glasses, I was so mad because they just stick to say that it was what I ordered, I called last week to speak with someone that can help me since I already paid for them and never got anything, they never call me back, it was my mistake because for my son’s eyeglasses I didn’t get any receipt or anything to prove that I bought them from here. It’s two months and I still don’t have my glasses or my money back.

Vacation savers!

For some background info, my wife needs special contacts. On a recent trip to Las Vegas she lost her last pair of contacts. I stopped by The Vision Centers on whim to see if they had a pair of contacts for her. My expectations weren't the highest just due to the fact my wife needs special contacts.
