I had a very frustrating experience with this office. While Dr. Lilia was kind and professional, the overall management of the office is extremely disorganized.
Follow-up care is poor, and it’s very difficult to see the same doctor consistently. The experience feels more like a walk-in urgent care than a practice focused on ongoing, personalized care.
In addition, the front desk staff were often difficult to deal with, which made communication and scheduling unnecessarily stressful.
Overall, the level of organization and patient care does not meet the expectations of a proper medical office. I hope improvements are made, as patients deserve better continuity and support.

am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care I received at this office.
From the moment I arrived, the environment felt far from friendly or welcoming—something that is especially important in a medical setting where patients already feel vulnerable. Unfortunately, my experience only worsened from there.
The level of customer service was poor, communication was inconsistent, and at times I felt I was not treated with honesty or basic respect. This created a sense of frustration and distrust throughout my visit.
What concerns me most is that some of the interactions I experienced felt insensitive and, at times, potentially discriminatory. That is completely unacceptable in any professional environment, especially in healthcare.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that meaningful changes are made to ensure other patients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.

I came in to establish a primary care doctor. I came in about 15 minutes early and was taken back shortly after. I saw Andy and we went over my medical history. What I liked was that he was actually listening to me and what I was saying and then making notes. If you're looking for a new PCP this is the office for you. The first couple of times I saw Lilia. She was fine. I had an appt on 8/14 and after the initial taking blood pressure and temperature, I was directed to wait in a room. No one showed for so long because they forgot I was there. The Doctor finally showed, did nothing but review lab work. Never even listened to my heart or ask any relevant questions. It started in the waiting room where there's a big screen with the volume screaming loud. so the reception staff can watch instead of actually doing their job. This facility is requesting and running unnecessary tests with their "internal" lab in order to collect $$ from the lab and or the patient. I have a $775 bill from a lab that has to write off charges because the staff requested unneeded blood tests. You cannot trust the staff or anyone in this facility. Both my insurance company and myself have called regarding this bill and no one knows anything allegedly, yet when you call the lab they know exactly what is going on. The lab says they no longer do business with these people as I am not the first person who has called them about this same thing. It is a SHAME that you cannot trust your doctor's office!

Well go figure, another disappointment in customer service. Came in for a physical and to have labs drawn. Labs were supposed to be done in house, but apparently their person quit or was fired. So continued the physical, had to go to Quest and have my labs done and we ended up setting up a virtual appointment 2 weeks after the fact because I work on the road. I get all the emails and text leading up to the appointment for an 8:15am virtual appointment to come and find out they couldn’t hold their appointment time and now we are looking at another two weeks due to my schedule. Looks that I will have to continue to go into year 4 of trying to land a consistent Family Practice doctor to pin down for the long run.

It’s wild to me that finding a good, solid, professional family doctor is extremely hard to find, at least in the Las Vegas area. 4 years here, 4 disappointments. Don’t waste your time on these folks. They are inconsistent.

First of all, I don't have problems with the NP I saw. She was very nice. The desk staff is the issue. The initial greeting when I was checking in was cold and dismissive. Whatever, maybe she's having a bad day. But when I finished my appointment, a different lady I was sent to to reschedule the next appointment was completely uninterested in talking to me about setting things up. She was dismissive and acted as if I was bothering her. Now I'm realizing that this is a culture problem in the clinic and not just a singular person. I told her I was going to quest to have the ordered labs drawn. I assumed she would have the orders sent there since she literally asked what lab I planned on going to. Here I am, at my quest lab appointment a week later, being told that no orders were sent and I have to reschedule my appointment once they have been sent. It is 2pm and I have not eaten per instruction. I am beyond frustrated with the incompetence.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ellyin Francis since around 2010, though I don’t visit the doctor often—usually once every couple of years. When I recently called to schedule an appointment (after waiting on hold for 25 minutes), I was told that because my last visit was in late 2022, I am now considered a new patient and can no longer see Dr. Francis.

At first, I was frustrated, but then I remembered how poor their customer service has always been and that both Dr. Francis and his staff were just average. In hindsight, I’m actually glad to be looking for a new doctor. If you’re in the 89129 area and searching for a primary care physician, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—there are plenty of better options nearby.

Doctor’s are good but their office staff are horrible they never answer the phones when try to book an appointment or when calling to refill prescriptions.

Nice place and the Dr is good, but they recently changed their method of ordering prescription refills and it is horrible. They make you leave a voice-mail for the refill. I have left 3 voice-mails with no refill.
