I was experiencing severe lower back pain that was shooting down my left leg as well. My husband was previously treated at Desert Inn Orthopedic and was impressed by their staff and treatment so we called and they got me in the next day. I was greeted by a very professional and quick staff, they got me in in less than 30 minutes. They took ex-rays right away and and I was met by Dr. Mateyka, he went over my xray results. He wanted me to have an MRI and gave me pain medication in the meantime. I received a call from the scheduler 10 minutes later and they scheduled me for the MRI 4 days later. I was more than impressed with the entire process, staff and professionalism I received.

The doctors assistance and staff at this facility. Remind me of what healthcare used to be like. Very attentive, staff respectful, communicative, and friendly just an overall good feeling from this team of people. My doctor was able to identify issues that were missed by other departments at other facilities and fill me with confidence that I’m getting the best possible care

Entered reception are, walked up to desk and was greeted kindly. Office personnel helped me register. Very kind and helpful. X Ray technician was very organized and professional. Drs assistant greeted me. Asked me a series of questions. Very engaged with his duties. Dr Dunn is a people person with friendly personality. Took time to speak with me, but also listened. Excellent experience.

I went for my appointment at 10:00 Everyone is so friendly from the Receptionist to the doctor, the nurses everybody very helpful explain
everything they take there time to hear your problems and a try to find a solution that works for you. I am very appreciated for the help on this clinic Thank you.
