I cannot recommend Tim Soder Physical Therapy enough! When you first walk in, you're greeted by the women at the front desk who are so kind and professional. They always took care of my payments and scheduling, and made the whole process easy. The physical therapists also really knew what they were doing. They are super knowledgeable and friendly every single time. I couldn't have asked for a better place to do my PT. I highly recommend Tim Soder Physical Therapy Henderson!!

I am a nurse and just had my knee replaced at a young age. I live a very active life of exercise, impact-free sports, and travel, and I was looking for a decent PT experience. This place was NOT that. I ended up going 4 times then cancelling all my future appointments. I even spoke with the business manager before making this decision, but left anyway because my concerns were largely not addressed.

1. Staff lunch was cutting off my treatment time. This meant, for example, I wasn’t able to use the knee flexion and extension machines (pretty central to knee replacement rehab…) while the staff were literally leaving through the lobby at 12:01 while there were still patients there. At 11:56, if I asked questions or needed ice or whatever, there was a lot of concerned sideways glances and checking of their watches. It made me feel really lousy.

2. Chaos and lack of communication. There are so many people in the gym at the same time that the staff doesn’t have time to look at everyone and provide individual feedback on, well, anything. There is essentially no individualized attention minus about 5 minutes of your entire time spent with a rotating cast of PTA’s who do something resembling a quick deep tissue massage.

3. Initial evaluation is not adequate. The initial evaluation took less than half a hour. They did some quick movement and measurements and that was about it. At my new place, it was double that amount of time. No one at Tim Soder went through my home exercise program, resulting in a lot of confusion over swelling and whether or not I was doing too much. Nothing seemed to be tailored to my previous level of high activity because there was no time and no questions asked. I was simply another body in the gym.

4. Some of the staff were just unpleasant. The female PTA was just really rude. One of the male PT’s loudly asked another patient if she was breastfeeding, essentially in front of the entire gym. Even if she didn’t cringe, I did. The receptionist seemed to be in a bad mood. Even other patients in the gym were chatting about feeling belittled or “treated like a child.” It wasn’t a positive atmosphere at all.

Overall, I think the real issue is Tim Soder PT’s business model, which is to get people through their mill; as many and as quickly as possible. I totally get that healthcare is a business, but this place does it on the backs of people who need physical rehab. If you read the other negative reviews on Yelp and Google, you’ll note they often have similar concerns as mine, even many years in the past, so it’s pretty obvious this place doesn’t feel the need to change the way they operate. However, if you’re reading this, just know that you DO have a choice in where you get your physical therapy, so in that regard, I highly recommend against this particular place.

The team at Tom Soder is exceptional. They guide you step by step and make you feel comfortable the whole time. After three months, I feel much stronger and confident continuing the exercises on my own. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of physical therapy.

Words cannot describe how much I love and am grateful for Tim Soder PT. I went to the Henderson location, not only is it very spacious but it is super clean and well organized. From the wonderful front desk ladies to the technicians to the physical therapists everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. There wasn't a time going there where I felt like I was an insurance money grabber. They really take their time with you as their patient. Although I wasn't able to advance the way that I needed to, I am forever grateful for my two separate times going there within 2 years. Thank you to everyone that has helped me along my healing journey!

I have a hard time believing these other reviews are real because our experience here was disappointing. My boyfriend is a patient and the worst part about his experience was getting burned by an employee inexperienced or untrained on using a very powerful laser machine.

We came for a few minutes of laser therapy and most of the hour each day was spent generic stretches which an employee would show you and walk away for several minutes.

The staff at Tim Soder Physical Therapy is the best! I had a total knee replacement and they guided me through 5 months of PT perfectly. They were very knowledgeable and took the time every session to listen. It’s a great atmosphere and everyone has a smile on their face. I would definitely come back and recommend them to everyone.

My right hip pain was so bad I could not even step up onto a curb! The pain was so bad that anyone touching my hip area or me trying to make my leg act normal put me into an immediate panic attack because it hurt so much! So my doctor recommended physical therapy. It took me 3 months to build up enough courage to go and try physical therapy - anything to help with the pain. Mid January I had my first appointment. I had a panic attack just filling out the paperwork. Karlo did my assessment; panic attack with LOTS of crying ensued. He was so gentle talking with me and truly wanting to understand why I was so upset. That was so impressive to me! I have been to physical therapy many times over the years (I'm in my 60's) and noone has ever been this caring and gentle. So, I started going 2x a week. Each and every person there is that gentle, caring, and truly understanding. 27 visits later - here I am! Yesterday was my last visit. My final assessment I rated my hip pain & hip strength and all that at 96%! They are truly very very caring! And yes ... they are all that! Thank you so much!!!

Tim Soder is the best! I had hip surgery and they took me from learning how to walk again to now back to my active lifestyle in 6 months. Everyone on the team is great but a special shoutout to Karlo and Sherman whom I worked with my entire recovery. Love this place so much and can’t thank them enough for helping me recover!

I recently finished my physical therapy with Tim Soder P.T. in Henderson due to a total right hip replacement in July.
Everyone from the front office crew greeting you by your name upon arrival, to Calvin, all therapist, and staff in the back were great. Everyone is very professional, helpful, and friendly.
When I started rehab, I was walking with the help of a cane. After only a few visits I got stronger and no longer required the help of my cane.
My goal was to be able to get back to playing Pickleball and riding my bicycle, I am now able to do both.
A big thanks again to the staff and crew at Tim Soder Physical Therapy in Henderson.

I came to Tim Soder Physical Therapy after my Doctor cleared me for recovery. I had broken my arm in my shoulder in a motorcycle accident. The staff at Tim Soder are wonderful! I always felt welcomed here by the ladies at the front desk and the staff in the back. The expectation for recovery were very realistic. I was not misled by quick recovery times or extra long recovery times. The army of therapists and assistant ensure that all questions will be answered and you wont be confused how to do exercises or what to do next. I hope to not get hurt again but in case I do, I'll come back here for physical therapy.

I've gone here for a few different injuries and have been pleased with the attention and care I've received. Your first visit is to set the baseline of your discomfort and functionality. From there, one of the physical therapists will start an exercise program for you and add to it as you progress over the course of your sessions. The assistants will help if you have basic questions, need exercises explained, or need heat/ice after your workout. Most visits will also include a brief massage where the therapist will evaluate the injury healing progress and your gained flexibility. Sometimes, they will do manual manipulation or may choose to use a tool. Don't be afraid of the tools, trust the therapist,...they work! All in all, it's probably one of the best physical therapy places I've been to. The biggest drawbacks are: it's a loud environment, sometimes the therapist is rushed, and until you get used to the flow, it can be a little overwhelming. But just remember, they're all there to help, don't be afraid to ask.

I have had total knee replacement on both knees in the last year and a half. TSPT is the best for rehab in my opinion. I did go to another PT place for two weeks and it was not good. I would recommend TSPT to any and every one. The employees are amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable also made me challenge myself to do better. Thank you TSPT 😊

Recently finished up my shoulder rehab…have been going here 3 times a week for over 3 months.
I have never felt so important.
Every member of their staff treats you as if you are the only one in the building!
They truly care about your recovery and everyone works well with each other!
Hopefully I will never need to go back but if I do, they will be my first call!

After years of going to PT at other places I finally had surgery on my shoulder and was recommended to go to Tim Soder for my post-op PT. I am SO glad I came here! They really target the exercises so you get the most out of your time there. At other places I felt like they just kept giving me more and more things to try, but none of it really made a difference. Here, they are efficient with your time and I saw amazing results. When my first shoulder had healed enough to get surgery on the other one, I was happy to return to Tim Soder for my recovery. Everyone there is friendly and helpful! I am a huge fan of Sierra, who did most of my treatments! She is fantastic! Calvin Wang, the lead therapist, is excellent and always checks in with you to see how you're doing, even if he's not working on you that day. I highly recommend coming here for your physical therapy!!

He is thorough and has helped immensely with my recovery. The care is comprehensive and catered to your needs. Corey, John and Zach are very helpful with personalizing your workout. The office staff - Angela, Nicole and Ashley provide excellent customer service. It has been a great experience considering the circumstances.

I went to Physical Therapy reluctantly and with skepticism but since my wife had gone to Tim Soder previously and had a great deal of success I decided to give it a try. Honestly after the first two weeks I was ready to give up and live with the pain as I was not seeing or feeling any better, but the extremely nice and supportive PT’s stayed positive and I started doing the exercises as best I could at home on my off days. Admittedly, life sometimes got in the way but I stuck to my daily routine even if it meant doing it late at night or first thing in the morning but soon the pain dissipated and the exercises got much easier. While I did “Graduate Today” I intend to continue to use the exercises in my daily routine to help keep me feeling great. Thanks to all of the dedicated professionals at Tim Soder my pain has gone from very bad to minimal and workable.

My doctors office suggested Tim Soder for my physical therapy
and boy was he correct. When you go into the front door your greeted by smiles and people asking how they can help, to the physical therapist, and therapy you receive checking to see if your ok during each exercise and amazing group of people from beginning to end. I had both my knees totally replaced and now i walk like a champion, with no issues what so ever. Thank you to my doctor and the crew at the Henderson location you've changed my life for the better, God bless you all

The staff and Physical Therapists are really an amazing group. The young ladies at the front desk welcome you by your first name the second you walk into the office! It's really great that they can remember so many names! The gym is top shelf with everything you can imagine for rehab and training! The therapists are very professional and they watch when you think they aren't, so don't try to skip or slight anything! They always show you the best way to get the most out of you without being pushy or rude! Overall it's been a wonderful experience and I'm glad I chose TSPT!!

Ive had 3 shoulder surgeries and went to two different therapy places and the staff there wasnt good and they didnt work on my shoulder good at all. My doctor recommended tim soder because its the best place for athletes and so far this is the first time my shoulder is slowly feeling better than ever before. Everyone here are very nice and make sure you are doing every exercise right to get the most out of it. Staff is also funny and always are chattin to you which is nice and they even give you tips about working out, can pretty much ask them anything

Tim Soder PT recently helped me in my time of need. I've been to other places but this was the best by far. Of course when my son needed PT I took him here. We highly recommend Tim Soder PT for everyone. The management, therapists and staff know what they are doing and fixed us up fast! Hope we avoid injuries and don't have to come back, but if we do we know we're in great hands! Thank you!

I’ve been through PT with Tim Sodor two times — once post-op (ACL and LCL), and then for my other knee. The physical therapists at Tim Sodor are the best! I am happy to report that I have returned to playing racquet sports.

I’m now taking my teenage son to Tim Sodor after his ACL surgery, because I’m confident that will guide him through his recovery and get his knee to the point that he can play volleyball.

I had a fairly positive experience here. I was going for knee pain and recovery, and while it helped a little bit more than the last place I went to, it didn't reduce my pain very much.

The staff is friendly & the place is nice. You don't get one on one attention, however. You're sent off to do exercises and are meant to check back in with the tech each time you finish them. There's not much in the way of supervision or guidance. It feels kind of like checking off boxes, rather than focused and concentrated recovery.

I was given the wrong appointment time by the scheduling dept. Unknowingly, I was 10 minutes late due to their office providing wrong time. Once I was there, I was advised they could no longer see me because I had missed my appointment time. The girl upfront did not try to accommodate me and provided me with their next available appointment 2 weeks out. Not a way to treat someone who waited while being in pain due to an injury.

My first visit was for evaluation with PT. I started exercise for my torn rotator cuff same day with PT Assistant. The PTA would set/start the machine and walk away to the desk or other clients or to chat with co-workers. I had no idea if I was doing the exercises with correct form or not. I told them I was having difficulty doing some of the exercises right away. By my 3rd visit my neck muscles were super sore. I did the exercises I could, Then had message therapy and ice. By the 4th visit I was having headaches so bad I couldn't sleep. I had been complaining all along.
I researched for myself at this point and found that bad form creates the condition.
Of course. Made sense. Needless to say find a Physical Therapy group that supervises your treatment more closely.

PT excellent, 5 stars. Office, accounting/billing departments, zero stars. Why? I asked for printouts of receipts for insurance purposes, since I used my FSA, or flexible spending account, but Tim Sodor personnel couldn't produce them at the green valley location. Also called the billing department directly, and they never return my calls. Made multiple attempts in person and by phone, yet no response.

Since I didn't receive them, I need to pay back with after tax funds. How difficult is it to print out receipts?
