My son recommended to see Dr. Cynthia Gregory, who was my last chance to solve the problem, after seeing three dentists before. On March 12th I walked in TLC and the door of paradise was open. The front desk girls greeted me with smile and high professionalism. I don't know how to describe the care, the knowledge, the consideration, the patience that Ms Gregory had . After a thorough exam Ms Gregory explained to me that I don't have complications but infection in my gums. I was shocked! I suffered for years because of constant pain and discomfort for more than 3 years and previous dentists couldn't find out! I am using the antibiotics Ms Gregory prescribed and already feel the difference. Thank you dear Dr. Cynthia Gregory, for your care, knowledge and beautiful heart. You are an exceptional Dentist!!!

i have been seeing Dr.Gregory since i was 12/13 im now almost 23, she has been the best dentist ever she is extremely kind and respectful. i definitely would recommend her she listens well to your concerns and quickly finds a way to fix it! thank you Dr.Gregory !!

TLC Dental Care is outstanding! Dr. Gregory is knowledgeable, skilled, and honest. Her entire staff is excellent. There is no pressure, upselling, or directives. The office is relaxed, positive, and courteous. The images on the ceiling light covers are soothing.

Here is the best part: They never asked, encouraged, or incentivized me to post this review. That says a lot.

I went to one of those chain dentist in the area once and it felt like being at auto dealership with devious sales tactics.

Dr. Gregory is the real deal! She is incredibly kind, personable, and beyond gifted. I’ve been with her about 14 years now because she has always taken such great care of me. Her staff is amazing too! I remember having my very 1st crown placed in 2013, and was told by a friend that I’d be lucky if it lasted 4 or 5 years. Well, it’s still in place and still looking great. She helped me out again big time last week, figuring out why my teeth have been so achy and sensitive to cold. Teeth grinding while asleep..who would’ve thought? So now I have a super fancy mouth guard and no more pain. Thanks for everything Dr. Gregory, you’re one of a kind.

I can’t say enough good things about DR. GREGORY and her amazing staff. She is exactly what you want in a dentist especially if you haven’t gone in a while. She is compassionate, all about getting your mouth healthy, and most importantly, without judgment. Com the first time or come here the entire staff has always been extremely friendly and consistent with their great service. The only bad thing I can say is with all these 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ reviews, I fear it may be hard to get in to see her, but it will be worth the wait if you can.

I love Dr. Gregory as a Dentist. Had considerable work done for both my daughter and myself. Pricing was reasonable until I got a bill for coming in for a Crown Adjustment. Now this crown was just put in a few weeks before and felt okay at the time of install. However, after a few days I noticed it was cutting into my tongue when I was eating. So, naturally I went in for a slight grinding to adjust the "NEW" Crown. Three months later I received a bill of $44.00 for this 3-4 minute adjustment. Sorry that is just not right!! Will now have to go over all the bills my daughter paid to see if they overcharged her.

I have very bad anxiety going to dentists but this office is remarkable. The girls in the front are so friendly and most importantly efficient- the hygentist are excellent at cleaning your teeth and if you tell them you have sensitive issues they reassure you to let them know when to stop or let you take a deep breath and saving the best for last is Dr Gregory she will not pressure you to get her recommendations taken care of and she is painless! I had 2 teeth removed and didn't even realize they were out and most importantly I was in no discomfort the following day! I highly recommend this office.

My kids have been going to Dr. Gregory for over 10 years and we have had no problems with the Dr. or her staff. The hygenists are all very friendly and put my kids at ease. Receptionist Jamie is awesome every time and the wait is always minimal. Highly recommended.

The only thing that probably gives me more anxiety than my mother is going to the Dentist and I'm an old US Army 11bc2/13F vet. In fact before today I never really knew what constituted a good dentist. For me, if the dentist was relatively painless and caring I was a happy camper.

Today I experienced the Nirvana of dentistry. I visited TLC for a root canal and extraction with followups for an implant and bridge.

First this office is beautiful. Everything is clean and looks well organized. All good first signs for me.

My appt. was at 1pm and I got seen at exactly 1pm. I wasn't ushered into a chair to wait another 30 minutes. Instead I was attended to right away and within 10 minutes I was made fully aware of all my options. No pressure, no sales pitch, just an honest appraisal of my needs.

Hessel, the treatment coordinator I talked to, was just so nice in every way. She has one of those rare genuinely nice engaging personalities.

Dr. Gregory wasn't just painless, she communicated with me through the entire process. She constantly checked to see if I was feeling ok and empowered me to stop anytime I felt uncomfortable. I have had some horrible dental experiences in my past, many of which seemed hurried or uncaring. This was the first time I got a real sense that my procedure was being handled with extreme care and with an attention to detail that would ensure the highest quality result. Even after the procedure she took the time with her assistant to go over every facet of my treatment and even demonstrate how to apply my gauze.

The dental assistant Sarah and the dental hygienists that helped were also very friendly. There is a general feeling in this office of a team that truly cares for their patients and loves improving peoples lives.

Of course I couldn't help but review their price list when I got home. I was very happy to discover that my fees were well on the low side of the local spectrum. As good as my visit was I would not have minded paying a premium but this was just another bonus to my experience.

I tend to be very critical and specific in my expectations of service especially when I am forking over (what is to me) a lot of money.

Thank you TLC so very much. I finally have a dentist to return my smile and the confidence it brings.

A friend told me how amazing they are at TLC Dental. I needed to get a filling on a tooth and I felt nothing during the procedure. That's right I didn't even tear up with the Novocain shot. They were super gentle and very nice. I strongly recommend Dr. Cynthia Gregory and her staff especially for those that fear the dentist.
