Got a call from this number asking for someone named Brooke and when I said, “Oh actually this isn’t Brooke but I’ve been getting a lot of calls for her. In response to the owners reply...Of course I haven't been there in a year because of the unusable glasses I got from you! Why the heck would I ? Like I stated I went to Optic Gallery and got great glasses. You are near the intersection of Buffalo and Lake Mead..Guess What! Optic Gallery is also near that same intersection. You are west of Buffalo, they are east of Buffalo. Therefore they Are across Buffalo from your location, Duh!!! You got paid by my insurance. You only care about payment and not the customers. You were told as soon as I picked them up that they were wrong and after 3 appointments and finally a reexam, they were still wrong. Tell me why you couldn't get them right, but yet Optic Gallery got it right the 1st time??? Original post....Terrible, got glasses, couldn't hardly see, told them, they said take and put them on first thing in the morning. I did, they were so bad, I could see better without them. Went back, said I had to make appointment, made appointment. Went for appointment and the guy in the front, checked my glasses and said the Dr needs to reexamine because they were not right. Dr could not see me then and had to make another appointment. Went to appointment and had reexam, prescription was wrong. Got new glasses and they were still bad. Gave up going back. Went to Optic Gallery across the street and got great glasses.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I spent over $500 on a pair of glasses that are too big. I had to buy rubber ear grips to put on the sides and rubber nose grips to put on the grooves where my nose goes, or they would fall off my face. They should have included scratch-resistant lenses that are one step down from ballistic lenses with transitional lenses. My glasses are none of the above. I use the cloth that came with them and another cloth I spent $30 on at another eye Care center. I only use the spray recommended by the eyeglass company to clean them, but they are still covered in scratches and barely transition. I remove them and put them in the case. They should have no scratches, and I should be able to wear them in the sun without any issues. I cannot do it. I've had them for less than 6 months, and I need to buy a new pair. Please take my advice and stay away I called numerous times and left messages to have them reassessed they never called back they said I had 10 days if I needed any adjustments that's a crock of crap

I removed my negative review as the kind people of Vision Centers have gone above and beyond to rectify some big issues with four pair of glasses we ordered. After careful investigation, the fault lie with ONE individual, who must have had medical and mental issues on the day we were in the shop. Every order was wrong, but the kind owner and manager of the business , made sure that everything was made right and expedited so that we would have our glasses in a timely way. The employee is no longer working at this business, which is best for everyone. The prices are very reasonable for the best frames in Las Vegas. I have never seen a lens transition as quickly as these. I look forward to future business with them and give you my official seal of approval. You will thank me for the referral. A+++

Doctor was great, and I liked having the option to take high resolution pictures instead of having my eyes dilated. My problem was that I paid extra for contacts but they were out and, though they said they would, no one ever called me to get them when they restocked. I felt they didn’t want me as a customer when I didn’t want to buy frames that day. It was awkward after I asked for my glasses prescription without buying glasses.

I went in for an eye exam in December and Dr Schneider told me that the contacts I’ve been wearing for several years were discontinued. They put me in another set of contacts through Johnson and Johnson been having issues with my eyes watering and crusting over when I contacted Bausch & Lomb, I found out that the contacts i wanted were not discontinued. The doctor lied to me Please stay away from this office. Dr is money hungry and does not give accurate information. The front office is not reliable. I’ve been asking them to change my prescription, they promised to send to me by the end of business day today, and I never received.

Eye exams, contacts & glasses are expensive, even with vision insurance. So when I completely lost my balance with my new $359 glasses from Costco, I went back to The Vision Center to find out why. The optometrist determined that the new Rx was essentially 'too big of a jump" and didn't take into account side effects that happened to me. As a result, my new glasses were completely unusable.

The problem isn't that a mistake was made. The problem is that The Vision Center refused to replace the new lenses because I purchased glasses from Costco. So, I paid them for an eye exam, a contact prescription and the glasses prescription, but they weren't willing to stand by their so-called expert opinion/diagnosis. They said Costco should replace the lenses, which is completely unreasonable because Costco didn't test my eyes or write the Rx, they just filled TVC optometrist's prescription.

Lastly, be sure and check your bill because my insurance provider told me they overcharged me. It was less than $12 and The Vision Center offered to apply it to next year's exam, but that was only after I told them I knew I was overcharged. The Vision Center knows exactly what their insurance contracts are, so it's not clear why there would be a credit anyway.

I bought two pair of glasses (prescription and prescription sunglasses). I purchased them in December and got them in February since they had to BOTH be sent back because both had problems with them (prescription—the nose guard was all messed up and the sunglasses looked completely different then what the lenses looked like on the shelf. When I arrived the lady at the front counter was completely rude because she wasn’t in charge of sales even though she was the one helping me. She didn’t like me asking questions whatsoever. When I asked for a case for my sunglasses they didn’t have one even though they cost over $500. My entire purchase was almost $900 with insurance and I received lousy service, no case, and it took 2 months to get them. Not one person apologized or said, sorry about the delay. They didn’t even ask if either glasses fit. They don’t! I’ll go to Costco to get them adjusted. They basically handed the two pairs over and went on helping other people because I already gave them my $900.00, so I’m useless to them now. Obviously, I’ll never be coming back here and I highly recommend that you don’t either if you want any kind of customer service. It does not exist here.
